First time at La Llorona and we had an amazing time! The staff was friendly and very attentive, our server Cristian went above and beyond for us! Great Mexican burger and the drinks were delicious!

I celebrated my birthday here at Llorona and it was an incredible experience. The place has a very cozy atmosphere and with an impressive decoration that makes it very special. But what really stood out was the service of our waiter, Aaron. His attention was impeccable, always attentive, smiling and making sure that everything was perfect. Without a doubt, it made our night even more special. I will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone!

Looks like a very fun spot. I went on a Sunday and it was very chill. We were greeted with a complimentary margarita slushy taster/shot & bag of lays and salsa. I loved the pop art decor inspired by the greats. Every inch of the restaurant was lit up. Would try again on a weekend. As far as price goes its pretty on par for cocktail bar prices. So many photo opps!

If you want to carry on a conversation while eating, this is NOT the place. Unless you know sign language, nothing can be heard but music. My earplugs came in handy. An hour and a half here will damage your ears for sure. The food is good though. Bon appetite!!

My husband and I decided we would try this place after hearing it advertised on the radio today. We went tonight and waited 15 minutes to be seated, which was absolutely fine, we have waited longer at more affluent places. We finally get a table, and in 30 minutes of waiting, NO ONE acknowledged our presence or even offered a glass of water. I would love to say it wasnt because I was the only black customer there, but EVERYONE else was serviced except for us. Apparently if youre a mixed race couple or just African American, your money is no good here.

Amazing food and drink, typical club/bar... bit loud at the dinner side, so if you dont mind talking at the top of your lungs and losing your voice over dinner, then its an absolute must visit spot.

Surely enough, checked my bank and was charged extra. They are stealing money from customers. I only purchased some Milanesa tacos and a drink called La llorona. I was completely aware when I paid $38 ($5 tip included) and my card was charged for $51.20. Will definitely call tomorrow!!!

Went for my moms birthday horrible service. Constantly ignored by server. Felt rushed they constantly tried to take trays away even tho we were still eating from them. they charged gratuity fee of 18% Plus I left a 5 dollar tip. Just to find out they double charged my card. Tried calling the establishment no answer.

this weekend I visited and was busy when i walked in but was asked if I mind waiting. I had google the place days before and considering i was coming from out of town 12hours away, agreed to wait 30 to 40minutes. 1hour later no one called figured Id leave I did not get a call at all that night.

Everything was passable but why did we charge 18% if we were only 4 people? In the end, before leaving, I have a 5 person and we still asked him if the tip was already included and he confirmed to us that they are not stealing from their clients? And I only realized it because of the transaction on my account statement.

The service isn t bad when you sit at the bar. Usually I grab a drink . I haven t tried their food, yet. They do have a lot of customers during the night so I understand the wait times. Just tip well and you are good. Cheers!

Very good atmosphere and food but the service is disgusting, the truth is that it took an hour to charge me and to serve me I had to ask another waiter for a water apart from one of the people at my table, they didnt even bring him his food, the truth is they should improve the service because good people charge the included tip when the service was disgusting

Amazing night life, the prices are reasonable definitely not overly priced, the mixology is at another level. To start off, totally complementary, is chips with their signature salsa to enjoy while you wait on your drinks, we enjoyed the ceviche Tostitos- they are well executed and as an appetizer it s enough to share around the table. Perfect spot for a birthday celebration and after speaking to hostess a reservation is always recommended on the weekends since it does get a wait line.
