My brother ordered a clothes dryer for me from this location. The guy brought it but left me without a connected vent hose. He said he didnt have the right one and I could go to home depot to I guess purchase a vent hose. So now Im going to go to home depot to get a hose which I have no idea how to install because this whatever cant get it together enough to have a vent hose. Add: A nice guy came to reinstall the new dryer named Daniel. After talking to him I feel the dryer is good and working. Thank you. UPDATE: Well I was dumb enough to order a stove from these people. This time they showed up without warning at 7:00 am. The delivery guy was just pounding on my door at 7:00 am. We have had a rash of burglaries in the area so I was obviously frightened. The delivery guy didnt like my look or something. I dont know. He just packed up and left without much effort. Anyway no stove. I think Ill stick with Lowes from now on. These delivery guys have zero manners or patience. Add: well it looks like they are going to deliver it this Saturday. Well see what happens.

Absolutely dissatisfied with the manager in customer service returns not sure her name. Very unprofessional and almost made we switch to another company. I spend a lot of money here on my house build as well as all sort of things as does my dad and my aunt. Went in on Saturday to return my shower base. My son took it in for me as it was very heavy and I was sick. She basically told him he was lying. It was used and what was it used for and no it s been too long. Can t give me a store credit or anything. The first young man was nice then she stepped in. After 2 trips in there I decide to get my sick self out and go in. She went to lunch of course. The young man called another manager. I wasn t to know the policy and why I could return my new never used shower base for atleast store credit since I planned to get a Criner one instead. Whoever he spoke to over the phone said no. It won t work. I had my online receipts from April. Yes. I am building a tiny home and decided to go with a different style. Your saving grace was that I left and went to another Home Depot Took us 10 minutes in and out and got my store credit that I deserved. Greatly appreciate them for not being judgmental and doing their job properly. Thank you !! To whoever the older woman is at Burleson HOME DEPOT you need to take a vacation.

Each time we go to Home Depot we are able to find what we need. On occasion it has been difficult to find a customer service representative to help us find something we aren t able to on our own . Most recently we rented a box truck to help with a move and were very impressed with the ease and attention to detail that was taken during the process! We most definitely will be using the rental services again !

After already having a much disappointing experience with HDs competitor over a washing machine. This store had to put me through another one. Even after I expressed my disappointment with them they came off as arrogant and uncaring about it all. No problem I hopped over to another appliance store and got great service, wonderful attitudes and no hassle about not wanting to buy another new pedestal for the new washer since I already had one that wasnt old, made for the specific washer I wanted and shouldnt have been an issue to begin with. It was cheaper at this other store for all the same things and plus saved me $300. Additional dollars not having to replace my just fine pedestal. In all over $440 less. Im so disappointed that stores want to bully you into spending more than what you absolutely need to just to meet their bottom lines. Ive stopped indulging them in this practice. The ones that are more for their customers are who will get my business from here on.

You think Id learn? another recent purchase of a water heater all dented on the side. Do you have any products that are not dented or damaged that you sell your customers? Well, I decided to buy two appliances at the Home Depot. They had good prices and good quality items or so I thought?! So I bought a Maytag dishwasher and refrigerator. So they charged me $179 for installation of the dishwasher and said the refrigerator would be free to install. They also charged me $50 for each one to carry off and another $39 for delivery. When they got there the refrigerator was dented in the back of the refrigerator so I had to send that refrigerator back and order a new one and wait another week. Did I mention they are supposed to be brand new. The new washer had water marks on the inside and water along with smudges. I was told this was normal but sometimes they dont clean them up after testing them? That doesnt seem new either?! I included pictures of all the dents in the back of the refrigerator and water in the dishwasher. Then they told me that they could not install the washer or the refrigerator. So I had to call and waste my time again for an outside company to come in and install both. Another week wasted to get the job done correctly. So if you want your appliances installed dont use Home Depot they dont have the expertise or knowledge to do the job right. The outside third party definitely didnt have the training to do the job for the installation for Home Depot. Home Depot blames the third party the third party blames Home Depot. Sounds like politics... Home Depot definitely needs to work on their customer service and installation with delivery. There are several negative reviews on issues theyve had with delivery and installation. I now believe these reviews because Ive had very negative experience with their third party installers. I had an order for flooring they said would take two weeks. That would have worked for me. They sent the wrong product and tried to make me accept the order. Than they told me I would receive the product in a week still no flooring after a month . Another two weeks and no refund after I canceled the order. I really like Home Depot but will not special order from them again. Fooring and Decor had everything I needed and at a better price.

