Working with Natalie Paul was a true pleasure. She and her team(Stephanie Fay) handled my probate case promptly, professionally and compassionately. After the death of a parent, things can get REALLY confusing for the executor. Along with the inevitable workload of managing my fathers affairs to completion, the probate process is a black hole of never ending tasks and spontaneous issues that Id never anticipated. Over a period of about 6 months Natalie communicated effectively and was able to walk me through the intense and laborious process, all while empathically answering my continuous flow of questions. Her help was very much appreciated!!

From the second I walked into their office I knew this was the team I wanted working with me. They answered all of my initial questions and concerns regarding my situation. Being a difficult situation I did not want it dragging out for an extended period of time and Kayla and her team did an excellent job getting it handled and finalized in a timely manner. I m big on communication and everytime I reached out with question I had an answer same day, whether it was directly from Kayla or a member of her team. They made sure I felt comfortable with every decision they made and gave me their professional opinion when it came to my thoughts on certain terms. I would pick this team to represent me again if ever needed.

Courtney has been my lead counsel for almost 7 years. Courtney put in countless hours navigating a very contentious divorce and provided sound guidance that resulted in much of the burden being taken off of my shoulders. Courtney continues to handle any issues that arise with custody or financial matters in an extremely timely manner. I can count on her to put in the hours of studying case law that are needed to handle complex situations that I face. I d highly recommend her and her team.

Communication was not timely. I was told during the process of my divorce that the things I was asking for were reasonable only to be laughed at by the mediator and I ended up not feeling like my deal was fair but went with it anyway to end the process because I was running out of money. There was no follow through, directions, or communication back about how to get the child support going and taken out of my paycheck and now there is a whole issue of the OAG thinking I am behind on payments Ive made. I did not feel like Natalie fought for me.

I hired this firm on a referral for Courtney and retained Kayla. One pays an attorney to alleviate stress and to achieve optimal results. In my opinion, this did not occur. I gave 2 stars solely on the fact that a modification agreement was eventually filed. This is my experience with this firm: 1. Communication with Kayla throughout this entire process was unacceptable. This caused major delays and unfavorable outcomes and in my opinion, excessive billing. 2. Billing appears to be a priority for them and communication excels there. 3. After a year and in excess of $20,000 paid to this firm, I will still need to modify this agreement once again to obtain the results I retained this firm to do. 4. I conferred several times with Courtney to rectify this year-long stressful and unsatisfactory situation by providing a detailed timeline and list of my concerns. Most of these were never resolved nor adequately addressed and after 2 months of receiving additional billing, they offered a small discount. 5. I never felt they truly cared about my case or my family. It felt very transactional. That may have even been ok if their services were exceptional or even acceptable, but they were not. The positive: A rightfully restored modification agreement was met. The negative: Communication and strategical processes were often ineffective. This caused the final outcomes to fall below expectations and unfortunately will have to be revisited in the future.

Natalie Paul and her team were incredible to work with. A divorce is never easy, and emotions run high. Not only did they handle my case with efficiency and professionalism, they stayed calm and successfully navigated the storms when times were hectic. Ive worked with many attorneys in my professional life and the five-star rating Im giving Natalie is very well deserved and earned. I highly recommend Natalie Paul for divorce representation whether your case is simple or more complex like mine.

I ve retained them for differing reasons and in the past I have t had problems but this year it has been a terrible experience. I ve had no communication back from them since February with numerous attempts to contact them both email and calls to amend a divorce decree and finally months later they get on the ball but do it with incorrect dates and incorrect amounts. They forgot to remove my oldest son which graduated and is an adult now which was the reason I had retained them. Don t know what s going on there but they better get on the ball before I make a formal complaint the State Bar of Texas. I m giving them 2 stars just because I had a good experience a year ago but it has gone downhill since.

At the beginning of the year, I hired them as my divorce lawyer. My experience has been unpleasant for the past six months. Ive been calling them and emailing about a refund that is due to me, but I feel like Im getting the runaround. At the moment, there is no communication. They havent made an effort to call or email me back in the past two months.
