Papa Murphys is a family favorite! This one appears clean, and the staff is always kind and friendly when we visit. I wish we had one closer to our town, but I dont mind traveling 30+ for Papa Murphys to avoid the regular, greasy places nearby.

Papa Murphys has by far the best pizza I have ever had anywhere. You can go in & order & watch them make it with lots if fresh ingredients, or call ahead and order & pick it up. Then you take it home and bake it yourself. So fresh and so very good!!

I truly love this place and their customer service. So far we ve only done delivery and have had a couple of hiccups but they ve taken care of us even when the mistakes were not their fault 3rd party delivery. The quality has been fresh. Next time I m going to do pick up so I can thank the staff in person for being stellar. Thank you!!

On the drive home I call my husband who turns the oven on to 425 degrees. Remove the wrapper, pop it in, turn the pizza after 10 minutes ....and enjoy. Wish everyday was LARGE pizza discountTuesday.

I ordered online and asked my son to pick up the food. I had ordered two items but the employees at the store only gave him one. He didnt realize I had ordered anything other than the pizza. I reached out to the owner and when he called me back, I wasnt available to speak to him, so he left me a voice mail. The message was basically call me back if you want me to do anything to fix this for you. He sounded like he couldnt care less; I wonder why he even bothered to call. I guess he felt that the ball was in my court and he made no more effort to do anything. So, in terms of customer service, this place fumbled it pretty bad. As for the food, I was disappointed in that as well. Most grocery stores sell unbaked pizzas in their deli section that are not frozen. Papa Murphys tasted about like that. I could have gotten the same quality from Walmart for half the price. This was my first and only visit to Papa Murphys. The food was not worth the prices they are charging and the customer service was laughable. I cant imagine why I would ever go back.

I ve stopped coming to this location for various reasons, but I came in 3 times this past week, and let me just say your new manager is utterly AMAZING. Very friendly, very nice, such a peach!! Service was amazing, pizza is made way better, you can just taste the freshness! People will literally walk in and she d call them out by name, everyone greeted her as if they knew her personally! Your location WILL go places with her around.

My husband and I went in last week close to closing time (we live a little far away) and asked if we can still order. The gentleman at the register was extremely nice and did not hesitate to take our order. We unfortunately did not get his name but we do remember he was wearing a cap and had some tattoos on his neck and arms and he is from the West Coast. We told him we are from Oregon and we started having a conversation while he made our pizza. Very nice. His customer service was some of the best we have received. We definitely appreciated it. He made us feel welcome and we would like to let management at Papa Murphys know that they have an amazing employee there and we will definitely make the drive there again because of him (and of course the awesome pizza). We need more people like him working in customer service!

I love the pizza here, it is my go to pizza place. However, I have not gotten pizza at least 3 or 4 times because the coupon I got in my email would not work. So frustrating. I put in my order and the coupon doesnt work, so I just shut my bowser. Do better.

Im not sure but the second go-around with Papa Murphys did not go as expected. I got the extra large New York style pizza, two of them. And when I bake them for some reason the center of the pizza would not bake properly. I left it in for a few more minutes to try to get it to set but it burnt the pizza. I will still be going back to Papa Murphys to get my pizza. So dont let this experience turn you away from going there.

Whats not to love? Hop online, order your pizza, set your oven as you walk out the door, come home pop it in and in (on average) 12 minutes you have a hot and ready pizza legitimately fresh out of the oven. The cinnamon wheel for dessert is legit too.

Called them about a charge I didnt make, the manager told me she knows, it keeps happening, sorry, they cant help, and hung up. Called back, spoke with the franchisee. He agreed wth his manager, they would keep the money unless we went through other channels, despite knowing it was fraud.

Super fresh ingredients!!! I always eat Papa Murphy s at different locations and am never disappointed; however, I was in a different part of town and stopped in here. Wow! This particular location in Mansfield had the freshest ingredients of any so far. Loved it. Now I wish I had got the young mans name who greeted me and I m guessing made the pizza. I had a horrible customer service experience at this location. I called to place an order. When I arrived I was informed that their computers were down. That the owner was on the phone with customer service. His words were, theres nothing we can do to help you. I explained i couldnt wait too long. 25-30 mins later still nothing. I had to leave, leaving my order. No apologies for the Inconvenience either. Terrible experience!!!

Its not bad, but not excellent either. I had to make an unexpected stop before picking up my order, I thought that they kept the pizzas in a cooler. Nope, just sitting on a rack right at the entrance. If you dont pick up your order asap, it will just be sitting out at room temp, which should be against public health code because an item such as this is not a dry good but should be refrigerated, so it should be required to keep them stored at less than 40 degrees per public health codes usually. I guess this place found some sort of loophole because it is takeout? Regardless, the pizza is usually good, but the larger pizzas tend to not cook properly in the center, the outside tends to get burned and the middle of the pizza is underdone and tastes a little like raw dough.

I drive from Cedar Hill on the other side of Joe Pool Lake to this location because all of the Cedar Hill, DeSoto, Duncanville and Lancaster locations were closed. Papa Murphy pizzas are the best bake yourself pizzas. The Mansfield store on East Debbie Lane is a great store family run. The Manager and her son are wonderful. They know you when you walk-in. The place is always clean and the orders are made correct. A favorite Saturday night dining choice is Papa Murphys pizza.

They texted a special price yesterday for a XLNY pizza for 7.99. I drove to this store and talked about the special for today. They said they sent it in error and they would not honor the price special. They told me to come back tomorrow since it is a friday special and they would sell me one at full price and not honor the text special. They said it was their fault for the text but they would not honor it. They decided to chase a customer away without taking an order of three pizzas at a reduced price. This poor customer service has put this company on my do not visit list and I have let my friends not to visit this company. To deny a customer a reduced price from a text you sent is poor customer service

I used to love this place, however the past few times Ive been my order has been incorrect in some way or another. This time I had to drive all the way back after I called to notify them because Im tired of it being wrong and just want what I ordered. The only correction was a container of what was missing. No sorry for the inconvenience or discount for next time etc. You would think we would learn our lesson to sit down and check it or order it in person to make sure its done correctly. Maybe they were just too busy or read the order wrong, either way quite possibly will be the last time we order from them.

I love the pizza from here, but the service is even better. I had a baby with me when I had to stop and grab dinner. I wasnt sure how I was going to carry everything to my car, they noticed right away that I was kind of struggling and carried my pizza out to my car for me. A small gesture, but it made a big difference for me. Ill definitely be back.

The pizzas here are awesome. Cooking the pizza at home is fun and gives you the added experience of having that wonderful smell of a fresh baked pizza throughout your house. The cooking time is reasonable and the toppings are not skimpy and seem to be of good quality. My only reason for not giving a top rating is because the excellent service we started to get ended pretty abruptly when the store suddenly became much busier. While I understood them trying to cut their time with my family short, I also felt ignored because it was our first ever visit to a Papa Murphys store and we had more questions we wanted to ask about how to cook the pizzas. Luckily, when we got home we found the cooking instructions wrapped up in each pizza. Not quite the personal touch I would have liked but I will go back again because the food was excellent.
