By far the BEST cleaners ever. If you are planning a business trip and need your long sleeve shirts drycleane and folded they do a fantastic job the way the packed the shirts in individual plastic bags. AWESOME PLACE !!!

Just a few words to express my gratitude for the latest and all prior transactions at this location. Rachel is always there to greet you with a smile and quickly get you on your way. Although there was an issue with one of my recent shirts taken (first and only Ive had in the years of doing business with them), Diana was quick to address and resolve the situation. Personnel like Rachel and Diana (and prompt resolution to any concerns) are plenty of reason to continue doing business! Kudos to the ownership for the great staff and customer service. I look forward to continued business in the years to come!

I dont recommend them. MY WIFE was taking my work shirts and they were coming back with small stains. My WIFE asked the male owner why was that happening and they told her: you must think youre husband is real clean!

I used to do business with this company for several years. I had not taken my suits to the dry cleaner in a long time. I thought I should go back and get them cleaned up since they had stains. They were very quick and efficient. They had it ready in 24 hours. Once I retrieved my suits I inspected them and the stains were not removed. I brought my concerns up the lady in the front and she basically said Oh well, if it didn t clean it didn t clean it. I remember dry cleaners used to CLEAN our clothes. I guess that s not the case anymore.

I was a customer for years, until I started to notice my beige/light colored clothing coming back with a dingy grayish appearance and every piece of clothing coming back with a bad smell. It was twice in a row and I was grossed out. I had to wash my clothes at home afterwards to get the gray and smell out. I called, spoke to a lady there and informed them of this so they could fix the issue for other customers. But I plan to no longer return as a customer.

Saturday 17th, 9:30 am I came back a month later to take my shirts, I say good morning and no one had the courtesy to look where I was, then a worker, apparently new and untrained, was looking for my data on the computer for more than 5 minutes, she never told me found, I am not a new customer, I leave without receiving the service and I will never return, very bad service, more customer service

Voted the BEST Dry Cleaners in a recent @The Monitor survey and since I was looking for a new Dry Cleaners, I decided to bring some jeans and shirts. The staff was friendly and helpful, I dropped off on Monday afternoon and was given a Wednesday afternoon pick up time. The pre-paid price for 15 items was very reasonable.

Very bad attention from a worker who is always in front of you, you talk to her and she doesnt answer you and if you ask her something reluctantly she answers you and leaves you talking to yourself and even then she helps you... I believe that every business must have good customer service I will not return and I will not recommend it either.
