I started going here in December of last year. The staff is so kind & supportive. Easy paperwork when I first started going & simple e-checkin for follow up. Esmi (I hope I spelled it right!) - Always friendly at check-in, fast, thorough. Kat - She usually takes me back, every interaction with her has been a joy. Extremely knowledgeable & helpful! Tricia - an extreme professional, she listens, is understanding, & helps educate you. Their patient portal is easy to use, the staff gets back to you quickly messaging through it, & all health information is loaded quickly. Never a long wait, I usually back in the exam room by my appointment time. I highly recommend going here, this Baylor Scott & White office is absolutely wonderful!

I would not recommend this office. I went in for an annual physical and provided my medical history during the visit. Several months later I found out that I had an open bill from this visit for $140 despite my insurance covering my annual visit. I spoke with several billing departments only to find out that because I discussed my medical history and had allergies on the day of the visit they also billed my insurance for additional codes to indicate I had received treatment for additional care and an office visit. I am so disappointed to know that this is how this office conducts business. I even had the coding team review this bill and they said becaused I discussed my allergies and a previous vitamin D deficiency they were allowed to bill my insurance for an office visit and this was not included in my physical. I have cancelled all future appointments with this location- I hope those who cannot afford to pay for visits not covered by insurance see this and know not to make an appointment here.

I usually dont like writing reviews, especially negative ones. However, this situations a bit of a special case. The providers that I have seen are great. Be that as it may, the front office and administrative staff are where my problem lies. I am a student (my healthcare coverage comes from my school), and I went to the office for an annual physical, provided my insurance, and (after taking quite some time trying to find it) the front office made it seem as though everything went through. Several weeks later, I received a bill. I asked my mum to call them for me because I was in school, and they told her that I had no coverage. During the call, I was added on the line. I provided my insurance information again, they said that they would have it reprocessed. I did not hear anything back from them. Then a few weeks later, my mum saw 2 bills from collections with 2 different amounts. My mum and I contacted the insurance company for clarity on my coverage. Then I reached out and spoke to the office manager for clarity. We explained the situation, and she said that she would contact the billing department. As a busy student, this has been exceedingly stressful. Now, with no adequate warning, no phone calls or anything, my credit is affected because of a situation that they started. With studying, clinical rotations, and assignments due, I am having to use time that I dont have on a review because what has occurred at this office.

I went to the ER because my throat had been hurting for four days. I was throwing up yellow stuff. So they took a strep test and a Covid test. Doctor finally came in there said you re negative you must have a different virus and was gonna send me home with cough drops. So I just ended up leaving they were no help at all and will definitely be going somewhere else.

My son and I had a great experience with NP Kelly and the other staff. She was down to earth and helped me with my health goals rather than rush me out. We really liked the nurse as well she was very friendly. Im just sorry I didnt remember her name to give proper kuddos. The location was clean, and everyone we encountered was competent and kind. Im very happy I did the research for a great provider who cares.

Doctor Jeffery and Nurse practitioner Tricia are both awesome, nice, patient and treat their patients well they have made sure my health is in check and have great recommendations on what I need to do to accomplish my goals in getting healthy and staying healthy.

Update: Went through the Patients Relations department, well tried to. I ve called and left voicemails only get a letter in the mail saying that I was wrong about the dates and that I was seen properly. How was I seen properly when I was turned away? TERRIBLE hospital and horrible customer care. I m sure there s better locations but I wouldn t recommend this one. I was turned away while having a miscarriage. I was dropped off and The receptionist just said we can t help you because there wasn t an ob available. There was no empathy for my situation. Nobody cared to ask if I needed anything. I waited for my ride to come back and take me to a different hospital.

