The best! I went to Ashley for professional headshots. Colleagues remarked how perfectly my personality came through. Thats Ashley - shes not just a photographer, she a magician. She captures the essence of who you are and makes sure you have an amazing experience in the process.

I cant say enough about Ashley Lindsey! If you are reading reviews in search of a photographer, I highly recommend her. She is so very talented! Ashley has taken all of my familys photos over the years and the experiences and pictures always exceed expectations. Every detail is taken care of and her professionalism is second to none! Our latest session was for my sons graduation pictures. Every time I show them, I am asked who the photographer is and for contact info. Thank you, Ashley! You are amazing!

Ashley is so talented, kind, and fun to work with. I had a wonderful experience and absolutely love all of the professional headshot photos that she took! She had so many great ideas of different styles for the pictures and also let me do anything I wanted as well. The photo session and the photos that she took that are truly, wonderful memories that I will cherish for years to come!

I needed some head shots for my upcoming book and for some magazine articles I have written. When I saw ALP s work, I immediately knew thats where I had to go. My preparation and my session were so fun and she made me feel comfortable about the whole process. I am a shy introvert and the day of my shoot felt great!! Hair, make up, outfit changes...I felt like a confident woman. My photos were incredible. She captured me and thats all I wanted. One of my photos was on the cover of Step Mom magazine. Very professional, energetic, fun and the quality of my photos were brilliant. I highly recommend!

I have worked with Ashley numerous times to meet my needs for professional headshots, individual headshots for non-profit organizations, and, finally, a more robust styled session with me and my daughter. The first sessions were great and gave me many options for my professional and board member needs. Ashley was always wonderful to work with and easy to get scheduled. For the more formal, stylized session, it was a bit more of an investment, financially and timewise but it was worth it! Most of the scheduling delays were due to my own uneasiness of being photographed, but she really put me at ease. We did some calls and in-person meetings to get a sense of what I wanted, to put me at ease (since I don t usually love having my picture taken) and have fun. The session with my daughter was really a wonderful memory in and of itself. We enjoyed some time being pampered, laughed with one another and had time to focus on just the two of us. It was really a special day. The pictures were so wonderful that we chose WAY more than we planned, but we really loved so many that we got almost all of them. Also, my daughter is a dancer and Ashley Asked her to bring some of her dance gear so she could do some unconventional shots that really were beautiful and unique. My daughter is so proud of those more artsy portraits. All around a special experience that I d recommend others take the time to do. We ll miss you in the Northland, Ashley!!

Ashley is incredibly talented and a lovely human. My daughter and I were very nervous for the session and Ashley immediately put us at ease with her warmth and humor. She had everything planned out in detail and the session flowed very smoothly. The pictures taken that day are priceless. They are so special and I look at them often. The video of our session still brings me to tears. It was a wonderful bonding experience for my daughter and I that we will cherish forever.

I had such a fun experience having my portraits taken by Ashley! She took time to learn more about who I am and what my goals and dreams are and then somehow she is able to portray that in her photots!! She promised me that she d take the best picture I d ever seen of myself and she absolutely did!!

OUTSTANDING! Ashley Lindsey has an amazing eye! I started with my own personal portrait session to update my social media and online presence, then a family session in our new home, and later grad photos. Ashley knows how to capture the true person. She makes everyone feel comfortable, even when they may not be. It was extremely difficult to pick out favorites, so we ended up with almost all of them!

Im not photogenic. This is going to be awkward. I already have photos of myself, why do I need more?.. Im sure I could think of other things that I said or thought before my headshot session with Ashley. Ashley did a great job talking with me to know my business and my personality. This allowed Ashley to capture and direct me in a way that I felt comfortable and genuine. After seeing the photos I was literally blown away by Ashleys attention to detail and her ability to portray me in a way that I sometimes struggle to see myself. A photo is a powerful tool for businesses but also a great way to bring out the beauty we often have a hard time seeing in ourselves. So thank you Ashley for helping my business and so much more.

Best experience ever! I went into this pretty nervous as I am by no means a model and typically do not like photos of myself. Ashley did an amazing job keeping the session relaxed and fun! She even gave me advice on what outfits looked best on camera etc My photos turned out incredible! I bought a two picture package and couldn t pick just two! There was also a great variety to the photos she sent me to choose from, which helps cover the wide array of places I use my headshot. Expectations exceeded! Very happy and will continue to refer clients!

I HATE having my picture taken - but Ashley actually made it fun AND was amazing at coaching me through posing so I looked like an actual competent human! Her headshots have been invaluable for more professional situations than I ever would have imagined. Highly recommend, especially for nerdy academics who are bad at self-promotion!

I could not have been happier the way my photos turned out at my session at Ashley Lindsey Photography. During the session, Ashley made it so comfortable for me and told me what to do so there was never any awkwardness. She meets with you prior to your session to get to know you and matches you up with a stylist and has extra outfits ready for you to look through. I was nervous going into the session, but once I got started, I didnt want it to end. It was actually a lot of FUN!!!

Ashley Lindsay was great! She was flexible and responsive to what we wanted. We had to change dates due to some sickness and Ashley was understanding and made it work. She also managed to get the attention of and take fabulous pictures of 10 kids (ages 10 months-12 years old) and 8 adults in our home and they are BEAUTIFUL!! Thank you!!

When Ashley suggested a fantasy shoot, I almost felt like I didnt deserve to be in photos like that because Im not one of those beautiful people, but once we started, it brought me back to the freedom and creativity of playing dress up. We should all dress up more often!

I have 3 children and have gotten many professional photos taken with them over the years. The kids always looked adorable to me, course, because they are my kids. But I never liked the way I looked in the photos. My face, hair or posture was all wrong. I often wondered why the photographer didnt say something to me to fix it. Its like they didnt have an eye for it. Ive gotten my photos taken by Ashley twice now for my business and both times she made me feel at ease, relieved my anxiety about photos of myself and produced beautiful images that I could be proud of. It was an experience that has changed my whole view of professional photos. I now think that finding the right photographer makes all the difference and it is really worth it! Thank you, Ashley!
