I went on Sunday evening to Dine-in and they took a while to take my order. Anyways, I ordered a 2 pc and a spicy chicken sandwich but they never called out my number. A gentleman that had gotten there before me was also waiting for his order and was never called. We were both waiting and the customers who had gotten there after us got their meals in less than 10min. I went to the register to ask how long it was going to take and the employees didnt acknowledge me. After waiting at the register and for more than 35-40min for the meal ,I asked for a refund.

Over staff with employees no customers inside the restaurant and online order was not ready 25 to 30 minutes later. The employee admitted it only takes one minute to do the order than , Why was my order Not ready? Or is the staff stealing customers orders for themselves?

We ordered a 14pc meal and they did not give us the correct chicken and the worker was laughing because he knew he was giving me more wings. If I wanted wings, I would have gone to Wingstop! The difference is that the chicken breast has more meat than the wings! I called and spoke to Cesar who was the shift manager and his lame excuse was that it was a new employee when he was the one that served me the chicken! My wife called the General Manager Santiago who started yelling at her over the phone! The General Manager has no people skills and did not handle the situation well. He offered to replace the chicken but it was his lack of professionalism that made the whole situation worst!

The manager Nora has a terrible attitude. Ive gone to a lot of other Popeyes and never have.a problem. She refuses to honor coupons. I didnt buy anything. I will never go to this place again. She was even rude with the other lady that works there. Dont go to this Popeyes. The one one West 107 is a whole lot better.

I ordered the twelve piece family bundle and got 11 pieces of chicken. Thats very generous considering two of the pieces were small enough to nearly be chicken nuggets. To top it off we didnt get our dipping sauces and I even paid for extra ones too.

Its alright. Doesnt impress me as much as it used to before the Brandon times brought a recession upon us. The size of the food has gotten smaller now. Popeyes was one of the last food joints that kept their patty sizes the same while everyone else made everything smaller....not anymore. I am disappointed.

What can I say.... BISCUITS are AMAZING . MASHED POTATOES I give it a PERFECT 10. No other mashed potatoes put gravy in the MIDDLE of the mashed potatoes and at the BOTTOM. I just LOVE IT. Chicken was AMAZING. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

WORST DRIVE THRU SERVICE EVER!!! Ordered 2 shimp tackel box thats advertised in the kiosk before ordering. Was cut off before telling them order was wrong. Drive to window, young lady seems to be in a bad mood, proceeds to give me my total of around $19 when its $5.99 per meal. I am trying to explain what i want but yells at manager in Spanish that she doesnt understand what I am saying. Manager tries to help her but she interrupts him and says she now knows what I want. She doesnt ask but tells me I can sell you an 8 piece shrimp box. Still not what I want, tell her again and shes yelling at manager again. Tell her to cancel my order and mumbled something before I drove off. Went to Popeyes #11459 they got the order correct but most important they were super courteous.

Went for a meal before work got to work my chiken strips were literally raw pink inside & hard looked like they were just heated in a microwave not even cooked! So disappointed because i couldnt go back to get another meal because i had to go into work ! Never again! They were nice about going for re done chicken strips but really why even bother! The worst staffed fast food place Ive ever been too. Roll up to the speaker and their auto message plays instead of a real person. I said okay Im ready because the auto speaker told me to say when im ready. The guy on the headset says nah gimme a minute takes my order after the wait and I roll up to the window. Girl named Y something takes my card and as Im asking how her days going she closes the window mid sentence. The food is always fine. But every single time I came here during my trip these employees just did not care at all. Someone needs to step up and hold people accountable.

Just tried the sweet and spicy wings ghost pepper wings. They are great! Dont sleep on popeyes, they had a good kick and made with what looks like real honey. Really crispy and and juicy chicken. It is a must try for any wing lovers out there. 8.9/10

Stopped by here Saturday evening. The chicken was great as always, crispy, juicy and fresh. The mash potatoes had that awesome Cajun gravy. The bisciuts, fresh and buttery. Cashier taking orders seemed like in a hurry to take order seemed frustrated. Diner was filthy all tables had crumbs and were dirty. We asked if they could clean a table same employee that was the cashier wiped the table with an attitude and left the table wet after wiping it. Never eating here again ....

Very bad news experience manager Austin was rude hung up the phone on me when i called to tell him that my order was messed up tenders were all original and i had asked for spicy i was missing a chicken sandwich I literally had to ask for my coke because they forgot the manager in the front was also rude i asked if they could give me change for a 20$ and she said that i had to buy something which i was doing my total bill was $51.91 there were several combos for classmate s and my self. I even had to ask for my receipt because the cashier had thrown it away i had come to this restaurant before and never had i had a bad service like this time.

I ordered my meal through the drive thru and was attended by a young female who obviously had a bad day or hated life right then and there. She borderline threw my drink and meal into my car and suddenly closed the drive thru window. The fries were all over the to go bag and the sandwich was cold. Needless to say, I wont be stopping by that restaurant nor my friends and family for that matter.... To the girl on the drive thru, I hope your day got better or if it wasnt that, just quit and do something that you enjoy because obviously its not being the face of Popeyes!!!! If you arrive up to an hour before closing they will not make you your sides because it inconveniences them. I understand that the employees want to clean early so that they can leave but when they wont give you the particular sides you paid for, it reflects poorly on the business. Really nice staff, friendly. They speak spanish. I ordered so many different combos with different sides and everything was correct. Really good flavour. The shrimp was too small and a bit too much dough, but the rest everything good. The shrimp also comes with cocktail sauce and if you order with chicken you get another sauce. If I can give them a negative stars I would. No complain on the food but on the staff. This was a drive tru order. I asked what were their special. The guy was very rude and sounded annoyed with me and my order 2 seconds in. He rushed my order and cut me off a handfull of times. When I get to the window I tell him he was very. He tells me sorry the one taking the order was the manager!! The manager!!! I told him ok Ill just cancel my order then. He calls the manager and he tells me he wasnt rude. That he has withnesses. I asked for corporates number. He gave me the stores number and told me so I can say he was rude. He told me if I thought the food was tooo expensive for me to just say that and go to churches chicken. I am currently pregnant so I drove across town to get my food. Popeyes on 107 never disappoints.

The young lady at the window had a noticeable attitude but I let that go. Took a sip of my small lemonade and it was watery. I also let that go. I asked for a ranch and she took a big sigh before handing me one, which I also let go. My mistake was taking off not knowing I would not have my complete order. I am missing a biscuit. Unfortunately for me, I am pressed for time. Ive attempted to call and have been denied multiple times. A refund or equal compensation would be great at this point.
