We went before going to a high school football game. Ordered the hamburger loaded and fries. The burger was great and a loaded burger includes grilled onions and mushrooms, the French fries were good. The service was fast and we made it to the have on time.

Good is always fresh and hot. Staff especially the cashier is always friendly and helpful. Restaurant is usually always clean. Tables & chairs might need to be wiped a little bit more regularly. Overall clean, would recommend if you want a homemade burger and fresh cut fries.

Extremely clean service was immaculate the person at the register was so helpful thanks meilin p in explaining the fries and the what was in the burger I will definitely will come back there is 50% cheaper than ihop and the speed of service is just wow I was in there tops like 5 minutes that is almost unheard of these days not to mention the food was so good the staff in the back killed it (non pun intended)

We were hungry, not really familiar with the area. We saw the big sign and thought what the hell. We walked in and took a look at the menu. Lots of options. Took us a minute to decide. We got the smaller burgers, a drink, and large fries. Im glad we got the smaller burgers. They are just right. The fries, one full container, and about half of the bag. Holy molly. Very good food. Well be back next time we are in the area.

One of my favorite burger places of all time. I just hate the prices- its almost $40 for two of us with burgers, drinks, and fries. But I love that we can see our food being prepared in front of us and its always fresh. The fries are awesome and VERY generous.

Even if I had tried, I couldn t have screwed my order up any more than I did! The staff was patient, courteous, and accommodating as they expeditiously and efficiently resolved my confusing order. This is a hard one to review for me.- because the staff is incredible! Friendly hard working! And look this may be more indicative of the type of people that eat here but the place was DIRTY. The one girl trying to keep it clean at lunch had no chance. The food was a big MEH. The blt bacon seemed like it was very stale and not fresh. The French fries were really soggy. The people were 5 star friendly and fast. The rest really was a disappointment. I will try them off of lunch times and see if it s better.

If you want an incredible burger with some incredible fries come to five guys specifically this location. One more extremely overpriced, overrated Five Guys. Just a so so single patty cheeseburger with a little order of fries and a small drink for $17.07 and the pay app asks for a tip! I tip well when in a restaurant with a server that takes my order and brings me my food and keeps my drink filled. I discovered 5-guys on the east coast many years ago and they were very flavorful burgers but not anymore. The place is clean and so are my pockets.

Ridiculous. Not a busy time, didn t wait too long but fries are not fresh and bacons are completely burnt( they called it crispy?) patties are dry. Requested for a refund and only gift card available? Why do I want a gift card if I would never come back?
