Very consistent, delicious, quality restaurant. Appetizers are a little pricey but the Chicken fried chicken is always excellent, burger is good. Id get a side of fries with the mahi for a bit of crunch, but thats delicious also. Decent drink selection too

Ashley and Gaby were INCREDIBLE! I haven t been to Deep Ellum in a while but to say this is the best place on Tuesday nights is an understatement! The atmosphere is so chill, the drinks were so so good, and the FOOD (garlic parm fries and shrimp Alfredo toast) SMACKED!!!! I love LOVE love bar food and it was better than most. The ladies killed it with recommendations and Ashley is an excellent mixologist! WE WILL BE BACK ASAP

I went with my friend for a small night out and got the best service! GEORGE was such a great server. He came and asked a plethora of times if we needed anything and continuously checked on us. That s not normal in Dallas, so we surely appreciated it. The food was to die for. I wish I had taken a picture before I swallowed it all up. Ooooh, and the lemon drops DROPPED! Try this spot out.

Ive visited this place once before and had a Great Experience. So I decided to bring my Mother and family here but this time the Service was HORRIBLE. We stood at the podium for 5mins before even being seated while workers walked and looked at us with NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT to us At all. When we got seated it took 10mins to even get waters to the table. Guy behind the bar was racist, we ordered drinks that he left sitting on the bar for least 10mins as he continued to serve White Males seated at the bar and catered to them. Another lady was Rude while asking her questions as if we were bothering her. Food was ok. Ordered 2 appetizers that NEVER hit the table. Not sure if they were short staffed or what with the 3ppl inside but if thats the case Help is needed here ASAP. My mother and Father as well as other guest were not Satisfied with their 1st Experience and will not Return. Ebb n Flow yall need to make sure your workers are friendly not stressed and over worked to where they cant focus on the customers needs. $172 was spent and was not worth it AT ALL!!! Oh ya, Stop using the liquid carton eggs and Crack them eggs for peoples food the difference is shown on the plate as well as the taste.

Thumping techno music the entire time. Door wide open and it was 100° outside. Waited for 10 minutes to get a drink.Only one bartender and he was busy. Fighting flies off my beer glass. Another 15 minutes and no waiter. We had a concert to attend. Had to walk out without eating.

We ate there today for brunch, meeting to discuss some business in a more relaxing atmosphere than a lot of Deep Ellum on a sunny Sunday afternoon. The restaurant was really nice decor, atmosphere. The Brunch menu was good. Wife had the breakfast taco, and I had the Southwest Breakfast burrito. They were both good, my burrito was great, wrapped in an avocado wrap with fresh avocado. It was a huge portion and even I , who eats everything, left some. However my wife said her potatoes were stone cold so she did not touch them. We both noticed that they were not fresh or hot. Our business meeting went fine, our guests had the Chicken and Waffles. Another downside was that I thought the Southwest Burrito needed salsa and was very shocked to see that they charged $2 for a very small pls cup, I felt it should of been part of the meal. No biggie, but little things like that leave a lasting impression. We would love to come and try some of their great drink menu sometime. We would also like to try their regular menu. Some great looking fare on it.

Yesterday March 27th, 2024, I had stopped by to get a Caesar Salad topped with salmon. And the salmon was left completely uncooked. I had already eaten a lot of it before realizing because I was so hungry, I immediately began to throw up. I called the store and asked to speak with a Manager and was told there wasn t one on site. So I asked if I could just receive a refund, all they were wanting to offer was an apology, until I INSISTED that I would be coming in for a refund. even though she told me that she could not issue a refund. When I went in and explained what had happened, one of the workers there was looking for the transaction and couldn t find it. so he decided to give me $14 didn t offer anything else. Also my total was $14.06. Which made me even more upset but my stomach was hurting so bad I just wanted to go home. Just be careful and pay attention to your food or you could possibly end up in the hospital or worse!

This place is super small and does not accommodate large parties well at all. They took a reservation for a party of 8, but didnt have the table space to make that a comfortable sitting. They put together 3 round high tables. They should have been upfront at the time of booking that their space cannot comfortably seat that size party when the one space that can is occupied. The initial server we got had a nasty cough and at one point he coughed into his hand. I politely asked him to be sure to wash his hands before bringing any of our items. He got offended and said Ive been doing this for 25 years, I know how to do my job. I responded that it didnt matter to me how long hed been doing this but that I wanted to make sure he remembered to wash his hands. He wanted to go back and forth after that to which I said Im not going to argue or back and forth with you. He ended up sending someone else over to finish up for the night and that person had much better table manners. The food was mediocre. They are more of a place to get a drink, not for great food. The music choice was....different and didnt match and Eeb & Flow name.

