This was such a letdown. The menu looked promising so I decided to stop by and try the food. The restaurant itself is dirty but the staff was nice. I ordered the seafood noodle soup and was completely disappointed. It did not have any flavor. I tried adding spice and sauce but nothing helped. The seafood itself tasted spoiled, the shrimp were dirty, the veggies were wilted and brown and the noodles were old and just did not work with that type of soup. I do not recommend this place. There are many other Asian places around there....go there instead

One day I ordered shrimp lomein for the first time. Upon entering the restaurant there was a man and he didn t ask me what I want. Instead he just stared at me. No hi or hello.However the lomein was overcooked and saggy plus the charged me almost twenty dollars. That was the fir and last time I ordered food from this terrible restaurant. This was a few months ago I went to this same restaurant. I ordered a shrimp lomein with and paid five dollars for extra shrimps. I got like ten shrimps with saggy noodles.

Let get the info out of the way. I order sesame chicken, sweet-and-sour chicken, veggie fried rice. Spring rolls, egg rolls. Totaled to $58. Order around 9pm. Which some would consider late but this place stay open till 1am. The good. Fresh ingredients. The veggies, and spring rolls were very fresh. I would say that everything was properly cooked. The bad. No flavor very little flavor. I had to add more seasonings when I got home. Smothered the sesame chicken and sweet-and-sour chicken and some duck sauce to add flavor. The peanut sauce was also lacking in flavor for the spring rolls. The eggrolls were soggy and also lacking in flavor. Thank god for the duck sauce. They told us it would take 20 minutes to prepare our food and when I arrive for pickup an additional 30 minutes before I had my food. Over all I don t understand the how these place has a 4.4 review. I do understand that maybe the more traditional food like hot pot or seafood might be better. I understand that I got typical basic Chinese-American options and this is technically of the Vietnamese restaurant. So if ur look for that Asian American taste don t come here.

I had food poisioning with the food from here. I had a vareity of foods: fried rice, seafood and etc..that were shared family style with a group of people thus, I cannot depict which food item(s) were undercooked that caused 2 days of vomitting non-stop. It was a nightmare! I have never had food posioning in my life until I visitied Tasty Asia in Garland. I typically love asian foods and write good reviews but will never return here.

Great Ph ! Better than most. The bean sprout, basil & jalapeños were really fresh. The shrimp fried rice was awesome (nicely spicy). Vegetarian options: Tofu dishes are available.

I order $50 Peking duck, which is a roast duck with 10 Banh bao & 2 beef chow fun came out nasty flavor and was for charge $86. Do not order Peking duck. They rip you off. I did call to complain. They cant cook & cheat on your order. Never come back!

I was so hungry that I didnt take a photo to show what I ate, everything was very tasty and the attention was very, very kind. In the end they gave us the house tea (te de jasmin). I will definitely come back to this place.

This was our first time visiting Tasty and we had a great time there. The food was spectacular with wonderful service. We had a complementary hot jasmine tea pot from the server. The place was cleaned, very nice decor, even the restroom was bright and cleaned too. Highly recommended! Parking: A lot of space and near entrance

We were just there today and the woman who served us was amazing and very attentive to my daughter who is disabled. The food was absolutely wonderful!! This was our first visit as we had business in Garland but I will make the trip from Denton again to have such amazing food! Thanks again to the wonderful server we had.

Went there for takeout and was very impressed by the food. Vermicelli with shrimp was bursting with flavor,the shrimp infused with flavors of lemongrass and the lettuce and cucumber were very fresh and tasted home grown. Sesame chicken very savory and tender, full of flavor. They have a live lobster and crab tank in the restaurant. We will be returning!

Another amazing hole in the wall. Super delicious food and very consistent. The owner is kind and personable. I had only been there 4 times and they already remembered my boyfriend and my orders. Its now my regular lunch spot. I recommend the beef fried rice.

I went to my grandson wedding, the old owner they do a good job with wedding and the food was good, I go to my grandson wedding yesterday, let me start out and say they charge him over 8700 dollar with an extra 18 percent service fee, the wedding had about 120 people but there was only 3 or 4 waiter. The food is horrible, the service was extremely bad, I feel bad for my grandson because it was his wedding but they did mess up and charge him a wedding with bad service. I do not recommend anyone to this place to do a wedding go some where else !!!

Had the best time eating here with my friends! Ive been very cautious about eating in restaurants because of COVID-19 but this place was so clean and had many measures in place. Also, the workers were so nice and helpful to me when I had questions about the menu. Will definitely be coming back for more food soon!!
