Pizza is good however, they always have some hidden fee, like $5 delivery charge, and this not including the tip for the driver. So, a basic pizza becomes not worth the price. Better to just go there, order, and pick up yourself.

Pizza and cheesy bread always good. Phone in service usually good. This past order, guy on phone could not comprehend 2 topping large pizza....black olives on whole pizza and sausage on one half pepperoni other half. Wanted to charge for three toppings, then 3 halfs?, then he said...sorry...finally got it boss. Ended up with half black olives and other half black olives, sausage and pepperoni. If someone answers your call and calls you boss during order, hang up and call different Marcos.

I walked into this location and asked the cashier to give me a minute to look over the menu. When I was ready to order I let him know and he told me to give him a minute because he had to finish drawing a picture first. I thought I didnt hear him correctly so I leaned over the counter to look at what he was doing and he was literally just doodling on the back of a random receipt. He eventually took my order after he finished his drawing then had to swipe my card multiple times. While doing so I asked if it was a problem with my card or his system and he continued to ignore my question. He ended up giving me back my card and I walked out. I have never experienced such poor customer service at a Marcos Pizza before.

This is one of the best pizza places Ive ever tried. I recently had the pleasure of trying their pepperoni, deluxe, and Hawaiian pizzas, and I can say without a doubt that each one was absolutely delicious. The first thing I noticed when I received my order was how warm and fresh the pizzas were. The crust was perfectly cooked and had just the right amount of chewiness, while the toppings were generous and flavorful. I loved the combination of the savory pepperoni and gooey cheese in the pepperoni pizza, while the deluxe pizza was loaded with all sorts of tasty toppings like sausage, mushrooms, onions, and peppers. The Hawaiian pizza was a perfect balance of sweet and savory with the pineapple and chicken. One thing that really impressed me was how well the pizzas held up after being reheated. The flavors were still amazing, and the crust remained just as crispy and flavorful as when it was first baked. Ordered online with a 45 delivery time,we live super close by also. Realized it had been over an hour so called to check,the girl said 10 more minutes and I said okay then she just giggled,no explanation on why it was taking so long. Pizza was still good but obviously didn t feel/taste fresh and was kind of soggy. I understand a business being busy but maybe say that if someone calls checking on their food. We would have gone to pick it up if we knew 45 minutes would turn into an hour and 40 minutes.

An hour for delivery within a mile from the store, and it showed the driver was on the way for 30 minutes. Order at your own risk, these folks dont care anymore. Probably under new management. Update: we tried them again and called to order delivery due to their website was closed, and the employee said theyre overwhelmed and under staffed so they cant take any orders. It was 7:50 pm. Ordered delivery again months later and I called the store to ask a question, theyre still answering the phone saying they cant take any more orders at 9:45 even though its posted they close at 11.

Update based on experience with new management: The owner reached out to me personally and not only confirmed they had added hundreds of missing addresses to their database, but encouraged me to make another order and give them another try. As predicted, the pizza was delicious and hot when we picked it up for dinner. Cheesy breadsticks were great, and got to use a coupon code in the app when I ordered. My original review preserved for nostalgia...old management: Pretty good pizza, nice that its really close. My main complaint is they refuse to add the houses in our neighborhood to the website; I always have to call because the website wont work (says our house isnt on our map when weve been here for 3 years). Edited to 1 star. This business clearly doesn t care about fixing their website/app to exclude an entire neighborhood within their delivery zone. I ve contacted them multiple times via phone email and the contact form mentioned below, and still they ve failed to act for 3+ years.

Earlier in the day, I scheduled a delivery for 6:15pm. I tracked the order, and at 6:30pm, the tracker indicated the order was still being prepped. My wife called to get a status update, and was provided with a generic response of your order is next out the door. No apology was issued during this phone call. As I type this, it s 6:50pm, and the status of my order has not changed. Marcos pizza is delicious and has the right amount of pizza sauce (which I like more of) and cheese, but more sauce is what I like in my pizza. The mushroom topping made the pizza very tasty. We used to love Marcos before our delivery area got rezoned to be this store. We have now on multiple occasions had issues with this store and their entire lack of professionalism. In one instance, they claim we had placed the same order TWICE, and sent TWO SEPARATE DELIVERY DRIVERS to our house with THE SAME ORDER. Upon talking to management, they refused to not charge us for both and so we had to do a merchant dispute with our credit card provider to resolve it. We have also on several occasions had our pizza take well over the time stated on their delivery tracker for being delivered. Were talking over an hour. On Mondays. If youre not going to be up-front about the delivery times or actually utilize the tracker (Like other establishments do), then dont use it! Im quite honestly fed up and for the amount of pizza places nearby I cant say Ill be ordering from here in the future.

Disappointing! I was staying at the nearby Candlewood Suites, so we decided to order from here. I thought after this location had been open a while it would get better.... Ordered a Deluxe, menu stated it came with mushrooms and it showed up with zero, the Italian sausage looked more like hamburger it was also supposed to have pepperoni and had none(starting to wonder if it was even s Deluxe that showed up) .... Also ordered cinnasquares and that showed up cold and sans icing. I can only assume the aptitude it takes to put a pizza together and put a tube of icing in a box... I talked to Nichole over the phone, I assumed she made my order, but props to the whole team, my food arrived early and it was so hot I had to wait to eat it, haha. Ryan was polite, and took care of me. Definitely an all star crew.

I LOVE their pizza. I had become so sick of Pizza Hut, Papa Johns etc, that I stopped eating pizza until Marcos opened. I havent eaten the others since. Every order has been fresh AND hot. My deliveries state 30 to 45 minutes and theyve always been less than 30 minutes. The drivers are very polite and personable. The employee at the restaurant are even more so polite and considerate. Super excited about this place.

Food is decent. Would be awesome if they would actually answer the phone when you called, so that you wouldnt have to waste your time. When I showed up, one guy is in a smoke break and the other has headphones in.
