We built a home with Coventry Homes, we had a very good experience, Holly Frame was our sales person, she paid very close attention to our needs and the changes that we wanted to make to the plan. Kyle was our builder and he also did an excellent job, on our final walk through Kyle went thru every inch of the house with a fine tooth comb, I could not be happier with the experience that we had, Holly kept us informed with each stage as we progressed thru the build, I would highly recommend this builder and Holly. We were able to close right on time as expected, I love our new home. Thank you Holly for making this transition so easy.

Good looking homes. Nice build quality. We signed a contract and were excited to get started, then the headaches began. Multiple deadlines missed. Poor communication. The kicker was being told by our sales rep that our kids can start the new school year in McKinney ISD with a signed contract even though they hadn t broke ground. That was a big deal for us because we didn t want our kids to have to switch schools mid school year. That was the only reason we felt comfortable signing a contract with them. When we tried to register the kids for the new school year they told us there was no way we could get into McKinney ISD being that far out of construction. The only way to get them into McKinney ISD would be to pay tuition or wait till middle of the school year. No thanks. We cancelled our contract and lost our deposit. Would rather make it a $4k mistake than a $400k mistake. Lesson learned.
