Wish I could leave 0 stars. I went for lunch and the food was good but the service was not. I was double charged. When I noticed, I called the restaurant and was told to track down the person I was with to have them pay me back. I had asked to speak to the manager or owner. A lady claiming to be the manager said she was not refunding me the double charge because we all make mistakes. She obviously didnt wanna take responsibility and provided no help at all. She was so rude and very unprofessional. If she had apologized and asked me to stop by the restaurant to resolve the issue, I would have just left it and kept on with my day. But the fact that she was quick to say it was a basic human mistake, ask your friend for the money, just shows she does not care about the customer. Clearly shes money hungry.

Been there only twice and Im definitely going back. Authentic Mexican flavor (I spent my childhood summers in a ranch in Mexico) and it brought back memories. Very inexpensive and plentiful servings. Great job guys, Im recommending you to all my coworkers, friends and family. I apologize for not taking pictures the food was that good that I forgot.

First and last time I come to this place Point number 1. Bad service from the waitress. Since she took our order, the waitress only returned when she brought us the food and never came back to ask if we needed anything. Point number 2. They took too long. After taking our order we spent 45 minutes waiting for our food. Another table that arrived at exactly the same time ate and left before our food was brought to us. We ordered a Menudo and a plate that has chilaquiles, 2 eggs, beans, and Milanese. Another table also complained about the time it had already taken to get their food. Point number 3. The food was incipient and the Menudo was lukewarm. And they never even tried to tell us the reason why they were taking so long. We would understand if something had happened in the kitchen, but not an apology or a reason at all, nothing terrible service and terrible attention from at least some of the waitresses... They dont even deserve a star, it just doesnt leave you that option.

After careful observation of the reviews on here I ve concluded that what has been said about the service is somewhat legitimate. The food is actually exceptionally well done . I will mention that the reason the service for the dine in customer suffers immensely is because the main focal point and concern is the drive thru. There is absolutely no accountability for dine in. This could be because of the pos system or there own self initiated system does not differentiate who is dining in. As a result the orders at drive thru are made along with dine in. In their respective orders as they are received. This is unfortunate.This is equivalent to going to a gas station such as stripes and having to wait to pay for gas behind someone who is buying tacos at this same gas station. All in all the employees need retraining. It is not their fault. They are work in under limited circumstances. I will return because the food is delicious. Parking: Parking is plentiful and easily accessible. Handicap parking is Available and well lit.

The huevos rancheros here are very good, for $6.99 you get 2 eggs, potatoes, refried beans and bacon. The eggs are perfectly cooked over medium,the salsa for the eggs is very delicious, the potatoes are simple with no seasoning, the refried beans are delicious i believe they have lard and chorizo, the bacon is pretty good it comes chopped i think about 1 strip of bacon. The yellow corn tortillas from here are delicious and made fresh, I highly recommend them. The migadas they make are delicious but expensive. Overall I highly recommend you this place for their delicious food.

It was usually my first option when choosing where to eat (pregnant craving), everything was delicious and the staff was super friendly, but the last two times I have gone I have been disappointed. The penultimate time I went I ordered some flautas and asked for extra sauce (avocado) and they told me lets see if the cook wanted to give me; They gave me the slightest extra amount. My mother ordered one type of broth and it was super tasteless. We tried again a few days ago and the same thing. To begin with, the cashier/waitress didnt feel like serving. I ordered grilled tacos, they gave them to me as a morning taco, the beef broth seemed like they only added water. And the flutes, all mixed up. I think Ive learned my lesson and I wont go back.

What a shame of a place, the daughter Loreli treats the waitresses poorly because of their origin and it is a shameless place. The food my husband ordered was the combo of chicken flautas with the chicken Milanese, and they gave me only the Milanese, this place is not even that delicious and when I called the lady told me that my husband did not order that He obviously asked for the flutes, he was craving flutes, not the Milanese ones. I loved eating here, I had never had any problems, the place was clean and the food was delicious. Until today, I called to order and the guy told me When they arrive we will prepare it so what is the point of having a phone and placing orders over the phone? I thought it was because the place was full and thats why they were doing it that way. and no, when we arrived it was completely empty and everyone was in the kitchen making jokes. Now I have to wait more than 40 minutes in my car for the order to be placed. My family & I have been going there for several yrs. Im not gonna lie, the food is really good, but yesterday, 12/07, they lost a client. I knew they closed at 6, but around 5:30 I called to check if they could take a small order and the lady agreed as long as I could get there before 6. Ok yall I just updated their menu prices and for the price I expected a lil more food but nope... I had to open up my Sincronizada to spread it around... I know I should of taken a pick of it but I was a lil distracted by people coming in to a restuarant to play Spanish lottery (El Borracho cards type). Hell even my waiter was playing... had to flag him down to get his attention. SMH! Wont say Im not going back, but Ill wait a lil more and c if they saw this and correct the amount for the buck and a lil more attention to customers rather than the game. Oh and since the game is played everywhere dont reserve the seats... u want people to come and sit where theirs no people sitting at that moment to have a meal. We come in and they say oh sorry but u can sit to the right, just those 3 tables cuz the other ones r reserved. regret not looking at reviews before eating here.. Food was pretty awful and pretty much flavorless. All I could taste was the oil on the gorditas.. Overpriced, skinny, flavorless gorditas with LOTS of oil. Refried beans were crusty and dried up AF! Tasted and tossed them out.. rice was ok.. tasted like microwavable rice.. uncle bens.. looked like it to. nothing special. 14 bucks for 3 skinny, oily gorditas with no flavor and nasty beans and edible rice. Had to make a sandwich afterwards cuz this food did not even fill me up at all. Safe to say that will be my first and LAST time going there. If your trying to decide if you should eat there...DONT!! pretty much anywhere else would be better.

