Mary and the staff are always so helpful and kind. Always have what I want and plenty I shouldnt, but if not then they try and get it for you. Love going here w my daughter.. family tradition!

The girls were all gathered around the counter being unhelpful. When I asked for assistance, Gabi made things up immediately lying and saying they didn t have what I was looking for. Continued to look around with the intent of purchasing a belated gift. Again had to request assistance. The price of the item I had interest in purchasing was not known and I was told it would have to be scanned. Further inconveniencing her by having her do her job, it was evident my business was not warranted and her conversation with her friends was more important; worst customer experience I ve received here, especially with everything being shifted around, it would be nice to get assistance in making a purchase from someone either knowledgeable or resourceful

I visited this store about a couple weeks ago doing my shopping for Mother s Day early to avoid the crowd and better selection while everything is still in stock. The visit went great and I left there and spent over $100 worth of items that day. I ve had that bag sitting in my closet this whole time until today which is the day before mother days to actually start looking at everything I had purchased and realized that the pop up card does not have a CARD in there but just the envelope. I was so confused and of course the first thing I thought about was me potentially getting scammed at hallmark lol. Of course I knew it just had to be a mistake. Everybody makes mistakes. Understandable. I called and the employee was Gabi answered the phone she had asked me questions and verified to me that they had sold me a display card. I said ok cool, I ll just run back up there and exchange it out but no, she said they no longer have that card in stock so that s the first disappointment ok. Let me mind you, I haven t got any type of apology for their mistake. I agreed to just run up there and get a refund. I brought the card back in very disappointed because I definitely did love that card that I first purchased. No type of apology once more in person for the mishap. Gabi helped me process my refund but couldn t run my receipt due to some type of technical issue which is also understandable but now I left with no proof of my refund and I left without my card I wanted in the first place. Overall experience: Poor. Couldn t it been a lot better if the employees gave me that closure for the accidental mishap? Absolutely! I don t blame them for the mishap but i do blame them for not handling it better so I can leave alot happier because in the beginning the person who checked us out mistakenly sold us the display with no card inside.

Ripped us off!! Supposed to have gotten a Caedyn mystery pack then accepted payment and claimed it was being shipped all to send a message DAYS later saying it will not be coming that our order was cancelled. I was lucky enough to be one of the few to get an order of it all to be screwed. Don t make a sale you can t fulfill this is ridiculous I didn t want to be refunded I wanted the product that was meant to be a Valentine s Day present so thanks for false promises, step up the game and guarantee the product.

I hadnt been to Hallmark in awhile, had a pleasant surprise when I walked in. The store has been updated and not only looks great it offers a variety of products, any and everyone will find something to delight them. There is a large selection of cards for all occasions as one would expect from Hallmark.

Beautiful new shop and the lady that helped me was great. The register wasnt printing a receipt and no one there knew how to get me a receipt. Waited around for 10 minutes and no one came back to tell me anything about my receipt. They all disappeared.

I love this place to be able to look at all the Hallmark ornaments and different items but be aware evidently the air conditioner is out in this store. They habe a great selection of yankee candles and some neat puzxles. Staff is super friendly.
