My visit today was excellent. Candace, at the front desk was very kind and professional. Shawna, FNP-C was patient, kind and she went above and beyond, by answering my questions, and giving me the necessary referrals/medical care that I needed.

Was considering moving to a different facility as my Dr. at Questcare left, but i needed to do a checkup before i could get into see my new Dr. and very glad i did. Met with Shawna Buckley NP. and she has been an absolute joy. My health is my health and my journey is my journey. She respects that. she offers her expert opinion and is willing to openly discuss options. No one likes to go the doctor but when you find someone who is genuinely invested in your well being it makes the necessary not so bad.

I am giving Questcare McKinney a 2.5 star on average because the receptionist (Jennifer) gets a ZERO stars, while Dr. Tu is 5 star. I have had many visits over the last couple of years and one thing has continually happened, very poor service from the receptionist. She appears to be very grumpy and acts like she does not want to be there. I have walked in and been the only person there and she did not even care to greet myself or anyone whom came in after me. I have been called to reschedule, cancel or get assistance with a referral to specialist. NOT ONE TIME has that been without issues. I have been told I would receive a call back on each issue and NOT ONCE have I received a call back. I did not even get help with the specialist. I had issues with an appointment, discussed with front desk and was told they would call me back.. I am still waiting!!! Then I was called to cancel an appointment and it was unclear as to why and never followed up with me when told they would. I am very busy and do not have time to do things 3 or 4 times to get a resolution. We will be looking for a new PCP due to the lack of professionalism from Jennifer at the front desk and overall time wasted and not ever resolving scheduling and referral needs. Dr. Tu is great and has excellent bed side manors. She is very throughout and a great listener who takes time to get to know her patients.

Definitely finding a new practice now that Dr Dodge is leaving. The staff is nice in person but they never return phone calls, send reminders or follow through; even with medication issues leaving patients without medication. Forget about trying to reach a nurse via the nurse line. Another issue is despite having my medications renewed for years via my annual physical, I am now told I can no longer do that and need to make two appointments... staff over the phone either has no clue what they are doing, doesnt care or questcares policies have changed to Nickle and dime people in need of care. EDIT: they called to tell me I has an appointment on the 14th two weeks ago. I called yesterday to check the time as I didnt get a reminder and now appointment had been scheduled. EDIT: apparently I didnt have an appointment despite being told I did... I called up to the front office three times and never got a call back

I enjoy going to Quest care. My normally Doc, Dr Dodge has left. I am disappointed that often times I owe more money after my visits when test are run on me. I wish they could tell me I owe more before I leave and then I would pay it

A couple of months ago I called and specifically made an appointment to stop by and get my blood drawn for my ANNUAL PHYSICAL. I asked if it was too late for me to go in for my PHYSICAL lab work and they said no and made me an appt for that. So I went in the next day. Then later on I get a bill and it turns out they sent in a different lab request and I ended up getting billed. I called the office and the lady didn t even ask me for my name or birthday. Didn t bother to look up my file to understand what I m saying. Just straight up said no that s not their job, call the lab and read some long crap to me. I had to keep telling her I UNDERSTAND BUT YOU GUYS SENT THE WRONG LAB REQUEST. SO THAT IS ON YOU GUYS. NOT THE LAB. I ended up having to call my insurance and my insurance reached out to them. Then someone from billing called me and asked me what happened. They understood what went wrong and acknowledged what happened. Said they ll talk to doctor Dodge and figure it out. It s been months. Nothing has been figured out. I ve spoken to my insurance a couple of times since then and even my insurance hate having to deal with their front desk. So I give up. I m just going to pay the bill and call it a day. I will pay for someone else s incompetence and stupidity. Their employees can t do their jobs and they don t WANT to do their jobs. They have the worst attitudes ever. Front desk people are not friendly at all. They don t smile ever. Terrible place. I only went there because I liked Dr. Dodge but I just got an email that he ll be leaving the practice so there is literally NO reason to ever step foot into this place again. *I want to add that the rest of the staff is great. The lady who took my blood pressure and the lady who took my blood were both really nice and great. Just not the front desk which sucks because they re the first ones I have to see and talk to when I walk in or call.

