All I got wa attitude from the lady at the front desk. People on the computers work on scrolling social media and Amazon prime. WTH?!?!?! I went in there cause my account has been locked for a month and after countless calls they have me go in and they still didn t fix my issue.

They helped me financially for six months when they quote for a year. They told me unemployment is too low to help more, but no company will hire me. They offer jobs through their site and told me that I need more resumes. I made more. They offered training but dropped the ball. This is how socialist programs work. We helped, now leave

Being in Denton for 5 years and for some reason feels like this locations is not easy to get on hold with someone to help you , definitely I don t feel welcome to find any help here and appointment takes forever and not welcome faces to find a work solution!!!

Unprofessional, rude, and argumentative like it s their money. I did not need to hear all the lies that my previous employer gave to Gladys. By the way Gladys, It would be nice if you would put your dog outside before you conduct business!!!! I didn t want to hear it bark through our entire conversation!!!

This location is slow and inefficient. This is literally my first time in life not being able to care for myself and my children. Needless to say I am attempting to go through every program possible. The staff is unhelpful non resourceful and shows no empathy or effort to attempt to assist with getting someone back on track. Not only that required meetings take half the day and this location is extremely remote. I fight severe anxiety and depression DAILY, dealing with this location has increased even that. Oh and the computers and internet network is in desperate need of updating and a faster connection.

This place did next to nothing to help me get out of my homeless and jobless situation. I came to them for help a year ago and did better at finding a job on my own. Don t waste your time here, all they ll do is maybe help you rewrite your resume (I already had one) Be an active advocate for yourself and keep applying places until you get a yes, you re hired! yourself. I m still trying to get help acquiring a cdl while holding down a job. They can offer you help with cdl schools but if you have to hold down another job to keep paying your bills and keep a roof over your head while attending their approved schools you are SOL.

Never help the people..only give the phone..and wait and wait for some times like 6 hours and waiting for nothing... they transfer to another phone number and waiting again...I dont like this system.

This place is unorganized. They rarely answer their phones. No one is ever on the same page, Yet theyre always in meetings... Completely unreliable. They have the corporate lingo down but the misinformation they spread is to where it is life alternating for the person case they cant take care of in a timely manner. They make you wait all week sometimes to reply to a message youve left on a monday then contact you late on a Friday. Then the week end comes and well then it starts all over. You then get them on the phone and theyll gaslight you into telling you its your fault for the delaying. Im disabled not stupid. get more employees or having a hiring fair for unemployed/disabled people, Cause yes we could do a better job, and youd finally be able to take care of the problem.

Diamonds Vanzandt with the childcare division is terrible! I emailed and called multiple times trying to get information on my case and what I needed to do, and never heard anything back. Ended up getting my case closed due to her negligence and not getting back to me. Shame on you!

The most unprofessional I have had to deal with. They denied my unemployment when my previous employer fired me after testing positive for Covid. Employer claimed insubordination but was unable to provide any proof or documentation. I will be reporting them immediately.

The building is very spacious and clean. I immediately felt safe due to them having an officer on site at all times of business hours. They have a generous amount of computers that you can work on. The staff is very helpful and actually care.

The people at workforce solutions very helpful The people at the unemployment office are horrible. I have to travel up to Denton to speak with someone in the unemployment agency because the numbers that are given no one answers the phone. When you get someone on the phone and they cant answer your questions they tell you let me talk to my supervisor and never come back to talk to you or you get disconnected.

If you need childcare find another route. Disorganized, rude, inattentive caseworkers. They tell you the wrong information so they don t have to approve you for assistance. They take their sweet time rejecting you but then you have to make your corrections promptly. Just awful.

Talk to a lady at this location I was supposed to come in for job training I got sick I told her that I tested positive for Covid and I can fax the paperwork I Dnt want to lose my benefits she said as long as I can prove it I would be fine now Ive tested positive twice back to back I ve been in and out the hospital with blood clots on my lungs and I ve developed pvs s on top of that I have heart disease me thinking ok I ll be fine I ll attend the next trading if I m well so now I ve lost my benefits and I have to appeal it it s sad because she assured me that me having Covid was a good cause not to come I should ve just went up there even with Covid had I known this was go happen. I have phone records to prove I called and how long we stayed on the phone my Covid tests and hospital papers I will fight this.

Theyre a Workforce but yet are keeping me from working. Im going on 3 weeks now, I cant work because they are taking a long time to transfer my account. I was on the phone and then the lady just hung up on me. Theyre unorganized, unprofessional, the manager she doesnt even return messages, Gina Martinez. They had one of their employees quit a month ago, and nobody was helping me on my case and then they blame me. Theyre rude, Ive had CCS in other locations and this location is the worst! Theyre poor on communicating anything!!

You will NEVER get someone to answer. We were given 3 numbers to call, after 3 days NONE had returned our call. This what we ve dealt with the two years we ve had CCMS. If you don t answer their call, your basically screwed. They never answer calls, emails, anything. Then you get in trouble for not having sent stuff in or provided the required documents because THEY NEVER GOT BACK TO YOU. Insane.

Can never reach anyone. Calls are not returned and can not get consistent information necessary. Child care caseworkers do not answer phones, do not respond to voicemails or emails and lose vital information sent by fax and then cut your child care because of their carelessness.

They NEVER answer the phone in the Denton office, have had to call and email Bill Turner several times to even have his employees return phone calls. Its very frustrating when you do what they ask and they do nothing in return. My daughter in law has been calling their office everyday since July 27th to check up on a form that she faxed in.

The people are very helpful and professional. They greet you with a smile. Theyre very helpful. If you have any questions theyre happy to help you with anything that you need with a smile. Also, they have classes you can take on job search and other tools that are helpful in finding a job. Also, they get excited if you find a job by ringing a bell.
