Lizzie & Brandi of team 15 are super rock stars. When this dynamic duo arrives at your home, youve officially been blessed. These ladies are friendly, professional, pay extreme attention to detail, and genuinely are passionate in their body of work for your home. They want you to go Wowww, who lives here? after theyve left. All the teams of this service are handpicked and exhibit the exact same traits as Lizzie and Brandi. So, really theres not a bad team with the service at all. My wife and I just wish we knew about the a few years ago, rather than throw our hard earned money in the middle of the street with far less superior companies AND TCA is drastically far less in payment than the other two we used who employed whomever has a heartbeat and shows up that day for work. They all are very accommodating and willing to work around your schedule and special needs. Others with the company, whose names I don t know are professional and helpful, with all employees having a positive attitude. Kelli and Bridget do an excellent job cleaning every time. They were very attentive for first time here. We will need to work on putting things back in place where they were, but that will happen once they get used to being here. I did ask them to use my Bona mop but they used theirs on my wood floors. Or at least they used theirs in living area which I saw. A few tweaks and it s all good! Jul 11 - team 7, this time Maria, Rosa and Maria, did another great job. My wood floors are so clean I like to walk on them barefoot! Just had my first initial cleaning from the Cleaning Authority. They did a fabulous job especially since my house really needed a good cleaning. Three very sweet, talented, professional, and efficient woman came this morning and did an outstanding job. Also, they were done in 3 to 3 1/2 hours so they were not here all day which I appreciate. They were great with my dog and worked around me while I worked which was truly appreciated. Mandy and Lexie were wonderful. They came in and took a quick tour. They asked me questions, got an understanding of my cleaning request for our hardwood floors, and they immediately started upstairs. They were very professional and attentive to my MIL who lives with us. When my MIL, who has limited mobility, was ready for her area to be tidied up, then stopped doing upstairs and came down to handle her area as quickly as possible so that she could return to her nice and clean area. This was our 2nd service and due to a scheduling conflict, I had to reschedule our service to todays date. Mandy and Lexie were not part of the 1st team to clean our home, but they were absolute amazing. We like consistency and again, due to a scheduling conflict, we were blessed to have this amazing team. Thank you, Mandy and Lexie! Happy 5 year anniversary, Mandy!! Michelle and her fantastic crew are careful, friendly, and a genuine delight to have in my home. they do a great job and it s a joy to see the house in such a lovely/spotless condition before the family (and dogs!) get it back into lived in shape. 11/17/2023 As usual, Mandy, Carmen and Flor did a great job. I know I was the last house today(Friday) but they gave it their all. Sparkling clean! What awesome young ladies. So thankful for their hard work. 9/22/2023 New review: Mandy, Carmen and Azu did a wonderful job. We had house sitters with a sweet but very hairy dog which had hair everywhere! I showed Mandy and they took are of it beautifully! I love my cleaning crew. Always professional and working the entire time here, not texting and talking on the phone. Previous review: I have been using cleaning authority for years. I usually have the same team and they are great! They are scheduled bimonthly and I never worry about a last minute call, canceling my appointment. They are always one step ahead rescheduling my cleaning to another day when it falls on a holiday so I don t miss that weeks cleaning. My team is very open to discussion over missed areas and take care of it immediately. I can add special requests by phone or their great app system and know how much additional it will be. I love their App because it reminds me of the appointment and provides an ETA that tracks in real time! I highly recommend Cleaning Authority.

Former employee here so maybe a little biased, but this was by far one of my best jobs that Ive had in my 10 years of housekeeping. Hours were good, voluntary overtime if wanted, lots of availability for career growth & development here, I had more promotions and raises here in 2 years than I did in a 4 star luxury hotel for 4 years. And most importantly to me management is great and everyone at the office is like a family for the most part even though it sounds cheesy. Management (Steve, Heather, and Angela) genuinely care about the well-being of the people up there, and if its within their means to help they will do it in a heartbeat. I have bipolar disorder and whenever I was having a manic or depressive episode management noticed almost instantly and checked in on me accordingly which was the first time Ive had a boss do that for me. Anyways I highly highly recommend this place for anyone wanting their house cleaned with detail and care, and I highly recommend to people looking for stable employment with good pay and benefits. 10/10 with love -Jessica L.-
