I went to eat with a group of friends, and I was forced to pay a gratuity when my service was not adequate. I spoke with manager and he said in order to charge separate you have to sit at different tables . Horrible customer service. I always leave tips, but when I m forced, it just doesn t seem right. The manager had the audacity to tell me that next time, the drinks would be on the house.

Very cool chill spot, great drink specials through out the week and weekend. First time going on a Sunday. The place was almost to ourselves. Super friendly servers and sometimes they ll have complementary appetizers. Ask the bartender. And they do vegetarian food too!!! Vegetarian options: Had the deep fried mushrooms

We got there round 5pm so it was very slow. People still at work. But....we got attention from the bartender and the food was fast! Only negative thing was that I wanted to buy some shirts but he said that this building didnt sell shirts that it would be the other bar/grills. You should have shirts at all restaurants to make even more profit.

There was 4 of us that went. It was not very busy too. Our waiter showed a total of 4 times. We waited over an hour for our food and just decided to cancel it. I had to go find the waiter who was leaning on the bar and I told him to cancel it and it we could get our check for what we did have. He added a gratuity charge of 16 dollars to my bill and 20 dollars to my friends. So how 36 dollars for 4 trips to our table makes any sense eludes me. I will not be making a return visit, thats for sure.

Suerte is our go-to spot when were in town, and it never disappoints. The food is consistently delicious, and the atmosphere is fantastic. We love the great music they play, which adds to the overall experience. The staff is always friendly and attentive. Its a must-visit for anyone looking for a quick bite and drink . We cant recommend Suerte enough, we went here right after manuel turizos concert :) This one time we would ve loved our server to be a little more attentive, our order took way too much and we were 1/4 tables. Mind you only 2 out of the 4 tables were eating the other 2 were just at the bar:(

Was visiting the area for business and needed a quick lunch, decided to try this place and had the Mexican hot dogs which were delicious! The place had a nice atmosphere, friendly bar tender, good sound system and selection of music which made me wish I could have stayed longer unfortunately I was in a hurry and couldn t stay but next time I m visiting I ll definitely stop by for some delicious food and drinks!

Very nice happy hour promos. I guess I didnt order right. Everyone one else loved their meal. The bartender and waitress were awesome. 1st time Ive ever heard Rainbow Kitten Club in the RGV outside of my play list. We will definitely go back. The art is hilarious and beautiful simultaneously. We came for a work trip in McAllen and tried this fantastic place! The atmosphere was like non other, the service was IMPECCABLE! I have always gone to the one on shary rd, but I said let me give it a try to this one. Service was bad from the time we got there, no one approached the table to take our order. We ended up getting our drinks from the bar. I even tipped the DJ for some bachata music and good 30-40 minutes passes by and he never played bachata. So we just left to another bar.

We came to have brunch and I was so impressed with how clean the place was. We were greeted and attended by Gambini and he gave great customer service. We ordered our food and we were so impressed with food as well that I was compelled to give a tip to the person that cooked our meal. Her name was Mari and she surely made her food delicious. There was not a lot of people here for brunch which I m surprised because food was on point as the service and cleanliness of the restaurant.
