About the Company

rating: 4.3

From our humble start in 2012, Maple Street has always been different. In a world of boring breakfast, we set out to craft scratch-made comfort food, with a modern twist. With every breakfast, lunch and catered event, our fresh ingredients, that quirky take on comfort food, and a sense of community go well beyond basic. We aim to leave you both full and fulfilled. We promise to bring you fresh-cracked eggs. We promise to bake our biscuits from scratch every day, and never serve you some previously frozen puck of dough. We promise to provide impeccably clean stores, where you can focus on delicious food and those with whom you choose to enjoy it. Like you, our biscuits are a lot of things, but we promise they’ll never be boring.

I ordered a catering order for a Sunday brunch I was hosting and let me tell you, Maple Street EXCEEDED expectations. I had been in on my own before so I knew the food was good, but theres something about great service when there are mishaps. 1/2 a dozen biscuits were missing from my order and when I called to arrange pickup for them Valerie was amazing! She apologized for the confusion and even gave me extra biscuits, which came in handy because my friends devoured them and wanted some to take home. Maple Street already ranked high in my book for solo/small group dining but they are absolutely my first choice now for any future brunch catering needs.

What a GREAT breakfast spot! My wife & I stopped in for a quick bite and we were super impressed. Firstly, the atmosphere is like a nice sit down restaurant but you order through the associate and the food is brought to the table of your choice. Nice interior - felt modern-ish but cosy. The menu was neatly laid out and I immediately gravitated toward the tacos. The chicken tacos were spot on and that sauce topping was killer. Plentiful bacon to made the dish well with the $17 bucks. I also got a Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew and I have to say that it is better than Bux. The associate told me that the cream foam is made in house. Of course I had to get a biscuit and it came with a berry spread. We annihilated the biscuit. My wife got a sweet potato dish and she said very positive things about the dish. Would I go again? You bet! It s now a regular spot when I am traveling on Eldorado! Great job y all!

We went there Sunday afternoon with a family of 5. The restaurant was not busy, but it took over 40 mins to get our food.. The food was ok, nothing special and the portions seemed small.

If youre a bacon/pork lover, this is the place for you. However, they dont discriminate to those of us that dont eat bacon/pork either. The food is absolutely wonderful, perfectly seasoned with many entrees big enough for two. The staff is warm, friendly, and welcoming; especially Miss. Lyric. Her warm, sweet, patience professional personality put her in depth knowledge of the menu and Customer Service at a level that is beyond 5 s. Thank you guys for a Great experience. Vegetarian options: Most entries can be adjusted for vegetarians. Kid-friendliness: Kids menu have great options in kids size. Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking and access is close to the doors.

It is a nice relaxing atmosphere with Pleasant staff and speedy service. Even when I had trouble figuring out what I wanted to eat, they made helpful suggestions and also broke down what was in each menu item. This is one of my favorite spots to take my mom and sister.

We heard of this place as being new and went in with the family. HORRIBLE experience . If we could give them a zero stars we would. The 2 girls as the front were very rude. They stared at us when we asked if we could have a table for 5 and then later giggled amongst themselves laughing at us. Please don t be in this business if you don t know how to treat people with respect. We walked out refusing to be treated like that. Never again

I just need to praise the manager on his customer service. I had a small mishap with my delivery and he quickly replaced it. Not only did he replace the one item, but he replaced the WHOLE order for my family of 4. That is $75 worth of food. Most places arent that proactive, but Jedd knows how to treat his patrons and I definitely give him props for that. Thank you again!

Heads up- this is a fast casual spot. I didnt know that walking in- youll grab menus, order at the counter, get a pager handed to you, and find a spot to sit, then get up once or twice to pick up your drink and food. I was refreshingly surprised when upon payment, I was not asked to leave a tip! I dont mind leaving a tip, but its rare these days that its not expected. I appreciate this little detail, but everyone on the staff was super friendly, and someone even came and checked on us outside to make sure we liked our food. The iron goat sandwich was very delicious! Lots of flavor and a special sweet sauce with a touch of heat on the side, in which I dipped my biscuit as a post main dish treat. I also ordered the Maple Vanilla latte with oat milk (grateful that was an option!). It was definitely a dessert level sweetness, so next time I may order it less sweet. All in all, it was a good experience. Outdoor seating was clean and shaded. Inside is a bit echo-ey, so if anyone has hearing difficulties, it may be challenging to have a conversation. I will likely return to try some of the dessert/ sweet breakfast food options. Its always nice to have options, and Maple Biscuit is a nice addition to the Frisco/ McKinney border restaurants. I hope they find much success. Vegetarian options: Iron goat is vegetarian. Dairy free milk substitutes available for drinks.

My husband and I walked into the restaurant this morning. It does not open for another two weeks and were conducting training. One of the managers offered him a coffee and me a custom made latte. They also gave us biscuits with their signature jellies. They refused to take any money. This was amongst one of the finest hospitality my husband and I have ever experienced. We look forward to frequenting. Thankfully, the Mortons.