It was great. The sales lady was amazing. We went for a deep freeze. Found one for $799.00 on sale, she told us there was one that had a little dent and we can get that for $ 599.00. Regular price was $1000.00. It works perfectly.

This store has progressively become a disgusting, unnavigable heap over the years Ive been in Burleson. Between the carts of online orders piling low trafficked isles to the ridiculous displays of overstock in the high trafficked isles. All have made this store unstoppable. Shame on the management for continuing this policy of crowding the isles.

Went to home depot to purchase a 96 gallon trash can. They were all filthy. Went to garden cashier to call someone for assistance. Was told that someone would meet me where the trash cans were. After 10 minutes, went back to front where cashier was only to find 3 store associate standing and having a good time. When I confronted the cashier , she literally pointed to one of the people she was laughing with as the one who was supposed to help me. Im very disappointed in their service and will not patronize this store. No one apologized or tried to help.

I ve worked for a commercial company for years and have always used the pro desk to do phone sales, in many states I may add. NEVER have I heard of this ridiculous policy that we can t pay for shingles on a phone sale at this store, I mean NEVER. Supposedly every district is different. So what did my guys do , they went to the next Home Depot and got what they needed. What a complete joke. They need to realize all money is green. Not different colors . I go to this Home Depot regularly. They are always helpful and courteous. I never have any co plants about the staff. The only thing I don t like about this Home Depot in particular is how they don t have a restroom close to the entrance like the newer Home Depot s do.

Bought a couple of faucets, and the receipt didnt print out. Was sent to the return desk to get one printed out. While waiting, their electricity went out for a second. They couldnt find my purchase, but I went and found the person who was trying to help me at the register to help prove it was paid for plus called my bank to verify that I paid for them, but the manager wouldnt come to the front to clear up this mess. I ended up having to leave without my purchase and called my bank to cancel the payment. The manager was very unprofessional by not coming to the return desk to help, but Id like to thank the young man who spoke up that I had bought the faucets. He should be the manager. Its so hard to find good people nowadays. Wont be going back to Home Depot again.....

Bought a built-in microwave with install. First, I got a bunch of static about not offering a veterans discount even though they clearly offer one on their website. The man said we don t do veterans discounts on appliances . I m insulted but no big deal. So, they came out then refused to do the install because we have a tile backsplash. Then I had to go through the hassle of getting $186 refund for the install. Beware: if you have a tile backsplash, do not buy a microwave at Home Depot because they cannot install it and will not install it. My suggestion would be to try Lowe s

We just left the curbside pick up. After waiting for our order I called the store to check on it. A very hateful woman answered and stated she doesn t have any notifications of anyone there and she has a line of people in front of her. She put me on hold when a very professional gentleman (Brent) came on and apologized and stated he was bringing my order right out. He did, now raining. He apologized for the delay several times. After we drove off I get a call from Ben at Home Depot apologizing again explaining that he just discounted my order and credited my card. WOW these 2 gentlemen are definitely management material if they are not already, I hope they get promotions soon. (After they train the other employees first) They will definitely be getting all my business.

We ordered a garage door opener and install 2 weeks ago this company they outsourced to called us once and we missed the call. We have since called back 2 or 3 times a day and left messages with no answer or a call back we are Home Depot account owners and everything has been paid for but no garage door opener or installation. Just got off the phone with the customer service dept, I was Inquiring about delivery of a husky garage tool box. The man I spoke with said there was a $79.00 fee for delivery, I was willing to pay the fee. he said that it depended on what i was buying. I told him the discreption, the name of the product, and the discription,. but he continually pushed for me to order the product online. I could tell he was getting upset. He said that I was was asking a vague question and needed the SKU number to look up the item. I told him that I had it available at which time he gave a huge sigh and hung up the phone. I pretty sure Home Dept. Would love the extra revenue but I after my call today, their employees do not. Very disappointing. Especially foe those customers that are physically incapable of getting the merchandise and putting ir together themselves.

