We decided to order in for Mothers Day. We spent over $120. I ordered Shrimp Scampi, and when I opened my order, it smelled fishy! That was very unappealing! There were 4 entrees that came with salad, and only one of us ate the salad. The next day, she was ill. I just feel like the quality wasnt there like Im used to getting. It was disappointing. On the upside the other meals were good, packaged well and we received everything we ordered.

Overall, I m someone who believes that dining at Olive Garden is consistently a mediocre experience. However, our server at this location, Robert, opened our eyes to how brilliantly this Italian-American chain restaurant can shine when given the opportunity. If you want the best of the best, ask for his section. You won t be disappointed.

Went there with the family. They were little busy. Initially service was speedy but, once we sat down, it took them over 20 minutes to bring bread and that also when we asked for it. They didnt bring olive oil to go with it. Refills on drink took over 10 minutes after I asked for it multiple times. Hoping that I just went there at wrong time. As before I have had good experience. Sorry, I didnt take any pictures as I was not too happy about service at that time.

PLEASE do not come here to eat if you are bringing a group of teenagers with you. Me and my friend had come to eat dinner here, and I usually have a good experience most of the time, but the experience was something completely different from the other times I have been to the restaurant. The appetizers we ordered were barely warm, and the chicken & gnocchi soup gave my friend a headache. The rest of the orders were fine. After we were served, our server just disappeared and never came back to check on us or to give the check. Our real problem came when we needed to pay. I had not come with a parent, and they gave us a hard time when we wanted to split the bill. I paid on the kiosk, but my friend wanted to pay cash. They did not even give us proper change, to be precise, 11 cents. That might sound petty, but there is no exception to not giving proper change. I had also heard one of the servers cursing us under his breath. To mention, this was my friend s first time at an Olive Garden, and they completely ruined the experience for us. I have recommended this Olive Garden to people in the past, but sometimes, there are certain situations in which the service is just unacceptable.

i ve been going to olive garden ever since i was little and i ve never ever had a problem with this place! i decided to write a review today to give a shoutout to our amazing server bri, she was so sweet and checked in on us so often and kept it a good atmosphere. food was served at a good time, prices are reasonable, and the drinks are really good (i recommend the raspberry lemonade!) definitely recommend coming here af my fav dishes: minestrone soup (so gas), eggplant parm, cheese ravioli, fettuccine alfredo, raspberry lemonade and their breadsticks and salad and private brand chcolate is so good

Following my graduation I went to Olive Garden. For starters we got the stuffed ziti and lasagna fritta which were both excellent. Particularly the stuffed ziti which was possibly the best thing I had at the big Olive. For my secondary appetizers was the garden fresh salad, minestrone soup, and the chicken and gnocchi soup. The salad was amazing with a beautiful dresssing and gray toppings such as the onion, olives, and croutons which made me feel good inside. However the minestrone soup was bland and chicken and gnocchi was just disgusting. For my entree I got the tour of italy consisting of chicken parm, eggplant parm, and ziti. The chicken parm was horrible. Extremely dry and I cried with every bite I took. The eggplant parm and ziti was solid. Lastly for dessert was the chocolate lasagna and it was alright. I was already about to implode due to the sheer volume of food I had but I always have a second stomach for desert. However this chocolate lasagna didn t quite unlock the door for it. Would prefer the black tie mousse cake!

We just ate dinner here for Fathers Day. The food was absolutely delicious and they have gluten free pasta. We had chicken and eggplant parmigiana and chicken fettuccine Alfredo. The food was amazing. Our waitress was so good. She consistently checked on us. The manager, Johnny Le, even came by our table to check on us and wish my husband a Happy Fathers Day. Came here with my girlfriend. The service was really good. Food was decent. I been here many time and always good experience with the service. Update 7/29/23 Came again with my girlfriend. I was very disappointed. Not sure what happened but the quality of their soups was horrible. The Chicken & Gnocchi soup was watered down without the chicken. My girlfriend ordered Blue Amalfi and it was all ice. She took a sip and did not finish the drink. I should have returned the drink to avoid being charged for it but I did not. Waitress did not check on us till the end. Water was never refilled. Seems our waitress was new and overwhelmed because the place was busy. I still gave her a 20% tip. She was not trained enough but she tried to do a decent job. Overall, disappointing experience. 5 stars from previous experience. If this was my first time, I would never go back again and would be one star. I will give this location another visit to see how they do.

