No, I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I m in the process of planning my wedding for December 2024. I reached out to inquire about pricing and availability. My experience was far from satisfactory. I initially tried contacting them via Instagram, but they insisted on in-person inquiries only. Given that I live 6 hours away in Houston, this was impractical. I then called the venue and was met with an unprofessional greeting, as the person who answered simply said hello without identifying themselves. I was then transferred to a staff member, I provided my guest count and mentioned that I was interested in all-inclusive packages. I reiterated that I live in Houston and again he asked if I could send a relative to inquire in person. As I have elderly grandparents and am not willing to impose on them, I clarified that I live in Houston and would prefer a quote virtually, through email or Instagram. I then mentioned that if they couldn t provide a quote this venue might not be a good fit for me. The gentleman on the phone responded by abruptly ending the call after saying, Okay, no problem. Contrast this with another venue, Vindor Falls Event Center, which provided a quote within 30 minutes of my inquiry. The lack of flexibility and professionalism here was disappointing. If this venue was not interested in accommodating an out-of-town client, they should have been upfront about it. Instead, I was met with poor customer service.

I recommend considering The Gala. They have made my wedding planning smooth, and Victor was a blessing with the decorations. I had no clue of what colors I wanted for my wedding and he helped me figure out a color combination to make my wedding look elegant and to my liking. He had a lot of patience with me which I appreciated. Also, they are very attentive to every one of my calls, which I also appreciate. The living room is beautiful, very elegant. The attention I received from Sairi from the first day I went to request information until the day they refunded my deposit was excellent. The coordinators Alondra and Vicky were patient, and very attentive to every detail. The food was delicious, hot and the waiters enjoyed their work. It was worth every penny. Such a beautiful venue, but what awful service. We attended our friends dream wedding. Ill let them leave a review for any issues they had. My issues as a guest revolved mostly around dinner. I asked if there were any mushroom or mushroom ingredients in the stuffed chicken. The server didnt know but checked with the kitchen. They were told they couldnt guarantee a yes or no. Next, the manager(I think) came and advised me not to eat anything in their venue because they could not guarantee against cross-contamination. She went on to say that they advise anyone with any food allergy to not eat any of their food. After the wedding, I found out the bride had specifically asked for at least 10 plates of pure chicken just in case someone has an allergy.
