They dont seem to ever have any staff to schedule appointments apparently, considering nobody ever answers the phone despite multiple calls even on different days and at different times.

I went with anemia and severe anxiety attacks. I told her whats worked for me and she wrote me a rx for Lexapro which made my anxiety ten times worse and the blood pressure went dangerously low then she wasnt available for the next two appointments. Worst Dr Ive ever had if you want help go somewhere else

I was surprised to see negative comments about this facility! My family and I have had great experience here. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The waiting room is clean and tidy too. Mr. McInnis is a top notch doctor!

I have been going to this office for several years now and have to say that I have always had a very positive experience here. The office staff have always been helpful, polite, and professional. The same with the nursing staff. Dr James has always taken the time to answer any and all questions. I never feel rushed with him like I am just a number.

Lets start by saying, I went to this office so I would have a doctor close to home when I am sick. I did all the right things, I made a well visit appointment, and arrived early as requested, I was not called to the back for my appointment until an hour after my appointment time. I thought, ok I will let it go, this guy is our neighbor and new and I liked him fine as a doctor, I will give him the benefit of the doubt it was a bad day. My husband then made an appointment to establish his well visit, filled out all the paperwork ahead of time, and showed up when he was told, and he was told he had no appointment, and instead of the office working him in, as why would he have shown up if he wasnt told he had an appointment. They told him he had to make another appointment. He explained how he is in the education field and took an entire day off to see this doctor, and please work him in. They refused. (He is still angry about this a month later, he called our old dr, and they got him in). So now Im sick, Ive called MD Live, and they refused to help me, so I wait 2 weeks as Im still coughing and cant take it any more, and I make an appointment. I made the appointment for 4 pm, the only appointment they had. I arrived at 3:35, and wasnt called to the back until almost 4:30. So here we are late again, I was kind yet annoyed, as this appears to be a pattern. Appointment went fine, I was out by 5 and told I was getting an antibiotic. I called Kroger and asked them to fill it right away, and they said they didnt have the prescription, they told me to call back. I called back at 6:30, no prescription. I called another Kroger in town, they said that no Kroger has received a prescription for me. I called the after hours call center, and explained that I was the last appointment and was supposed to get a prescription, and they said Sorry, we cant call the doctor for that. I explained that this isnt a refill, that I was sick, Sorry, the doctor wont allow us to call them for a prescription. This leads me to the point that to become a doctor you take an oath To do no harm. Not contacting them to send a prescription when Im sick is doing harm. This physician office has really made me upset, and I even attempted contacting the doctors wife to kindly ask him to send my prescription, and apologized profusely, she is a teacher at my sons school. And, I did everything except go banging on their front door, as this doctor lives in my neighborhood. Im extremely upset at the lack of professionalism of this office. I have worked for Baylor Scott and White for 15 years, and when my doctors I work with are unprofessional, I called them out. And they would apologize. This behavior will not be tolerated by my family.

Dr. Jaramey James is without a doubt the worst excuse for a doctor walking the planet. He saw my wife yesterday and aside from making everything much worse, it took all day to even get a call back from the nurse. I cant speak for the Rey of the doctors in the group but I would stay as far away from Dr James as you can get!! A horrible experience from top to bottom!!!!

THIS is office is EXTREMELY unhelpful and the receptionists are USELESS. Im never able to get an appointment (Ive been an existing client for over 2 years) with my PCP (Georgekutty). This medical office is overpriced and FREQUENTLY make errors on my billing/insurance. Simple requests are dismissed. The staff is unfriendly and harsh, which is not something that I appreciate when Im feeling ill. Youll definitely be just a number at this office, they shuttle you in and out as quickly as possible and are ALWAYS running behind (I found myself waiting in the reception area for over 1.5 hours on my first office visit, while the front office staff was in the back having a pizza party....seriously? SERIOUSLY???) . Its better to just go to an Urgent care or walk-in clinic for your needs. I will no longer be using this office (I finally hit my limit on frustration). Im utterly disgusted at how horrible the staff is.