Didnt know this place existed but went here with some friends before the concert on Saturday and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff was super friendly and helpful made sure my drink was never empty. This place is gorgeously decorated. We have been multiple times, but this last time was on a Wednesday around 4 pm. There were plenty of open seats; service was quick but the bartender wouldn t crack a smile and was lackluster in his demeanor, maybe a bad day. We tried the crispy meatballs which were a bit over done but the sauce helped (would suggest more than 4 crostinis so we could soak up the sauce!) also tried the Cuban egg rolls which were a yummy take on a cubano. Lastly we had the hummus app which was basic hummus. The drinks were heavenly though! Any of their frozen drinks are gonna pack a heavy alcohol punch whilst my favorite was the black buried bourbon cocktail.

Let me say that this was my first time coming to this restaurant ever and my last. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. I can t this time!! First, when walking in Brian the GM seemed to have an attitude. He didn t really seem interested in taking care of us (a table of 7 with a baby). But once the young lady heard me talking to my table mates and talked to him about what she heard he got his attitude right. Second, most of the food was cold and not edible. One thing had soggy bread another was spicy when asked if it was before ordering. Just an all around unhappy experience but the atmosphere was pleasing (which is the reason for two stars).

We came here on a Sunday for a farewell brunch after a bachelorette party weekend. They don t take reservations so we were worried we may have to wait a bit, but we were seated immediately at the bar. It was a bit rainy so I think that may have worked in our favor hahaha. Came here solo on a Sunday because I saw the pork chops and carrot cake on the menu. I parked and walked over. If you plan to drive, get there a bit early to navigate the parking. I had the roasted ravioli it was 10/10. The tomato sauce they give you to dip is AMAZING. Then I had the pork chop. Love the spinach and mashed potatoes it came with. Pork chop was 10/10 too. And a good sized portion. I also have the carrot cake because my sweet tooth was tempting me. Definitely didn t disappoint. I was able to bring enough food home for another meal tomorrow, yay

You read the reviews Ebb & Flow is def a vibe! A friend recommended this place and I m so glad too! From the moment we walked in, customer service was on point [it was great]! They had veggie options for me and that s what sealed the deal. I ordered the Queso, and asked if they d be able to add Beyond Meat instead of ground beef & of course they did with no problem. #winning Its not often I visit a restaurant and they have Beyond Meat products. I was very impressed. So, I definitely recommend you try the Queso appetizer. I didn t try any of the specialty cocktails they have available, but I will say they made my Jack & Coke with perfection. Every person we interacted with was friendly, polite and professional. Especially the female waitress, didn t get her name, but her smile is amazing! She s part of the reason for this 5-star review. And the fact that everyone was very patient with us as it was my first time is also 5-star worthy too. I d recommend Ebb & Flow to anyone looking for great food in a great atmosphere vegetarians too! The atmosphere is really cute and very IG worthy from the time you first walk in and are greeted with flowers across the ceiling. I recommend putting in a reservation ahead of time. Otherwise the wait can be long. I enjoyed my food and drinks. Ill go back and try more of the menu. I dont really care for the area as Deep Ellum can be a place to exercise caution at times, but going during brunch is probably the best time of day to go.

I live in the neighborhood and have been to Ebb and Flow several times without incident. I went in for a nightcap and ordered a glass of wine I was familiar with. They said they were out of that wine but had another from the same region. I tried it, but it wasnt good. I asked to have something else, and they said I could but they couldnt remove the other drink from my bill. So I was forced to pay for something that was not good, and frankly tasted like it had been open for a while. I understand customers can be difficult, but its a bad policy to force customers to pay for something that is not good. I will not be returning, which is a shame because I live around the corner!

We went on Vday. The atmosphere is very NICE. I loved the vibe that it gave. The food was mediocre. I ordered the garlic and parm fries and my boyfriend had the Nashville chicken tenders w/ sweet potato fries. The garlic parm fries werent good. They didnt have any flavor. My boyfriend ordered sweet potato fries, but they gave him regular fries. He kept them because the lady who was taking care of us was doing everything that day. She was the hostess, bartender, server and waitress, but did it ALL very well. Neither one of us wanted to add to her list of things to do. It was either that or the 2 margaritas she made him that had him in a relaxed mood. Overall, I liked it.

I booked out Ebb & Flow for a private corporate event and it was outstanding! Our guests loved the atmosphere, appetizers, and cocktails. The service was fantastic, and the GM checked in with us multiple times to make sure everything was going well. We would definitely book another event here if we return to Dallas!

