I had a fantastic dining experience at Twin Peaks, largely thanks to our waitress, Cassidy. From the moment we were seated, she greeted us with a warm smile and an infectious energy that set the tone for our meal. Cassidy was attentive without being intrusive, promptly refilling our drinks and ensuring we had everything we needed. Her recommendations were spot-on, highlighting some of the best dishes on the menu. It was clear she knew the menu well and genuinely cared about her customers experience. Overall, Cassidy made our visit memorable, and I cant wait to return for another meal.

Wanted go out and just enjoy a drink and food.Tuesday evening walked in @8pm. Attitude at the door was not promising but at least they spoke. At my table, 8:10 pm, no clue who is waiting on me. 8:15 waitress comes over and asks did I want anything? I said amaretto sour and water, told her I would look at the menu while I waited for my drink. 8:25pm got my water, but no sign of my drink. At 830pm still nothing, but my water. That was enough. I left,,,wont be back.

I actually came in during a bit of a slow time so as expected the service was amazing. My server was Krimzen and although I did notice her training someone, she was very attentive to my order and with the help of some other ladies got everything out to me fast. The food was hot and the beer was cold. Halfway through my meal the manager, Adam I believe came and asked me how was my service and of course I told him everything was great. I ll definitely be back again!

I went here yesterday Tuesday September 17, 2024. So,I took my wife to this TwinPeak s for her birthday, it was me, my daughter, my wife of course and her mother. We were greeted and seated, our waitress Cass was a really nice young lady and very informative of the menu. If I do come back ,it would be because of her friendliness and positive attitude. We all ordered drinks and my mother-in-law ordered the Pineapple Margarita without salt and my wife ordered a Blackberry Margarita. Well they brought my mother-in-law s drink with salt and my wife s drink had too much blackberry syrup, so of course we sent them back! Well the Manager (Adam)came over with a attitude, without even asking us what was wrong he says I can t keep Comping drinks out because his Boss will get mad and he ll get in trouble. We told him that it wasn t our fault and explained why, then he acted like he didn t have an attitude!!! On top on that our food wasn t good so the whole day was ruined! I don t think I ll be back to this location and I hope he s punished. As long as I know Adam s there .I Will Not Be Back!!! I spent 70.00 there and for what??? My wife to be disappointed

We tried this place for the first time last Friday August 16 2024 for lunch , I will start by saying our waitress was nice, the issue we had was we asked for two different sauces for the smoked wings, which btw were very soft and pale looking , seems like they were not cooked all the way, when they brung the sauces out for the wings, one of the sauces had a bug laying in it( a fly) I told the waitress she said oh no way this is crazy , she went to tell the manager on duty , the manager comes to the table and gives a bland, I m sorry for that ! But that s it, she didn t offer any compensation at least for the wings or offer something for the inconvience ,it just didn t sound sincere, the waitress came back out with new sauces and apologized sounded more sincere then the manager , just so you know we don t look for anything free, we are military we tip very good for good service! It just would ve been nice to be offered something. When we walked in we were NOT greeted and when we walked out all five girls at the front did not acknowledge our visit or say bye. We shared nachos and fried pickles. We asked for more ranch and never got it. We asked for plates and never got it, until I got up and got them myself... Those food items were good BUT the customer service level sucked!! There is nothing like this in the UK (unless you go to a stop club)! The bar girls walk round in uniform designed by Ann Summers! For me like most places the food was too salty. The amount of sad middle to late aged white men sitting around the bar coping and eyeful was crazy

Ive been coming here for a few years and Charmaine is the best server Ive ever had. Shes fun and has an amazing personality and I always feel welcomed when I sit with her. Food is always delicious and the beers are always cold.

Been going to this Twin Peaks a little more frequently. I dont know what happened at the Burleson one, but it feels so uninviting compared to this one. Used to not be that way, but I much prefer this one. Food-wise, its what you expect. Bar food: burgers, wings, fries, sandwiches. Nothing amazing, but lets be real: no one comes here for the food. Waitresses have been friendly and prompt. Havent had a bad experience per say. The interior is nice and welcoming - much better design than the Burleson one with that weird L shape that has a corner of shame. This one is easier to get around and all around comfier. It beats out the Grand Prairie one easily, but that one is so bad, it barely even registers as competition.

This is a regular stop for me and my wife. The food is always good and there is a lot of options. The waitresses are always very attentive to you. Today we had Raymiah as are waitress as we swing in for a quick lunch. She stayed on top of making sure drinks where full and we where taken care. Great lunch. June 19, 2024. I went to Twin peaks on interstate 20 and Bryant irvin at 3:10pm. No customer service for over 10 minutes after being seated. No drinks were offered. Absolutely no customer service. Brought it to the manager attention, all he could do was apologize for the lack of customer service on a non busy day. I walked out at 325pm. Twin peeks need new managers that hold their waitresses accountable for not attending to customers. And they need new waitresses that pay attention to customers who have not been waited on

I just came out of the place, at first the attention was good from the host, then it took us half an hour sitting there without being attended to, it was a friend and I (the only Latinos) more people arrived after us, they were attended first, really upset. Bad attention, if you have the opportunity to visit Twin Peaks, miss it. P.S. I left them a dollar tip for their attention.

Honestly I drink about once a year. Celebrated buying my dream car for work. But I was extremely disappointed in these drinks! Had three normal only takes one but not even a buzz. The food was okay roast needed carrots also bought the mini tacos came in a container that holds 5 but I only got 3 did someone eat 2 and if not use the right plate! Staff were friendly and the dude bar backing was on point. It wasn t bad but just not quite right it seemed.
