One of the top 5 burgers all time! Didnt need salt, pepper, anything. Only thing Id ask for next time is for the buns to be toasted. I went with a traditional cheese burger to set a baseline. It did not disappoint. Sweet potato fries were amazing. And the onion rings were top notch. I plan to try some of their specialty burgers but this was total WOW! The banana pudding shake had crushed Nilla wafers in it. Totally legit shake!!!

Great burgers! I had the double cheeseburger and it was definitely a top burger for me in Houston and the greater surrounding areas! The restaurant itself was very clean and it had a retro feel to it. Highly recommend and I will be returning again

They have great custom blends if you want something fancy. The cheeseburger is my usual choice. All of the sides are great. Killens and Lankfords are my top two choices for burger joints in the Houston area. The little burger basket is a great deal and the cheese steak is very tasty.

Came here for National Burger day and ordered the deluxe cheeseburger for $1.50 Good smash burger! Nice and crunchy. I liked that it was so simple. Crinkle fries are really crispy and well salted! Ordered the onion rings as well, but the skin was still on so that was unpleasant. They were especially busy due to the hashtag holiday, so I can see why that happened

Typically, a great place took a lot of family from out of town. Look around where the only tables served with plastic cups instead of real glasses. Their food is usually top-notch. It was okay good, but only okay. Crowded packed is a great thing. But service was minimal. Just needs to work harder on customer service. Thank you.

I just visited this place for lunch and left after an incredibly disappointing experience. Despite being the only person waiting to place an order, the cashier completely ignored me while wrapping up some orders, even though they were not busy at all. After a long wait, the cashier finally acknowledged me, only to tell me that I needed to place my order at a different register. This is something he could have informed me about from the start. As I moved to the correct register, another customer walked in, and the cashier took her order first, even though he knew I had been waiting for a long time. I left immediately after seeing this. This was my first visit, and I will never come here again due to the poor customer service.

This is a nice addition to the killens lineup. The place reminds me of the classic princes back in Houston. I did order the cheeseburger, and my buns were kinda stiff and my cheese was not fully melted....but service was quick and there are some menu items I want to try next time. Over all not bad. i lived in pearland my whole life and regretted all of it by never coming here before. typically come here at around 5pm, theres at least a few booths where we can sit at (i love the comfiness) these burgers are so beautiful made with so much love. this time i got the cheeseburger. they put this special sauce that makes the burger taste so loved the crispy end of the bun and the fresh crunch from the pickles and lettuce is satisfying. definitely this size of a burger fills me up and the fries are a tasty side to make sure your filled up. its a big portion of fries all salted nicely and made greatly. come back here every chance i get

I give this place a solid 4. I loved the homemade taste and size of the patty. The veggies were fresh as well. I didnt care for the buns or the onion rings. The onion ring batter was under cooked in my opinion. I switched to the crinkle fries and I enjoyed those much more. They were hot out the fryer and seasoned well. The star of the show was the banana pudding shake. It was perfect, made with real pieces of Nilla wafers and bananas. If you like banana pudding, then youll love the shake. If I was in the area, I would try another burger. The service was friendly and the tables were clean.

Disappointed in the $2.00 increase on the B K burger and the non consistent sizes, one week its huge next week it shrinks. Hubby and I moved to Pearland 3 years ago, stopped in for a burger, we got a B K burger, sooooooo big and good, reminded me of a Bobs Big boy burger, from the meat to the bread. Now with the increase its smaller and more $$ we buy one just cut it in half and share a 3rd of the fries. No leftovers! I go to in n out more often get a double double $5 and a Fry and save $3+

The food is good and the price is okay. There was only about 5 people seated at the time and it was about 2pm, so the food rush was over. I had ordered food takeout for 2 meals with fries. Once theyve called my name out, I took the bag and went on about my day to eat the food with a buddy back at work. Once I took everything out, to my surprise, there were no fries for any of our meals. Called the facility and asked them what can you do about the fries. They proceeded in a rude manor saying youve only bought 1 set of fries for your 2 meals (trying to justify the mistake) and you can come back to pick up your 1 order. Im sorry, but my time is limited, which is why I decided to make the meal to-go. I paid almost $30 for the meal and I honestly didnt care if it was cold. I expect that kind of service from a Jack in The Box, but Killens is a big name. I have no problem spending money for good food but I will pay more for great service.

We are a HUGE fan of Killen s, so had to try out their burger joint. The decor is super cute - diner style. You cannot go wrong with ordering on their menu. Their burgers are juicy and cooked just right. I highly recommend ordering their crinkle fries and a milkshake to compliment your meal. Parking can be a tad bit difficult on busy days. Fair. Thats how Id describe the service. Ive been 3 times, and the employees havent been unfriendly. Problem is, they dont exactly seem thrilled to be in customer service either. The burgers are ok, but the patty hasnt been real consistent on flavor. Its ok for a convenient burger, but I would never go out of my way to have this particular burger. The ambiance is very nice. It feels throwback for sure. Try it for yourself, and see what you think! I think its an awesome concept, but it just needs a little work in my mind. The price/plated food is fair.

Its Killens need I say more? The burgers are great, I had peppers added which were lightly grilled so they werent soft, they were cooked and crunchy with a perfect texture addition to a great burger. The meat had a really good flavor. I had the cheese curds also which were delicious. The typical plaguing issues you often get with burger joints are just not here, the burger was clean and delicious you tasted the burger not the grill and a days worth of left overs.. The cheese curds often hold a lot of grease and can taste really bad if the restaurant isnt using quality, clean oil. That was not the case here, they were fresh, delicious and very tasty! 10/10. Jax was my favorite in Pearland but now that I have found this, its a tough match..

Had not been here in a while. Had a bad experience today. The cashier named Jason was very rude while taking my order. He seemed annoyed the whole time. When I ordered a shake he rudely said we don t have ice cream. Three younger guys that worked there started to put chairs up on tables . I was confused because hours online say they close at 8pm it was only 6pm. We changed our order to go cause we felt we were being run off. I was shocked because we visit all killer s restaurants and the usual staff is always bery friendly. One of the cooks in the back told one of the guys to stop picking up cause he was driving people away. Could not hear his response but he was arguing with her.

Went with family. Pictures of the wagyu burger with brisket, child s cheeseburger, fries, cheese curds. Never expected this renown company to bring burgers. Absolutely enjoyed them (well, my wagyu burger with brisket). I also had my family s fries (their seasoning was pretty good, and had a good crisp to their crinkle cut). The curds were not oily and the cheese was tasty. Almost tempted to get a soft serve cone, but for next time. I ll be back when I m in the neighborhood! Thanks! It was our first time eating here. I had always heard good things about their burgers. The burgers were good. My son had the chicken strips. The menu said the chicken strips would come with pickles and a sauce. We didnt get either. I was not a fan of the crinkle fries. They didnt have much flavor and they were soggy. The iced tea was weak also, had to switch to a soda. The staff were friendly, but you pick up your own food at the window, so other than taking your order, there is no service. Its my first time here. Ordered the bbq brisket burger with fries. Delicious!! Also got a banana milk shake omg. You have to try it for yourself. Will be returning soon. Parking: Parking lot is small but its worth it

Cute place with good food. But my god the service is terrible. Every time we come the cashiers are rude. They don t make eye contact and overall seem surly and disdainful of all the customers. This is every time we come. It must be a terrible atmosphere to work in - management needs to do a better job with their training and engagement.