I had my annual Medicare Physical this past Tuesday at Questcare - McKinney. Dr William Dodge is my Primary Care Physician; however, he was unable due to circumstances beyond his control. In his place I was seen by Harshal Jani, PA-C. I must say that I could not have been more pleased with the thoroughness of this office visit and PA Jani s knowledge and willingness to listen to my concerns. I would be remiss if I didn t mention the fantastic office staff, Candice and Robin, who always answer my calls and help me with appointments.

Scheduled a same day appointment and it had to be canceled due to their software having issues and scheduling 30 min appointments when they should be 45. I was taken aback by a receptionist calling me to reschedule and telling me this like it was an issue I created. You should ve scheduled 45 minutes - I legit can t select that but okay?! While trying to reschedule initially the phone was disconnected somehow so I just said forget it and canceled. Maybe they were busy but my first interaction with staff felt less than friendly so I won t be going here.

My daughter called to see if she could get an appointment as this is where I usually go. The woman on the phone was rude. Told her she would have to fill out paperwork, that there were 100 new patients in front of her and that this wasnt an emergency clinic. Took me over 6 months to get an appointment since the front desk is extremely understaffed and the receptionists are rude and do not usually keep their call back promises. When I finally went for the well visit - I was never called back by Dr Tu to share lap results (contrary to what shed promised) and on top, they misplaced my pap smear samples ! In another loop to get back in to get the samples re-collected (and hopefully processed this time with no extra charge)!

The best, most caring doctors I have had the pleasure of seeing. I dropped a previous doctor that belongs to a crowded get em in, get em out conglomerate where everything beyond simple and fast procedures were sent to see specialists.(In other words, where money is the name of the game.) Here at this Questcare Clinic are two caring doctors that take the time to cover just about all normal procedures as needed. I even hesitate to give this review for fear they will become overcrowded but they deserve as much credit as one can give.

Good staff, fast booking, labwork could be better. Detailed: Bear in mind: Zocdoc is notoriously bad for providers/doctors, so Ill probably give this clinic another go to establish a history. They took two vials of blood(done well, painless) for only one test. The results were normal levels. Concise and efficient, but I feel like something is missing. The depression tests are new...slightly invasive but understandable. Still, now that its on my record (because everyone is depressed), I feel like that is going to be the go-to prognosis. Hmmm. extreme fatigue....but it says here youre depressed. I didnt actually see the doctor, either, which is understandable for a checkup and I understand: its is for efficiency and there wasnt an immediate need. However, I still I would like a few minutes with a doctor.

I first want to say that I am very grateful to the staff at Questcare. In these uncertain times, it was the only clinic in McKinney I could find still accepting new patients that do not have medical insurance. All the other clinics that see people without medical insurance told me that they where not taking on new patients become of Covid-19. Everyone was kind, respectful and attentive from the intake staff to P.A. Jani. My appointment was at 11:00 am and I was seen at that time. I did not have to wait to be seen and I did not feel rushed as I have in many medical offices. My questions and concerns were addressed with compassion and friendliness making it feel more as if I had been a patient for years, not that this was my first visit. I would definitely recommend Questcare for your healthcare needs. Their kindness and compassion is refreshing.

I was out of town. I got a respiratory infection and needed a doctor. I was able to teledoc with the P. A. At Dr. Dodges office. Office personnel called me prior to this visit to ask questions about my symptoms and to verify what medications I was currently taking. I had my FaceTime visit with the P. A.; he was very thorough, and he sent a prescription to the pharmacy. What a great option for me it was!

Beware, this Practice has lost the Contract with Cigna Ins in July 2021. This Practice did not notify the patients that the contract was lost. I am now being billed by thier 3rd party billing company for services that should have been covered at 100%. Instead the charges were applied to my out of network deductible. The third party billing company is totally incompetent. I have not been able to get anyone on the phone at the McKinney Clonic. Dr.Dodge is a great MD, but the Administrative staff isnt so good. Now we are left to scramble to find a new PCP after being with this clinic for many years. The Clinic should have notified all of the Cigna patients about the contract termination. This was total deception.