From the time we walked in to the time we left. This place is THE PERFECT brunch spot in Deep Ellum. I ve enjoyed seeing the ambiance at night time and we though to give it a try today and could not have made a better decision. Our table had Chicken and Waffles, Fried Chicken Hollandaise, & The Breakfast Burger which we all enjoyed very much. The service was very speedy and the drinks were amazing! Try the Purple Bellini or the White Peach Rose. We shared the Mimosa Bucket any enjoyed the fruit and the Blood Orange Juice. Our wait was very short we sat at the bar for maybe 10 minutes until our table was ready. If you are looking for a great start to a Sunday Funday look no further!

This place was our savior, we wanted a girls night out and all the other places were closing down coming from New York we are accustomed to party till late so we had to look for new places to extend our girls night out. And we found Ebb and flow and it was just amazing in Dallas. They had a full functional bar and a food service so we could enjoy our time in Dallas were we visiting friends after a long time.

It has become 1 of my local fave bar/restaurants. The potstickers, stuffed chicken, and chicken fried chicken are all amazing. The Endless Summer cocktail is bliss. I would definitely recommend this low-key, chill venue.

. The only pic I remembered to take, the company was so AWESOME! But we had 2 mimosa buckets. White cranberry & grapefruit then pineapple and blood orange with real fresh chopped starwberries and pineapple. Chicken & waffles, grits (the BOMB), Pumpkin spice & regular pancakes. Service and food both AWESOME! Will DEFINITELY be back. Great DJ or Playlist, perfect ambiomce!

My wife and I went here for brunch on Saturday morning around 1115. We were able to get seated right away and really loved the atmosphere and aesthetic. The staff were super helpful and we right it was nice that all of them tried to make sure we had what we needed. The food was delicious. We got the Cubano egg rolls for an appetizer, I got the fried chicken Benedict and my wife, the breakfast burger. My only small criticism is Id like a slightly larger piece of the fried chicken. Seemed a bit small for the price but I was very happy with the quality of the dish. Definitely a cool place for brunch (and other meals). Well definitely be back to try out some of the other dishes and for the great service. Parking: Its either street parking or a paid lot

Ordered a White Peach Rose which had a nasty taste. The manager Jim refused to remove it off of the bill I even asked if I could replace with just a mimosa and he said no. I will no longer return to this establishment because if you are dissatisfied with anything they will not remove off your bill. He was very rude and I have never experienced something like this the food is not all that so please if you decide to go here make sure you order something you for sure like because if it is nasty or you simply do not like they will still make you pay for it

This will be the first and LAST time I ever step foot in this restaurant. I brought my friends who came visiting from out of town we waited for over 10 minutes before anybody would even look at us or try to sit us. A guy finally came and tried to sit us (also the manager ) and gave us basically a couch and coffee table to us to sit and eat. I asked for another table and his response was if there was ,I would have told you with a ridiculous attitude. We had to ask if we could be seated at the bar and he told us as long as we spread out as if we were some kindergarten students. We sat at the bar and the bartender didn t look at us or pay us any attention either. Please don t come here if you value your time or money. It s a complete waste. The staff will only speak to you rudely and in a condescending manner.

This is a cute brunch spot in deep ellum with both indoor and covered outdoor seating. Pros: Walkable to other deep ellum venues, great vibe, decent bubbles for brunch cocktails and covered patio. Cons: The food was just OK and some of it came out cold. We ordered half the menu to include the honey butter chicken biscuit, the breakfast tacos, the breakfast sandwich, stuffed jalapenos, garlic parmesan fries and Cuban egg rolls.

Bad experience. Service was terrible and slow. Waitress continued to disappear. We had to ask the other waitress twice for help because ours never came to check on us. We swatted Flies and gnats at our table. Food was mediocre. They Didn t get my sisters eggs right after sending them back and still cooked wrong. Only plus was the drinks were decent and the place is cute, nice vibes but unpleasant experience and I was looking forward to having brunch there. Never again! The manager was not helpful or considerate at all.

Stopped in for pre-dinner drinks and an appetizer. I m absolutely in love with their cocktails - I could drink the Endless Summer and Velvet Butterfly for the rest of my life with no complaints. The charcuterie board was tasty but did take a while to get (maybe because they just opened?). My only gripe was the music was uncomfortably loud, we could barely carry a conversation. Would highly recommend!

Nice scenery with chill atmosphere and a good playlist. Good appetizers - the garlic parmesean loaded fries & shrimp alfredo toast I recommend to try. The stuffed chicken breast plate was super good - the sauce that comes with it is amazing and they give you plenty of it! Did not like the pork chop plate at all!! If you like your pork to taste like somebody poured a whole bottle of soy sauce on top, then maybe youll love it, but I did not like anything about their pork chops! One issue was that our waitor was trash! His attitude (for whatever reason) was awful. He clearly displayed his irritation and provided terrible customer service. Overall the place has a nice chill vibe, theres good food and drinks, however, the customer service was not good and there will be a WAIT on your food (appetizers & all).
