Good food and has greatly decent atmosphere. Yet, I didnt like the service that I witnessed today, in how the servers only take their customers to certain tables, when actually customers WANTS TO BE SEATEN wherever they wanna sit. Which pretty much happened to me & my mom at the restaurant, we wanted to sit a certain table, yet the server, Daniela Georgina, took us to a different table instead. Its a bit unfair that us, customers, are moved to certain areas of the restaurant, where we didnt say that we wanted to be seated at.

The server we got was just the worst... it was only 3 of us asked for 2 cokes and 1 water with no ice ...he brings a tea , a sprite and a water FULL of ice. Then when hes bringing the chips beans and lemons to the table and has the audacity to eat from our chips, gross!!!! I got no idea what he has going on here but he keeps arguing with his coworkers as well and to top it off when he brings the stuff hes not paying attention and literally dropped our chips all over the table, when we asked for more he literally rolled his eyes and took more then 10 minutes to bring us more chips while the beans sat there getting cold! We didnt once get asked for a refill so we took it upon ourselves to ask the manager and let her know that he had been picking from peoples plates as well as touching his beard and face then getting chips to serve people with his bare and unwashed hands... after that the managers took care of the situation but just know if u go here and Jonathan is ur server GOOD LUCK! still waited another 10 minutes just for a to go box The managers were excellent it was just this server

Yesterday, I step in to Muelles in McAllen it was packed. Too many people that my order ticket was slip and slide somewhere that it too me about an hour standing there. I asked for a catty to carry my drinks the restaurant ran out of holders. Not only that they forgot to give me straws. I only went to buy my dad fish soup for Fathers day. Later, on in the evening I step into to the Mission location to pick up a plate of fish. Huge difference. Greatly appreciate their service.

I am a frequent customer at this place, without a doubt one of my best places to eat. Seafood but today it was disappointing to eat the flavorless snack, maybe something was missing The portion of black sauce that they added was scarce, the ceviche was completely tasteless of water. I hope that this dish can be corrected. It is the second time that we have had it like this. I hope that the octopus and ceviche can be corrected in flavor, without a doubt, it is a good place, but it would be Better if you paid attention to our comments, I would return again to try the same dish but now with flavor, thank you

Garlic shrimp and Garlic basa are delicious. Cameron consamme soup was great. Service is perfect. Only problem is not everyone wants French fries. Grilled fish grilled shrimp are healthy but not having option of baked potatoes defeats purpose of eating grilled fish and shrimp. Would enjoy a baked potato instead of French fries. Otherwise a great seafood restaurant. Very nice birthday celebration if you eat thete on your birthday.

I was exited to eat here and then my husband saw roches crawling around what was weird is that we told them that we were not going to be eating here we haven t even gotten our food and we told her we saw roches and she laughs and still gives us a bill which we didn t even look at the food we ordered it wasn t brought to us yet . Super loud. TVs running all around and Tejano music blasting. Food was horrible. Ordered Botanita... ceviche was ultra salty. Shrimp ceviche had jalapenos in vinegar. Couldnt be left out. Had to remove them from every fork full. Downed my food with my water. Im sure ill be bloated tomorrow. Didnt finish my food. Service was good. Not our servers fault. But we will not be going back. Vegetarian options: Not much in the way of vegetables. Most plates come with toast, rice and foods are mostly fried. If your on special diet like Keto, like I am, not many choices.

I tried their shrimp tacos and they were pretty good, the shrimps had a good flavor and it was well portioned, the shrimps seem to have been cooked with green bell peppers, onions, bacon & more, the corn tortillas also had cheese, I really liked the thick slices of avocado. They serve you chips, salsa, refried beans & fish broth while you wait, they all tasted good. Overall I say the tacos were pretty good and I would recommend them, I will try more of their dishes in the future.

I ordered bacon wrapped shrimp to go and when I got home I had to throw most of it away. The bacon was not fully cooked so I ate some pieces of what I thought was lettuce and it turned out to be parts of a raw fish. Understandable they handle fish but why is it mixed with the lettuce unless there is cross contamination happening. Will no be visiting this place again as I am terribly disgusted with the experience.