-July/ August 2021 review- I recently switched over to seeing Dr. Hossain since Mellisse left the practice. Dr. Hossain is an excellent physician. He s knowledgeable, thorough yet efficient in his processes, patient, honest, warm, clear/ direct in his communication, down to earth, and collaborative with his patients in plan of care. Each time I ve come in for an office visit, I ve felt like I was truly listened to without being rushed, that hes taken a comprehensive look at my health, and that I have the space to digest the info he gives me in order to make the best decision to move forward with my care. It s truly a gift to have a health care provider that s both knowledgeable and truly cares about your overall wellness! I m generally nervous about seeing new doctors, but am confident that I m in good hands based on the first two visits I ve had with Dr. Hossain. If you re looking for a PCP, I d *highly* recommend Dr. Hossain! -March 2021 review below- The first words that came out of Mellisse s mouth at our visit were the words I really needed to hear that day. It was a rough start to the week and Mellisse s warmth was a breath of fresh air. Now onto the more detailed aspects of why I love having Mellisse as a provider: I thoroughly enjoy and appreciate the care that s provided by Mellisse. She s one of the rare providers I ve come across that is very down to earth/ relaxed and truly wants to hear about you, your personal experiences, and your medical concerns. Not only is she very attuned, empathetic, genuinely caring, affirming, and encouraging, but she is also incredibly knowledgeable (I mean she will break things down in a way that s easy for the patient to understand along with recommended action steps) and will teach you about what s going on in your body instead of quickly rushing you out with a diagnosis you don t understand and a prescription. I always love a provider that can teach you how to care for yourself because that knowledge is invaluable and helps you to take ownership of your health to maintain wellness or improve areas of concern. It s empowering to sit and learn about how I can take a holistic view of health in my day to day, gain a deeper understanding of future health milestones/ preventative care techniques/ or check ins that may be needed based on my current medical history, and learn how I can apply all the knowledge she provides each visit (she always asks specific questions that I would never have considered to get to the root and improve health outcomes). And lastly, she always makes you feel like you partook in the decision making in terms of next steps/ plan of care she always values my input and gives me her recommendation but always confirms with me if that s something I m comfortable with and I truly appreciate that! -October 2020 review below- I came back to see Mellisse Morgan who I had seen two years ago and she was just as vibrant as the last time I came in. She sat down, patiently did a review of how I had progressed since the last time I came in, and even remembered both the personal goals and medical concerns I had from 2 years ago when I came in... if thats not the definition of someone who genuinely cares, I dont know what is. Mellisses deep listening, compassion, calm demeaner (and calming effect on patients), thorough review of all medical details, encouragement, consideration of patient concerns, collaboration with patients on solutions, and constant education while working with her patients is above and beyond the quality of care I have received with any other healthcare provider. A huge thank you to the Questcare Team! -December 2018 review below- I had an appointment with Mellisse Morgan recently and she is hands down one of the best healthcare providers I ve seen thus far. She is incredibly warm, takes her time to evaluate patient concerns, and determined to find the best solutions for her patient. You can tell that she is all about providing quality of care. Dr Mellise was superb and I am utterly sad that she has left and I cannot find her. However since her departure I have found a new doctor due to the simple fact that one lady who apparently runs the front desk has NO customer service left inside her. Not sure if she just hates her job or if she is just truly that rude in everyday situations. I have worked the medical field my whole life and have never been so rudely interrupted on the phone and in person. Every single visit ( out of the total 3 I had ) she checked me out or interrupted the person checking me out. I had to get loud with her on two occasions because she kept cutting me off and dictating everyone else around her. That is NOT the way to run a front office. I am a genuinely nice person. I put up with A LOT but I will not put up with a woman treating paying patients the way she does. Not even the convenience of this offices care or their wonderful doctors/staff would make me want to come back and encounter Pam. Treat others the way you want to treated and don t get upset when I begin to treat you with the same disrespect you have given me every single visit.

