They said if I subscribe they wont charge me for attorney fees, and new fees showed up afterwards missed my court date. nice

The CSRs are Very attentive and professional. Ive gotten out of ALMOST every ticket. One lawyer that was assigned to me never fought for me in court. Then told me to look for another lawyer to appeal. I was t-boned in my personal vehicle on a different occasion and the lawyer was late to court. I was found at fault because of his being late. He told me to pay the fine then, we would appeal. Little did I know, paying the fine meant I plead guilty. But, as far as the service of TVC, they are helpful. Make sure you REVIEW THE LAWYER GIVEN TO YOU!! Ive been a customer for many years

I asked,TVC Pro Driver, to assign an Attorney to represent me as my former employer had appealed my approval to receive TN Umemployment Insurance payments. The Attorney gave me a free 20 to 30 minute consultation due my membership in TVC Pro Driver. After hearing the circumstance he told me it was not necessary to pay him a retaining fee nor hire him to be present at the phone hearing. Instead he prepared me for hearing. Advised me on what to testify about, what to avoid bringing up how to be professional. I had my hearing and the appeal was withdrawn by my former employer. I won and continue to receive weekly unemployment. TVC Pro Driver is also getting a failure to stop at a temporary rest area ticket in NY removed from my DMV record. Kevin handled my case gracefully. He responded back to me In a timely fashion.If I had any questions or concerns about my case. He was there to assist me . And my case was dismissed with an low fine. I would recommend tvc to others . And I would use the services again if needed in the future.

The attorneys that work for TVC are top notch !!! THE best at what drivers who drive for a living, need accomplished !!! It may cost you some money however they work hard at their trade so you can continue working, driving and making money..... without the points and penalties!!! They represent you in all matters before, in court and follow up.... while you continue to go to work. P.s... You are a qualified cdl driver but only lawyers know the legal system as it applies to cdl law.

My first experience with Rudy was in 2013, he helped my husband get out of a ticket. He helped us right away and went out of his way. Even though, he doesnt know Punjabi, he is able to get resources and translators to help Punjabi speakers. The process was quick and easy. Rudy is really nice and good with customer service. Hes good with communicating and makes a person feel at ease. I recommend TVC and Rudy and his team of advisors to help with tickets and violations!

It is better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it! I have been member 4 years, very pleased . PRAYING they will see the need to fight the discrimination, harrassment, parking ticket at Walmart just for buying groceries, mayor Molnar Macedonia , Ohio, needs to accommodate the trucker bringing his town supplies and patronize this location, who buy from needed supplies, medicine.
