This particular location is always nice & clean. The staff is so nice. The Whoppers are always made with plenty of lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions & also jalapenos & bacon if requested. They definitely dont skimp. The burgers made at location looks like the burgers on TV ads or in photos.

Why is that when you spend your money your not getting what you pay for I ordered just a $5 have it your way with a frozen pink lemonade they gave a really nasty drink with ice instead of telling me the pink lemonade was not frozen or machine didnt work. Train your staff better dont just be handing out anything

Bought the 2 whopper Jrs with bacon and cheese at the drive-thru. We paid and she asked us to pull forward and theyd bring the food right out. Several .minutes later she brought us out a bag with 2 cold burgers in it. Why would you ask us to pull forward if the burgers were already made. They didnt think about putting them in the microwave wont do that again

Wednesday Whopper $3 can only get one. No additional freebees even though app does not state, for instnce, free fries with purchase of $3. Only one credit can be used to purchase multiple Whoppers from different apps. Very expensive. Burgers were cool not warm. It was a wait due to training new staff. Pack your patience.

I fear this BK wont last much longer because of the quality of employees!! Why give a customer a sad and pitiful-looking product (photo)? How hard is it to cut a decent slice of tomato? This is why its hard to justify paying fast food workers more than minimum wage!! Have some pride in ANY job you do!! I used to clean toilets on a job before, so Im not being judgemental. Its sad what society has become!! Also, get the grease off the floor before a customer falls!!

Stopped in for lunch. I had whopper jr meal wife had nuggets. Had our order in 8 minutes. Food was hot, floor and tables weren t to bad of shape for lunch hour. Noticed manager and possibly asst manager came out and swept floor, cleaned tables and wiped down drink machine and filled ice machine, great job ladies, we had a good experience here and will return when back in this area.

Big changes! Great customer service, and great deals... didnt last long. Some of the staff extra special. Example: went in for simple cheese burger with cheese and jalapeños only. There was a Doordasher that look as if he was there for awhile. A man that ordered the same order three times and they still got it wrong. When finally noticed. The cashier kept saying bacon and jalapeños; I was clear with two cheese and jalapeños cheese burgers. I thought he might be having a brain issue. Cant make up how he was messing up a simple order, and kept repeating himself. I left laughing. This place needs my cousin back to set them right. I vote for Panchito to be part owner.

The rudest staff here. It never changes. I never use coupons and the one time I decide to, they make it very apparent to be rude about it. I gave them a second try and still rude as Heck?! How was I suppose to know to tell them before hand? The coupon doesnt state that?! Why have they never change here? Why work in customer service if youre going to be miserable cows?! I ordered a Texas double Whopper medium fry and medium Coke and it was $15..... Thats like almost $5 more than what you get at Whataburger. I think their prices need to be a little bit more in line since theres a two competitor burger places within a mile of there. This place is way too expensive for a fast food place. Heres an example I went to a Mexican food place sit down restaurant fajitas for $12.50 if I had the time I would have eaten there

Anyone giving this place a four or five star rating, you know youre being very very generous.The Burger King here in Texas city is ridiculously terrible.you ask for fresh food,they complain and they already had it ready by the time I pulled up to the window and the lady said it only takes 30 seconds to make a burger. Come on now!!!30seconds?Then when you get the food and live a minute away and your foods already cold. Terrible service you go to the one in Pasadena on Fairmont and they are 90% better than the one here in Texas City. Never again.