I ve tried 5 separate times to get an appointment, each time I ve been put on hold and the line disconnects and they disconnect the lines during business hours so you can t call back. I was a new patient. The experience with the staff was fantastic when I checked in. Very friendly and welcoming. Only a few minutes past the appointment time I was taken back to a room and was seen quickly by the Nurse to take vitals, etc. Dr Dodge came in shortly after. He was very easy to talk to and I felt immediately relaxed after just a few minutes talking with him. Fantastic experience all around. I m thankful I chose this place. Doctor Dodge and PA Morgan are great. Issue is front of office staff, with the exception of Robin who is awesome, is awful. Rude, inefficient, don t answer phones or left on hold for long periods of time. Televisits are a joke. Was supposed to get one at 12 noon never called. Request for refill prescriptions go unanswered for days or given some bogus excuse that they were never received even though Walgreen shows that they were faxed several times. Too bad as it s a great location with great doctors but inefficiently and poorly run. Will have to look for another doctor after being with them for several years. Do not recommended until they get their act together.

My experience with the front desk staff has always been terrible in the time I ve been a patient. Whether it s calling to get an appointment or calling to follow-up on test results, they always have made me feel like my call is a nuisance and that my concerns are not worthy of their time. I hate how rude they can be. It seems like the main thing they care about is getting payment and that s all. The PA I saw was lukewarm, but willing to help me. Unfortunately, I had to wait nearly a week from my appointment to get the results from my tests which were very important to me. I had to call repeatedly and I found the the PA had taken a lot of time off and didn t delegate to a colleague to relay my test results to me. I finally insisted enough and another lukewarm nurse or assistant grudgingly read me my results. After that, still no word to me from the PA. It s just sad that staff doesn t seem to care if you come or go or if you exist or not. I really want to find a doctor who values me and truly cares about my health. One who makes sure to follow-up with me when I m struggling through a health issue. One that makes me feel that I matter.

I usually dont leave reviews but I am extremely upset. I used my insurance network to find a doctor. Their website took me to something called zocdoc. Through that site I booked my appointment. Upon walking in and checking I was informed I couldnt be seen because they dont do physicals after 3pm. While I understand the need to only provide certain services at certain times, why allow this to be booked then? And then when trying to rebook I was offered a appointment a month later. Thats unacceptable. So I an holding the facility accountable since both receptionist mentioned that the site is inaccurate. Then why have a account with them?

Dr Dodge is the absolute best!I recently moved and still insist on driving over 1hr half to see him.Just a great understanding human being!Thats so rare these days.His staff and new location was very clean and welcoming, I honestly dont see how you can top the service. Patient for life!!

Have been using them for several years and she is amazing! Very understanding staff and will do their best to help you when you need to order medical supplies. With all this Covid 19, I feel like they are doing their best to keep safe during this pandemic. I highly recommend them.

Dr Dodge is a caring physician. He listens and goes above and beyond to ensure treatment. HOWEVER, for some reason he has a new nurse. Her name is Wendy and she seems to think her method of care should outrank the Doctor. I called for a prescription. Instead of following up with Dr Dodge. ( HE IS THE DOCTOR) She outright stated no that was not possible. Wendy needs to understand that just like retail, patients give the ability for her to collect a check. I will miss Dr Dodge. Dr. Dodge is the best of the best! He is extremely personable and addresses all questions and concerns without feeling the need to rush through the appointment. He delivers in an understanding way and goes above and beyond in making the patient feel comfortable. He is easy to trust and does not push unnecessary meds. He is an excellent provider and one that will continue to receive my recommendations to friends and family. The team is equally considerate in appt. delivery. Great staff and the best customer service!

