Danyelle was AMAZING!! She used two different Christmas backgrounds, some cute props and a ton of different poses. She took some of all of us, some of just one child, some of both children and some of just mom and dad. She even did exactly what we told her would make the baby smile! She was fun, friendly, experienced and professional. We had a picture perfect session with Danyelle. This woman deserves a Christmas bonus for sure!! We bought the digital package with all the images and a really cool metal picture of our favorite pose all for only $160! We would have spent sooo much more going with an independent photographer. This will be our new family tradition at Christmas time!

This was my first time ever doing a photo shoot with my kitty and Connie made it the best experience ever!!! She was so sweet with everything. She gave good recommendations but I only wanted pictures of me and my kitty. She made the overall experience so great! She also captured the BEST pictures of me and my little kitty:)

The photographer is very patient! Especially when you have a three year old and a 7 month old! Great atmosphere loved how the photos came out! I will be back for more in the future!

My husband and I love this photo studio. We did our engagement photos, our pregnancy photos, my sons newborn photos, and Christmas photos here. Our favorite photographer is Lisa, she is so kind and professional. The other photographers are okay, but you can tell Lisa knows what she is doing. We had taken our dog and 4 month old son to get Christmas pictures taken, she treated them both so well and was very patient. As long as Lisa continues working there, we will keep going back. :)

The studio was an hour behind schedule whuch is tough when dealing with small kids. A couple of the photographers are really good with small children and do a great job capturing shots.

Lisa the manager is absolutely disgusting smells like a ashtray. Talks like if she is a man and very rude. I was treated horrible and than I was called an idiot lucky for her I didn t call her what she really was trailer trash. My pictures weren t even clear and bad lighting and pictures were crop way to much. She refused to provide me copyrights to my pictures and after going to Sams I m needing a copyright. Again I have digital proofs but I can t print em but why would I because they were in bad shape and she refuses to give me back my money. She probably needs it to buy a pack cigarettes. What she really needs a bath and mouth wash won t be ever coming back again.

I love this place they always have free photo shoots for babies and I always take advantage the photographers are always so friendly and treat my newborns like gems.

I needed a few headshots done. It was easy to set up an appointment and the options were affordable. Shaun was awesome. Great photographer. Friendly and helpful. I was in and out in less than 30 mins.

awful they ruined my baby first birthday shots..employees were rude and impatient..and you have 15 min to take 2o photos..photos quality were poor waste of money hire a private photographer instead

Made appt at 1:45pm online a week ago. Its 2:40pm and still waiting!!! THERES NO POINT IN SCHEDULING AT ALL ONLINE. I dont even want gv a start!! VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

I scheduled an appointment online 2 weeks ago for the 12th for family photos. I specify that there will be a 2 month old also taking photos and that we had 3 outfit changes we would like to do. No one called to tell me this would be an issue or even to confirm the appointment. We go into our appointment and are told that we only have 30 min of studio time and would only be allowed to change once. I ask if there is anyway we can reschedule to do the 4 outfits. The girl says yes and reschedules us for the last appointment of the day for the following week, saying that we would get more studio time to do the changes, as long as were quick. I ask if shes absolutely sure, because if not, we would need to know so I can make other arrangements. She says shes sure. I get a call to confirm the appointment and the amount of outfit changes. No one says this is an issue. I get another call 30 min later from the manager Lisa saying that it would be an issue and they would not stay late to take additional photos. Lisa is so rude and wouldnt even let me finish a sentence and got an attitude when I pointed out that we were told a week ago that this wouldnt be a problem. The photos are supposed to be Christmas gifts for family out of state and it doesnt look like theyll get there in time. Very disappointed with this studio and the way I was treated.

Had an appointment at 11:45 am, didnt get in the studio until 1:05 pm. My baby was so restless and tired, He didnt even take good pictures. Never again!

I have appointments @4:45 it is 5:30 now and still 2 customers shes ok me and they close @5:00 what is the min. Of appointment?
