I ordered their large pizza online it was a specialty pizza when I received it it looked and tasted like it was sitting out for six days it was hard as cardboard and tasted awful I will never order from Little Caesars online ever again. If you love burnt dry pizza this is the place to go !!! I waited forever for my online order to be done there was plenty of ppl who walked in after me and got their food before . For the time I waited I feel as if I shouldn t have received anything burnt at all ! 2/3 of my pizzas were burnt . The first pizza was normal so by the time my kids were digging in and wanted the cheese pizza it had been a good amount of time before we noticed . Do not recommend !!

I have been a regular customer for a long time but yesterday I had a very bad experience. I ordered three pepperoni pizzas. It was 20 minutes away. I sent my husband to pick it up. They were cheese, all of them on the outside of the box said pepperoni but they were actually cheese. But thats nothing, we can all make mistakes, what was not good is that the ones that returned were put back in the oven, something unhygienic, unethical, and the ones that were sent for exchange, the horrible thick bread, very poor quality... they should be very careful, they are very good and good price. but they must be careful.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Been on hold for 1hour and 30mins. for a refund. Pretzel crust without anything on the crust. Pan crust just as thin as a round pizza. A supreme missing half the toppings just a couple mushrooms, Italian sausage, & bell pepper right in the middle not even on the whole pizza. Missing a crazy puffs and all our sauces we ordered. Oh and dont forget our extra most bestest cheese theres not even enough cheese to cover the sauce. I have never had a pizza order so bad from anywhere.

I was order #092 tonight. I ordered my 2 pizzas online at 8:05pm and went to pick it up at 8:30pm waited in line until 9:30pm just to find out my order was never being prepared. Last time I went I waited AN HOUR for my order because I ordered online and they kept giving it away until I walked in the building I had to ASK where it was Then today they were giving everyone the wrong order. I had to tell them MULTIPLE times the name and order number and they kept giving me the wrong order still. Ordered a stuffed crust pizza through the online portal. Usually, we have good service and good pizza. But, this time we ordered on a Sunday evening. NEVER again! Half of our pizza didn t have cheese, pizza was over cooked and 2 of 8 slices didn t have a stuffed crust. Went back with the whole pizza in hand for a new one, only to be greeted by rude incapable staff, with a angry pizza man in the back, throwing pans around and ingredients. I use to love this location. Now, I can t stand it. I will literally drive out of my way and go to a different location. Tonight, the lady (who I assume was the manager based on how she was acting) at the cash register stood there ignoring customers waiting in line and talking to some other lady she knew, I think. She was bad mouthing the other workers and saying how they are lazy. I don t know if she thought no one was paying attention but it was completely unprofessional. It made me really uncomfortable and i felt bad that the other workers were hearing her. I watched the pizza that would end up being mine sit on the counter as she gossiped and get cold. The wings I ordered, while fantastically sauced, were also cold. My order was 20 minutes later than the estimated ready time. The only good thing was the 2liter Pepsi was great. It was a complete waste of time and money. I will definitely not be going back to this location.

I ordered three pizzas, and an order of chicken wings. I had to wait 20 minutes for my order, so I went to sit in my car. I was having a severe headache, so my husband took our receipt to go get the pizza for me. He stood waiting for awhile then asked Irvin, his name is on the receipt, how much long it would be. Irvin told my husband the order had already been picked up, and tooked the receipt from my husband. My husband told him he knows for a fact it hadnt been picked up because his wife, who ordered it, is right there. After a debate, Irvin told my husband that homeless people take receipts all the time to get free pizza. My husband has many medical issues. Has been through a lot. I can not believe he was treated so badly. He doesnt even look homeless. The order was completely wrong, but I dont care. Nobody deserves to be treated in such a matter. I have been trying to get ahold of the manager since the store opened today. Nobody answers the phone. This occured November 22, 2021.
