Tony really knows what time it is! He knows the system like the back of his hand. I had a DWI, and was really in trouble, until Tony stepped into the picture. I spent over 2 decades in a Texas prison and had been free for 10 years before there was a allegation of domestic abuse, and I was facing the reminder of my life in prison if found guilty...attorneys Tony and James battled for me and prevented the case from going to trial by battling the case at the grand jury stage and was successful with a NO BILL. I had already paid for my own funeral and purchased my burial plot because I feared the indefinite torture of incarceration...these lawyers are the reason why my body still contains my soul...Thanks to Tony, James and Natalia for saving my Life... glad to say that I dont have to take my own life to be free. TODAY was one of the best days of my life! Words can t express how grateful and appreciative I am for Tony VITZ! He and his entire staff did an amazing job from day 1. Im sad that I wasnt able to meet Mr. Tony earlier. He and Mr James both fought for me on my court case. Mr Tony was very knowledgeable of the law. He brought up many points and situations which benefited me in every way. The prosecutor I felt, had a hard time with the case do to all the points brought up by Mr. Tony. I felt like he cared about the situation that I was in and actually tried to fight my case. He and Mr. James couldve just did the very bare minimum to fight for me but they were ready. Even though I had my mind made up on whatever the judge decided; I knew that I did everything that I could to protect my future. I am glad that they were my lawyers . They fought for me! I called very early in the morning and he was the only attorney who answered right away. He gave me counseling regarding bailing out a family member. He was honest and clear. Tony is THE BEST attorney in McKinney. Highly responsive to calls, emails, texts. Explains everyting in a way a person can understand. Never arrogant or unfriendly. Very down to earth and cares about you, and your family. I really cant think of enough good things to say about Tony. My husband made several phone calls at midnight to get me out of jail and Tony Vitz was the only one who answered his phone and he came down an sat with my husband until I got out. Tony explained the process to me and was always there to answer my questions (at no extra costs). Seven months later in court, I found out how great Tony really is - my sentence was very light. Tony is well known in the McKinney courthouse and that can play to your advantage. However, I would recommend him for any criminal case in ANY county.

No one ever wakes up and says today Im going to jail. We make mistakes and look for those who are understanding and know how to help. Then there those who treat us like hardened criminals and throw us in jail. When I learned I had a warrant for DWI 2nd. My heart fell out and my mind was racing. Before i knew it i was in jail calling relatives left and right. If youve ever had to do this at mid night there arent many that will answer. Unfortunately i put my parents through something they thought that I would never get out of. Both of my parents were frantically making calls one after the other. After about an hour of phone calls the only lawyers that answered my parents call were Tony Vitz & James L. Rogers jr. After being released from collin county jail. I immediately went to their office. Told them my story, they gave me advice and options what I could do. I took a couple days to think and made my decision to hire them. With a DWI 2nd staring me down and a little time that had past. I got a phone call from James telling That he got me a deal. A deal where he and Tony fought to get my 2nd DWI downgraded to Obstruction of a roadway! Please, If you find yourself in any situation where you need to find those that understand youve made a mistake and that make you feel like a human being. These two gentlemen are the ones to call.

In August 2014, my world was turned upside down. Instead of referring others to a criminal defense lawyer, I found myself in need of one. I had never needed a criminal defense lawyer, and when faced with a life changing arrest, it was my turn. I ve known Tony all of my life and knew I could place my life in his hands, which is exactly what I did. While some may experience Tony as unconventional, his unique style and skill set him far apart from other lawyers. I was confident in Tony s intricate understanding of the law, but what I, thankfully, had never experienced was his creative, dedicated and empathetic approach to gaining as much knowledge and perspective of the facts as possible so as to tell my story. I believe his extensive training in psychodrama afforded him the ability to help me gain a deeper understanding and perspective of this horrible process. He skillfully, without shame, helped me stay focused and grounded while my future laid in the hands of strangers who knew nothing about me.
