If I could leave zero stars I would. First of all I went there for a referral she asked me what the code was from the OB that referred (my insurance requires a referral from a pcp) me when i said I don t know she proceeded to get frustrated. I told her I would check the app but these were the symptoms I was having. I checked the app there was no notes she then proceeded to take my phone out of my hand and look for herself , second when I mentioned I had 4 pregnancies with 2 miscarriages she proceeded to ask me how many kids I actually had then stated wow your body just doesn t like being pregnant does it. I found both comments very rude inappropriate and insensitive. She really needs to work on her bedside manner. After telling her I had my gallbladder removed in 2021 I told her I had cholestasis during pregnancy in 2023 and she proceeded to write gallstones in which I had to correct her. She needs to work on listening better because the amount of times I had to tell her the same information is ridiculous. By the end of my appointment I was beyond irritated I just wanted my referral and to leave and never see her again. This was with Dr trixie newkirk

I went in as a first time patient to get a routine physical since it had been a long time since my last. It was a fabulous experience, Dr. Ory is awesome and i highly recommend to anyone! Also, I have very high anxiety about bloodwork. The Lab Tech was out the day of my appointment but they had Carla do it and she made it SO easy! She made the whole experience 10x better and I will probably be requesting her to take my blood every time. 5 stars all the way around!

Well couldnt see dr Trixie newkirk so I seen next doctor that was on duty ! I told him I was taking heart medicine that I hope the medicine that he gave me a shots for my swell up knee wouldnt interfere with my heart medicine! Well it did my blood pressure and heartbeat is high now ! That doctor was in and out of my room less 10 minutes! this was yesterday , Tuesday 7- 23- 24 ! That why I only gave 3 stars ! If I could give this place (820 E Carthwright) a zero star, I would have. The ladies in the front are so rude that its almost unbelievable. They only give proper/special service for any client that is spanish speaking. I arrived 30 min prior to my appointment, and Im told that there was no appointment made( which is a complete lie). Mind you its 2pm and Im still fasting to get an accurate lab reading/blood draw. They told me to sit and wait for another 1 1/2 hrs to be seen by a provider. Sometime has passed while i wait in the waiting area, and I see that the ladies in the front let the walk-ins before me, again as long as they were spanish speakers they were in. This is so unjust in so many levels. 1st, they took it upon themselves to cancel my appointment without my knowledge. 2nd, they openly with no shame, let the walk ins be seen before me, and when I confront them about the horror that I had witnessed, they wouldnt do anything about it and seem unbothered. I have witnessed a pure Racism on this day.

My doctor is wonderful. Im an old woman with a lot of problems. It would be so discouraging to see me coming. It overwhelms you. However, my doctor treats me wonderful, and just works on most important first. He is level headed. God bless him! He may be a DO, but I have been treated by many MDs not half as good! Please do not come here! Went 3 times for a sore throat, I was prescribed antibiotics with out getting checked first. Then proceeded to ask if i was swabbed for strep, flu and covid. Mind you Dr, Jorge ontiveros never checked my throat or ears NOT ONCE IN 3 appointments, just asked questions and prescribed medicine. Now the First round of antibiotics didnt work, went in again for the same symptoms, wasnt checked nor tested, never saw the dr and was told it has to be strep throat again and was prescribed a second round of antibiotics. the pain came back, and the 3rd visit i was tested outside for strep and covid, waited an hour with my baby. For me to go inside and get body shamed ( I had a baby less than a year ago) and be told multiple times by doctor Jorge ontiveros that he couldn t help me. Finally I asked what he could do and he said well I guess I can send you to see an ent . I came in the first, second and third time because I am a new mom, this clinic was close and was covered my Medicaid, I couldn t eat, I couldn t talk, my ears hurt and my entire body hurt and ached. BUT PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOUR READING MY REVIEW AND SAVE YOUR SELF FROM CONTINUOUS APPOINTMENTS AND PAIN AND NO SOLUTION.

Doctor Ontiverios efficiently treated my eye infection and promptly issued my prescription, making the process smooth. However, I must rate my experience with three stars due to the discourteous behavior of Olivia, the front desk clerk. Despite informing her of my updated information during the appointment scheduling call, she failed to update it in the system. On the day of my appointment, she persisted in using my old last name and outdated information, causing inconvenience. Luckily Ontiverios assistant took the time to verify my information with me and updated in the system.

I have been looking for primary care for a few months now. I live in neighborhood and drive by this office I was skeptical at first because these days physicians treat you like 15 minute and on to the next. I m glad I walked in and set appointment with Trixie. She is amazing she listened to everything and was very understanding. The staff is amazing I will most definitely be going back the service I received was great.

It was my first time to visit this center. I needed a new doctor along with other issues for my help. The office staff and nurses were awesome. They also help my husband . his blood pressure and getting all his medications stable along with mine also. The doctor is wonderful. Since of humor and everything. Now we have a regular doctor. Close to home and our jobs.

The Galloway office is great. My kids have been patients for over 4 years and we have never had any problems. However the Cartwright location has a very unprofessional office staff that doesn t have a clue what they are doing! Hold hold hold took forever to make appointment then was put on hold again when I asked for the address. As if being on hold for greater than 40 mins isnt enough the horrible behavior and complete insincere demeanor of the person that does the scheduling as well as the office manager that couldn t be bothered is unacceptable!

Dr Olvera was very cold and dry not concerned even did not verify if I was the right patient just started documenting and then asked a personal question of other file thsts how he figured out I was put in the wrong room. Dont go to this dr if you want to be checked thoroughly I ended up going to urgent care after to get the treatment and medicine I needed and thank God Im better can breath had bronchitis. Two stars because the DR and NP that treated me were very nice and answered all my questions, and it didnt take long to get an appointment. With that said, the girl doing the referrals needs less talking from what I witnessed or more help. I went in for issues very concerning to me. I do not go in unless I truly have to. My first visit was in March 2023, I have had two visits since then with a referral for each visit. After the first visit I waited a week, I called for the information on the first referral, I was told it was faxed, I sill have not received a call as of today 6/3/23 for that referral. My second referral was over 2 weeks ago, while in the office this week the DR sent a message to fast track my previous referral, her response to the DR, it takes three weeks to get the referral processed its only been 2 weeks at this time, whats the point in the DR ordering a referral if it takes 3 weeks just to get a referral. I would not recommend due to the amount of time it takes just for a referral, apparently thats all they do is referrals since it takes 3 weeks to get one processed.
