This is really a sad location compared to their other locations, and im surprised with all the bad reviews they are still not doing anything about their management! Donuts got all mushed together with no separating paper, blueberry filling was fermented, so definitely not fresh. Parking: Large parkinglot

I left home without any coffee this morning and had to wait until I got a break to get some. I chose to stop at Shipleys. Their service and food is usually better than today. It was late in the morning but I feel this is no excuse since this location is open until 8pm. I ordered a sausage, jalapeno, and cheese kolache. In the past they used to ask if you wanted it heated. I suppose thats self-service now since there is a microwave at the condiment counter. Also, I came there to get a HOT coffee. It was almost cold, and thats before I added cream. The only item I received the way I expected was the blueberry cake donut, but they seem to be getting smaller in size. There are plenty of coffee places opening up in that area. I believe I will start going somewhere else where they will value my business....

I bought donuts for my office and one of my employees got a moldy donut. We checked the rest of them and it was 3 of them that were molded. I called the store to let them know about it and I asked to speak to a manager and she proceeded to argue with me telling me there s no way there s mold on my donuts Her tone was awful. She didn t apologize nor did she try to make it right in any way. Would definitely not come back!

Ill never order from this location again. Its never been great, but over the weekend I ordered kolaches and donuts, and the dough on the jalapeño sausage kolaches was RAW. I had already eaten some before I realized - so gross. I tried calling but no answer. I ordered a dozen mixed donuts as well, and the majority of them were old and stale. It isnt cheap either! Ill stick to Snowflake Donuts from now on.

This location is a typical Shipley restaurant. The inside is relatively simple, with a handful of tables if you choose to sit and enjoy your donuts. They have a cream and sugar station to add to your coffee. You order at the counter, which is standard at Shipley and probably every donut shop. They do have a drive through. Shipley donuts are very thick and doughy. Too thick and doughy for my taste. The glaze is sometimes crispy which I prefer and sometimes moist which I dont like. Unlike Krispy Kreme, they dont lay the donuts down, they squash them together like sardines, which can ruin the glazing. They do have a nice variety and are better stocked than Snowflake, a good local alternative just down Sienna Parkway. In fact we ended up here recently because Snowflake ran out of blueberry donuts. Shipley is also open until 8pm while Snowflake runs out of donuts by noon. Shipley has kolaches which are ok, but also have too much dough.

Id give it 1-2 as what I witnessed is so unsanitary. But, because the employee was nice enough to honor my request and retrieve donuts from the back, I bumped it to a 3. Although, I was unable to secure a photo of what truly caught my attention, the 3rd person (not on the ladder), leaning and talking over the donuts. Im sure the photo paints a clear picture of the extra step to shield or cover the donuts while they worked, was not taken.

I went yesterday morning to get kolaches for a work meeting , I asked for all sausage and cheese. I got to work and found out they were all ham cheese. I called the Shipleys to let them know (10 -15 min after) The lady asked me to bring them back and she will give me the other ones for Proof. I told her theyve all been bitten out of , how else would we have known they were ham . She told me to take a picture and I can come back in the morning to get the new ones. I got there this morning and she STILL ASKED FOR THE KOLACHES FROM YESTERDAY! I told her that I dont have them and then she said The only thing I can do is give you 9 for the price of 6 , horrible customer service.

I placed an order on Door Dash and when it arrived, I noticed my order was wrong. I called Shipleys and told the lady that my order was wrong. Instead of trying to fix the problem, she argued with me telling me that it was correct until I sent her a picture. I ordered 3 chocolate glazed donuts and 3 regular glazed. The glazed were correct but I had no chocolate. Then she asked if I could come and pick up the correct donuts. I informed her that I ordered the donuts for delivery because of the convenience of not having to leave home. So, I asked her to just refund the money. She then stated that she would call the delivery driver to see if she would consider to redeliver the donuts. I just told her to refund the money. She then got upset and told me that she was busy and give her time to take care f it and hung up. How can you get upset with a customer when you made a mistake? Her customer service sucks!

This location doesn t show support to the Sienna community, yet we line up to funnel our money into their business. When the local schools have fundraising programs - I never experience their willingness to participate and give back to the community that is making them rich. In addition- they have a policy in place that forces me to buy more product because of service fees; and while o respect trying to maximize profits, their greed turns me off. I ll stay away and use my money elsewhere

They used to have a $5 minimum for purchases by credit card and now they add a 3.5% surcharge when paying by card. These are not customer-friendly, will likely do more harm in the long run; and probable violations of their merchant services agreement. It would be a wiser business decision to just increase the prices on donuts by 5 cents.