came to eat here with my mother, she ordered chile rellenos, we didn t touch the plate but we noticed they weren t fully cooked. the lady in charge told her that s how it is, sorry, there s nothing we can do and when we asked if she could either get a different plate, or a new plate or not be charged since we weren t going to eat it. we were told sorry we won t make you another one, we re still gonna charge you and if you order a different plate you ll get charged for it as well terrible customer service. terrible management.

Very bad service. I arrived at approximately 4ish and from the moment I arrived they told me that I had to sit in a corner because they were going to play bingo. Afterwards, clients began to arrive, each of whom gave them the worst service. About 3 customers were seated at a table for two. They sat a family of 7 at a table for 4. Because the other tables were for playing bingo. In my opinion, they are going to treat us better at closing times when they are going to play bingo. I considered myself a client of the place where I always liked it! I went this Sunday! And I told the waitress that the Milanese was raw, and had a strange taste (I always order the same thing) like her because of overwork because there were very few waitresses to serve, it took a while for them to come to my table, so then the rest of my table was finished I decided not to eat anymore, I told him that I didnt eat the Dish and the reasons, she goes to the kitchen and there they tell her that it is well cooked, she says, let me talk. This service here is absolutely atrocious. If I could leave 0 stars I would. My wife works close by and sometimes she forgets lunch so I call and place an order for ONE order of tacos. I have done this three times and I always order 30 minutes before my wife s lunch hour and every time my wife goes she always has to wait! How does one order of tacos take longer than 30 minutes during such a slow time. Im never ordering from this place again it is extremely frustrating that my wife has 30 minutes for lunch and I order the food with appropriate time for them to make it but it is never ready. I always come eat here, I come every 3 months from Florida but today, well today everything was re heated, the service wasn t good, waitress never came back, never brought me the full order they forgot my fries, no meat on my taco de desenreda, the meat they put in there was hard and dry (usually my taco is wet) and the tortilla was hard (reheated) then I go to pay and they wana charge me 3 Gorditas (we only ordered 2) and the fires I never got, I did speak to the lady that charged me, a gentleman retrieved my plates, dint know who he has maybe owner (he was the only person attentive) I dint know if I should give them another chance or dint return.

First time here. Wifey n I decided on take out. If you play chalupa (bingo) you will love the environment, very clean and staff was quick to serve. We ordered 4 tacos to go and the red salsa is . $9 bill not bad. Tacos good size, tortillas freshly made and all the fillings were delish.

We loved the place, very clean, the service was very friendly from the moment we called on the phone, we ordered pozole and it was delicious. I leave you a photo of the beginning of pozole... it is worth the taquitos and all the Mexican anojitos that They have, if you want. Mexican food in the valley go to this restaurant, it also serves breakfast all day that is definitely a plus.... the natural waters are delicious

Service isnt very good. They arent sanitary. They use a dirty rag to clean the tables and high chairs and counters. The food tasted old. We added a taco to our order and never received it. When we went to pay the little girl who charged us called over the waitor to make sure we really hadnt received the taco. Food is way over priced for quality and quantity.

I enjoyed the chicken mole Gordita. But, waiting service is subpar, cook arguing loudly with waiter, waiters acted untrained, caldo de res lacked depth of taste, and the corn tostada looking dish tasted half-cooked. And it isn t cheap. It s my first time here, and after this visit, I decided I won t go back.

Horrible. Doesnt even deserve the 1 star. Worst lonches Ive ever had. They served them with picadillo instead of just carne picada. And the worst part is they hardly put any picadillo in them so its like your just eating bread. Also got gorditas and nothing tasted fresh. Waste of $25.

For gorditas this is the place! I had the nopalitos, chile verde, and chicharron. They also had other items on the menu and next time Im gonna try their migas. Also the ambience is authentic Mexican with a Loteria flavor. You gotta go.
