This is a beautiful venue. It was perfect for our small and intimate wedding. Beyond that, I was pretty disappointed with the entire experience. On the day of the venue tour, the venue manager was about 20 minutes late. No communication. I was a little thrown by the lack of care for a first impression but shrugged it off in the hopes it was an off day for her. When it came time to book the venue, it took several days for a response. I waited patiently, thinking maybe she s just busy. No big deal. We book the venue and finalize details on seating set up and a decorated archway I was offered. A few days prior to the wedding, she forgot my seating set up choice even though it was on the same email chain we d used from day 1. Ok, no big deal, I correct it. On the day of the wedding we arrive to find the decorated archway was done with greenery on the wall and not with the burgundy florals and fabric I had asked for on the metal arch. At this point I just went with it and was thankful it was pretty. Now don t get me wrong, the venue manager was super polite and friendly. The level of service was just extremely lacking and I felt like I was just not even a priority. When it s your wedding, you would think the venue would care a little about remembering who you are and your requests (nothing even over the top, just the basic things I was offered). Overall, I wouldn t recommend this venue to anyone unless you just want the cute space and can work around the issues.

Had a great experience hosting a bridal shower here! The manager was so kind and easy to communicate with and the venue is absolutely beautiful!! I absolutely cannot recommend this venue enough!

We highly recommend The Station McKinney! We had our welcome event for our wedding here. Everyone had a blast, loved the proximity to Downtown McKinney shops and restaurants, and enjoyed having the garage door open to let some of the night in. The space has a great look, is clean, well equipped, and is in a fun location. Miranda manages the venue and is an wonderful point of contact. She is responsive, kind, and knows the venue well. Earlier this year there was a change of ownership and Miranda was kept on to manage. We believe that the new ownership will be even better at helping every event here be wonderful.

It s the exact location my husband started his business (Burdick Auto Solutions 17 years ago) & we just had a beautiful reception there for our daughter!!! Super nice place with a warm feel. Everyone that came to our reception complimented us on the venue. It was great! Super well priced and super friendly people! Willing to accommodate. They do set up and take down of tables and chairs. You hardly have to do any decorating it is already pretty well set up for a nice event. 5 stars for sure!

UNBELIEVABLE!!! My wife and I rented this venue for our wedding and it was the PERFECT choice! Its really a blank, but rustic canvas for us to do almost whatever we wanted. They had some decor that we could use (which we took advantage of because they matched our style perfectly) and they allowed us to bring in a TON of decor from home to make it really beautiful. Not only was it beautiful on the inside, it was only a block or two from the McKinney Square, but at a fraction of the cost of other venues in the area. The most incredible experience, though, was the staff. We had to change our wedding date several times due to out of state family travel plans. They were SO accommodating and professional. I HIGHLY recommend The Station to EVERYONE!

What an amazing venue! We were thrilled to host our sons Rehearsal Dinner at The Station McKinney! We planned this dinner from over 400 miles away and the only way that was possible was because of the attentiveness and helpful attitude of Nikki, the Event Manager. She and Josh, the facility jack of all trades, made our event run so smoothly! The Station is spacious but also has a warm cozy vibe. We were so happy we chose this location and you will be too!! Give them a call....you wont be disappointed!

We had a great experience with The Station! I had my rehearsal dinner here, and everything ran very smoothly! The front area was perfect for snacks and cocktails with a bar and table. The main area is so cute and cozy. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly and will help set up whatever Media, audio, and lighting that you need. They even let us set up karaoke with our laptop and their microphones. There is also a kitchen for catering to set up everything. I d highly recommend The Station for your next event!

Such a beautiful venue! We love meeting at The Station weekly for our networking group. The owners and staff are so kind and accommodating. Everything they do is filled with fun and creativity. The audio and visual capability is a huge bonus and there is plenty of parking as well. You couldnt get a better venue in Downtown McKinney! We are so glad you are here :)
