Saw them at the Temple air fest today- my husband got the shrimp basket and I got the boudin balls! *Mouth is watering just writing this review* The serving size was great a long with the pricing! The taste of the food to the cool vibe the employees had at the food truck was superior *chefs kiss* You want something worth your money then yall must try. We definitely have a new spot to keep trying out bc we need to taste everything at this point!

I would have posted a photo, but there wasnt anything left. Started to go home for lunch, then I saw these guys next door in the parking lot. I ordered the Crawfish fries. And I have to say those things were on point. Lots of flavor and plenty of spice to go with it. Next time these guys show up, I might have to get two orders. I wont be worth a damn at work for the rest of the day but it will be well worth it. Pretty cool guys and great food, you should definitely check them out when you get a chance.

Let me just say that the longer you wait to try them the more upset you will be!! We have wanted to try them for months and finally made it at lunch to do so. I will even go as far as saying this is the best food we ve had eating out in a while! The crawfish fries were delicious and LOADED. The boudin balls were perfect and tasted just like they were straight from Louisiana! Will definitely be back and highly recommend!!

These are friendly folks serving authentic cajun food. I loved the medium spiced crawfish etouffee. My wife, who cant handle much spice, loved the breaded shrimp with cajun fries

Beyond thankful Lulamae s landed in Temple. You re missing out if you haven t tried this food truck yet. The owner is so charismatic and passionate about his food. If you catch him at the brewery downtown the boudin balls are the perfect pair with a cold beer, just be sure to get them before they sell out!

Lulamae s got me like daaaamn, that s some good food! Its flavorful and not too spicy. Definitely worth seeking out when he s not at Temple s food truck plaza.