Worst experience of our lives. My wife was having an anaphylactic reaction. She has kidney and autoimmune disease. The charge nurse told us that they werent equipped to handle the level of care that my wife needed and that we should go to Baylor Downtown Fort Worth. I told her that we would head to downtown Fort Worth. The charge nurse said that was fine that they hadnt even entered us into the system yet. There was a African American Candy Striper who was eavesdropping in on our conversation. As I thanked the charge nurse and entered our room again explaining to my wife that we were told to go to a different location. I couldnt help but feel this uncomfortable feeling of someone standing behind me. It was the African American firefighter turned nurses aid. He followed me into our room and as I explained to him the situation. He said that he overheard and understood. We left without filling out any paperwork. They never treated us or gave her any medication. We were in and out within 5-10 minutes. I took the intake paperwork with me. Well months later we got a letter saying that it was the final notice and it had been turned over to collections. Weve tried to call the hospital and tell them that we recorded everything from the time that we walked in the front door until the time we were told that we hadnt been admitted for us to just take the intake paperwork with us and fill it out when we got to Baylor downtown Fort Worth. My wife and I have excellent Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance and the only reason I can determine that they would intentionally lie and charge us for everything they could think of other than childbirth which they probably would have had that charge on there as well if my wife would have been pregnant. Id advise anyone going to this location to take a tape recorder with you. I am a millionaire and our family owns many businesses, establishments and schools in Texas and in the Tri-State Area. This isnt about money because our insurance would have covered everything. It has everything to do with right and wrong. Theyre wrong for charging us and other patients Im sure as well for treatments that they have not received. Yall need to make this right because its far from over. Believe this... Im putting out and will be happy to file charges with the Mansfield Police Department. We are waiting for you to do the right thing and our patience is running thin. My credit score is $798 and my wifes credit score is $766. We are about to purchase a few more properties and if this does anything to bring our credit score down before This situation has been satisfied then I promise I will also include personal lawsuits against those present that day and subpoena every single one of them. I understand Its sometimes things happen that are out of our control. Perhaps yall made a mistake when entering our information. So, that would be the only reason this hasnt been escalated. My attorneys are on retainer and I will have them start the ball rolling if I dont hear back soon. I love Baylor Scott and white but my experience tonight!!!! December 5,2022 @12:21 I don t know the black young lady s name at the front desk !!!but she was on the night shift tonight her attitude was very and is very poor and she keeps trying to send people to other hospitals and acting like we can t get seen at least here !! she s done that to more people on top of her doing that to me!!! That is not okay I been coming to Baylor since I was 13 years old and I never been handled the way that I have been Tonight !!! I hate to call CORPORATE!!! but if necessary it can be done !!! She s done enough back mouthing tonight and getting out of her character she told a Mexican lady she doesn t understand her her son asked can she get someone else and she declined them !!! Like what !!!! That is not okay !!

Dr. Ureito and the staff we were wonderful! We were in and out in a timely manner. We felt listened to and taken care of. The process was simple and we didnt pay as much as we thought we would. So... Yeah! Amazing! But BS&W usually are!!

PLEASE PLEASE SEEK TREATMENT ELSEWHERE! I just left this beautiful facility. I went in with severe pelvic/abdominal pain. The front desk clerk, and nurses were amazingly helpful. The Dr., however lack bedside manners and obviously didn t take my symptoms seriously. I heard him talking mess about me in the hallway and when he delivered my cat scan results there was magically nothing wrong with me. He was stuttering, sweating, jittery and tugging at his ear all while lying to me about my results. I was instantly uncomfortable because I couldn t believe that I was in soooo much pain and there was no trace of an issue. He then told me that they are just an ER. I thanked him for his service and I left. I ve done natural child birth so I can honestly say that my tolerance for pain is high. I have never been in the amount of pain I am now and for no over the counter medication to work for it, is unbelievable to me. I will never return to BAYLOR ER OFF 287. They simply charge your insurance and send you packing. It s hurtful to need help from medical professionals but all they see is a business opportunity!

Went in on Oct. 22nd with excruciating foot pain, told Dr. Walker that I felt it crack and it made a loud popping sound. They took an exray and he said it was not fractured but I sprained it. When we ask him how I should treat it, he said do what ever feels good! Saw the podiatrist today, my foot is fractured in several places and I have to wear a boot for two months! Grossly misdiagnosed and a waisted visit and time and not to mention money. Will never go back there again!

I was put down for an appointment Evisit today at 3:15. I logged in at 2:40 pm, and sat there waiting It is now 4:35 and my online database says my appointment is over and I saw the doctor. I have not talked to anyone. I tried calling them (mind you they close at 5) and no one is picking up the phone, which means they left over 40 minutes early when I first called. If my insuance is charged, I will be persuing legal help. Its Friday and now I cant see a doctor untill monday. Thanks, I really appriciate this.