I love home depot. My only issue is staff allow customers to misuse the loading area as customer parking and not what it is meant for which is waiting on a fork lift. Customers park in the fire lane infront blocking views of pedestrians and as safety concentrated as home depot is thats a failure on enforcement. No reason to add a photo just walk out the loading dock area and look around.

My post is a little late but a few months ago, I went in for another attempt to find the correct paint color for the interior walls of my house. Im terrible with names but I had spoken with a kind blonde woman who had worked a closing shift and helped me find the exact paint match! I told her that I had attempted to reach out to the company who had built the house two years ago but they didnt keep record of the brand or general colors they use for their builds. I even attempted the color match machine on the light switch faceplates that had bits of paint along the edge. She had suggested two shades of Sherwin Williams gray in the Home Depots version that are commonly used by most builders. Thankfully, the recommendation was a perfect match, she was my savior!!

2 weeks ago my elderly mom & myself went into this store for her to buy a new freezer. Let s start with she is disabled. There was 1 motorized cart in the building. Thank God the gentleman who was using it was leaving at the time we were coming in. When we left there was a young lady looking for one for her uncle so they had to wait for me to help my mom get in the car so that they could have the cart. So much for access to the store for disabled people. We went back to the freezers & mom picked out the one she wanted. We set up delivery for 2 weeks later. Which was yesterday. We requested that it be the 1st delivery of the day. And were told it would be no problem especially since it was 2 weeks away. As we made our way to the front of the store I noticed her address on the order was wrong so we went to the customer service desk to have it corrected. I again asked about her being the 1st delivery & was again told it would be no problem. She grabbed a couple of things she wanted & we went to check out. The young lady that checked us out was going over everything & we asked again about 1st delivery. The 3rd time we were again told it would be no problem. Friday the 28th at 530pm she got a text saying that her freezer would be delivered between 1pm & 5pm on the 29th. I called the store & was connected to someone in delivery who connected me to a supervisor. I explained the situation & that we requested to be 1st delivery of the day & what we were told. The supervisor s response was that while she could see the note stating that, the delivery company couldn t. She said that it ultimately was a teachable moment for the employees. Unsatisfied with that answer, I called the corporate office. My call was disconnected 3 times. When I was connected to someone of course they were overseas. They ultimately had to connect me with someone in the states. The woman I spoke with basically told me the same thing that the store did. She blamed it on no training at the store level. She said they use a 3rd party delivery service & have no control of their schedule. Basically, tough luck. They offered no solution to the issue. When they delivered the freezer I talked with the delivery guy. He said they are told multiple times a day by customers that they are told they were promised to be 1st delivery at the store only for it to be a lie. I could overlook certain issues but this is not the 1st problem we have had here in the last few years. I can say it will be the last. Neither my mom nor myself will be back. Not to this Home Depot or any other location. I m sick of a multi million dollar company disappointing customers & offering no solutions or actually even attempting to fix the issue. Livid does not cover what I am about it. And not that it matters but, I m not done making calls or posting on social media about it.

Worst experience Ive ever had at a home depot. Called at 8am to try and get info on an auger, I was placed and left on hold for 20 plus min. We decided to make the 40 min drive to the burleson location, upon walking in, there was one person at the counter, who immediately turned and walked away, never said a word to us. When he finally showed back up, he was short, and unhelpful and then walked back outside. With no help around we stood and waited...another associate shows up, checks on said auger, tells us is down and unrentable. We go to leave, the original associate comes back in and says its rentalable, and right outside gets on his computer and then says, oh....its reserved for 3pm. Will never attempt to use this service again, and I will go out of my way to use any other home improvement store before I give a dime to this unprofessional, incompetent, sorry excuse for customer service, store.

Usually has what you need for your house are your business, people are usually friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable for that particular establishment but you have to hunt for the bargains.

This has become my new go to for whatever I might need for home or yard projects, tools, appliances or even advice. Store is always very clean and organized, staff will do what they are doing to help out find you help, prices are very reasonable if not the best and parking is always absolve even on the very busy days. Bought a washer/dryer combo with delivery (2days out) and added warranty delivered and installed as described by sales person. Very helpful with my garden projects and plants selection and tips for successful growing.