The best dr and staff! Ive been going here a few years now and theyve saved my life, literally. Actually didnt know why my leg was swelling and hurting and changing color so fast so they did bloodwork and called me within a few hours. Id been bitten by a brown recluse spider and poison was coursing through me you could visually see my leg change (Ill spare the description) but thank you Dr Dodge! They even take extra time if you need it, a rarity these days. Very kind and sometimes I have the white coat phobia but Dr Dodge puts you at ease right away. Highly recommended.

I was a little early to my appointment, but they saw me within 5 minutes. The nurses were sweet, and the doctor was in right after, (no waiting so far!) I saw Dr. Hossain, and he is genuinely the most kind, caring doctor I have EVER had. He went through my old medical records thoroughly, asking me about every detail of my past meds and pain problems. He truly wanted to know about me, about my well-being, and comforted me in my journey through depression and anxiety. He told me he is there to help, and if I needed ANYTHING, there would be no judgement, no suddenly taking away medications, he just wanted to make sure I got the best care, and knew that their only goal was to make sure I was healthy in any and every way. I have always had such anxiety going to doctors, always feeling rushed and disregarded and for that I was unable to really describe what was going on with me, and felt unheard. I kid you not my heart rate was 115 when I walked in, and was 95 by the time I left. He also spent more than 30 minutes with me! I was self pay and he worked with me on the price, being a new patient. I really feel like I am a priority and can be honest with everything Im going through. I cant wait to see him again. 100% recommend this location, and Dr. Hossain specifically.

Dr. Morgan is the best Dr in Mckinney hands down!! The entire staff at Questcare rocks! From the minute you get there they were all very nice and make it very easy to get in and out! Loved the doctor but was told they would have my results within 24 to 48 hours. Got the blood work done on a Thursday and waited till Monday to call, but they didnt have the results and I called the lab who also told me they dont even have my blood work.

Dr. Dodge and his PA Melisse are simply the best! When I changed my insurance company and needed a new Dr on the accepted list I chose them as my primary care. When they reviewed my chart they thought I needed additional care fronm a cardiologist and they may have saved my life by noticing a potential problem that had been overlooked.

Really hate going to the doctor, but if you have to go to one...make it Dr. Dodge and his team of caring staff. I was even offered a big hug by the Physicians Assistant after my blood pressure test came back a little high. I give them 5 stars, but only 3 stars for the hug. (she held on a little too long) Thank you for taking such great care of me, my wife and my mother in law!

I like Dr. Morgan, but I am not happy one of her nurse. She could not take my blood. She kept moving the needle inside of my arm so my arm has a big blue internal bleeding. Also I asked her to send me email about my test result, but she never did.

I had loved the quality of care I received from the Dr. and the staff. I was in and out of the clinic in less than 20 minutes, and was able to pick up my prescription next door. I would recommend them for family too they have Pediatrics on staff...

Been here twice now, great PA that works here, but the rest of the staff really wasnt helpful. Never seen Dr. Dodge. From what I have read he seems like a good doctor but I have yet to meet him. Been questioned by the nurses here when trying to get the medications right. Their excuse was a computer error. Sure I get it, it happens. The other thing is I was waiting back for my blood test. Was told 24hrs then we would have the results. 4 days goes by and they still dont have the full results back yet. I asked what was going on and they said they would call and found out. Another day goes by and I had to call again. Still they said they would again call and find out. Still havent heard the real reason why the results werent done in a timely manner. So I get transferred to the clinic manager, Jennifer. No help there. She was very unprofessional and kept dodging my questions as to why it is taking so long. She kept talking even when I tried asking a question. Just not a friendly lady. Guess if they had a change of manager then the whole place might run more smoothly. Just wish that since I am paying them, that I be treated like a customer.

I already composed over 500 words to describe how bad my experienced with this office until I got bored of typing so I just saved it for later if somebody will ask what really happened. Bottom line is got pissed by the way handle my referal to a foot specialist. It took almost a month until I get the referal I need to see a foot specialist. No wonder I didnt see any patient other than me visited this place when I was there. There are other clinics that treat patient like a patient other than this one, go find another one. I beg of you.