My family loves olive garden. I love olive garden. It s a place where you can have familiar comfort dishes from Americanized Italian cuisine. I just wish they are better organized to handle rush hour crowds. If they are able to offer some form of engagement either by letting waiting parties preorder their dishes or sample something instead of just having them wait in the cramped waiting area for close to an hour leaving them bored and kids hangry and cranky it would be a overall better experience for the diners. As usual I love Olive Garden but I expect them to do better as I know they can do better. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian but not vegan friendly. Dishes being creamy and loaded with cheese hit the spot.

Staff was great, friendly and attentive, it was pretty loud, as if there was no sound absorbing material in the building. Thats fine for most people, but my brother has a bit of the Tism, so if you have sensory issues...it will be triggered. Just a heads up, not a negative thing. Had the pleasure of eating at this Olive Garden yesterday and was impressed with the overall experience. I have eaten at numerous Olive Gardens around the country and by far this restaurant was the cleanest, fastest and most efficient Olive Garden I ve ever seen. It was Friday, Lent, no meat. I had not had Eggplant Parm in a very long time. It was delicious. Ordered Calamari appetizer. Unlimited Salad. The young man who waited on us was extremely attentive. My wife and I drive a bit out of our way to this Frisco establishment on average once a week because the team there is consistent, give great service, and the food is always delicious. We had a great time at this location yet again. We were welcomed and seated within a minute of stepping on. Our server Jessi was at our table and took our order within a minute. The food was delicious as usual. Minestrone soup is our all time favorite. Service by Jessi was great. The chocolate lasagna dessert was unbelievable. However, the overall experience was compromised by subpar service. The restaurant seemed short-staffed, and our server was unpleasant, He checked on us infrequently and appeared to be in a bad mood. Despite the tasty food, the service was disappointing especially after we waited about 45-60 minutes to get a table. No one wants to celebrate special occasions with bad service.

The only reason that this place doesnt get 5 star is because of the resturant table setup and gas smell coming either from chimney or other place. The food and service is great and price is reasonable.

First I want to mention our server Ramses specifically since he did such an amazing job wrangling our table of three on Valentine s Day no less. We haven t been to an Olive Garden in probably 10 years but we have good family memories about the olives in the salad so we wandered in. Everyone at this OG was welcoming, from the host who checked us in to the host who led us to our table. This was a packed house and we were still treated with patience despite being total salad goblins. We really requested a lot of cheese and Ramses delivered. No dropped balls, plates, or olives today. I would definitely come back to this OG again. Clearly it is staffed by some exceptional people. I had fun eating here tonight and you made my family smile. Thank you! Vegetarian options: Many options: Soup, salad, pastas. Parking: More spots near the back if you need it, drop off members of your party who need a shorter walk to the front!

What happened to this place?! All the tables were really crowded together so it was hard to sit down. We also got told conflicting information about getting a gluten free menu, including being told to use the Ziosk to order, which didnt work when we tried it. We decided to eat elsewhere. Dietary restrictions: Very poor communication about if a gluten free menu is available.

This was my first time back in 10 years! I got food poisoning and never returned . But I went on Sunday as a group of friends wanted to go. I was very hesitant but I thought Ill go and get only the soup, pasta e fagioli. Everyone had a great time, and I didnt get sick. What made it even better was our waitress, Savanah. She was funny, kind, and patient with all our kids and large group. Thanks to her, my friend and I enjoyed our lunch. Thank you, Savanah!
