Speakers with loud music directly over the tables makes conversation difficult. Empty restaurant, slow service, had to ask to order, bread came late, server didnt check on us after food arrived, drinks were not refreshed, bland noodles, overcookes chicken, under cooked steak, small portions for the price. Had to ask 2x for the check & it took 10 minutes to get. Came here because I wanted Tiramisu for dessert, but was never asked if we wanted dessert. We are local and 100% will never return.

Located on the west side of Kalahari, Sortinos offers eye an Italian city authentic experience. It is more expensive than most, but the combination of the outdoor fire pit in live music with being able to view the sunsets makes up for it. Wheelchair accessibility: Located on the first floor with no stairs and open doors.

The food was amazing super high quality and amazing flavors. Everything was fresh and made on the spot. We aired no time to get seated nor to get our food. Our waiter Waleed Klan was amazing , super friendly, got the food for our daughters put in right away because they were starving and was kind enough to let them order like grownups and asked for their names and remembered them. Bread and meatballs were yummy!! The other food was subpar, tasted like it was frozen food. Waiter was great! We ordered a kids sprite, it came and there was no carbonation in it, the waiter replaced it. Napkin was dirty, waiter replaced it. Inside another napkin roll was a dirty fork. Asked for ketchup for our kids meal and the ketchup looked like it had exploded, it was so gross we didnt use it. Very disappointed, especially with how pricey the place is.

Jan 2023: We went to sortinos during our mini vacation at kalahari and it was by far the best dinning experience we had at the resort! Not only is the food amazing but our server Tarkan (also a bartender) was wonderful. He recommended a fantastic wine, was friendly, fast with service and so alert to our needs. We were dealing with two small tired kids and he made great suggestions and just really took care of us overall. What a great experience! Aug 2024: back at sortinos and had a great experience again with Nick! Literally the best service and wine/food recommendations. Friendly and fast! Thank you for always giving us the best!

I was excited from the reviews but was so disappointed. First it took like 20 minutes to order a drink. Watched our waiter do many things besides take our drink order after telling us hell be right back. He was nice just not any good at multitasking. The bread was good! The drinks were good. The manicotti was horrible. They had lemon flavor in the ricotta in the manicotti. Strong lemon flavor. Inedible. And you should never have lemon ricotta in a manicotti. Pancakes then your fine. Husband had the pasta mafia. Steak was cooked well but needed seasoning. The broccoli was so doused in lemon it was inedible. The sauce was different and not bad. Had a kick though. Manager was very nice and took the manicotti off the bill, but i still dont see us returning.

The food was A LOT better than what we were expecting for a waterpark. Our server Samet was exceptional went above and beyond!! He was so attentive and made sure me, my husband and two toddlers were taken care of. Our toddlers or misbehaving the whole dinner. The customer service was top tier! One small issue we had the noodles on both dishes were overcooked. I didn t want to complain but I did let our server, Mikka, know about the situation. She offered to have the dishes remade but my husband just got off work and I m pregnant so we were just ready to go! lol. While waiting on our ticket Mikka brought out 2 freshly made dishes and a slice of tiramisu cake on the house! Unbeknownst to her tiramisu is my favorite cake!! We came dining in here today for my sons second birthday. First of all the food was delicious. Secondly, the portions were huge! You get quite a bit for your buck. Our waitress was Seyma and she was wonderful. She was very attentive and sweet. She also helped make our sons birthday a little special. Highly recommend. We will be back! Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly menu and was near the arcade and water park.
