We ve tried many asian restaurants in the area and this by far is the best option for some good food. The staff is great and they ve never messed our order in the last few months. Weve gone to other restaurants in the area for asian food and they aren t accommodating on food requests, or they mess the order every time. In DFW, Pei Wei is very inconsistent but this location has been pretty good to us. Kid-friendliness: They definitely are the best option with small kids if you want asian food. We try every other restaurant and they wont make food for kids for us, not even a simple stake with white rice. The staff here works with you to make your requests happen for your little ones. This was a huge factor that make us keep coming back here.

First time at this restaurant. This is difficult because the restaurant was immaculate, the staff was quick and friendly, and the food was hot and fresh. However, it was so spicy, we couldnt eat it! We got the Hot Honey Chicken and Dan Dan Noodles. The noodles were fine, but the HH Chicken was inedible. It was so spicy, we had to drink milk after one bite and discard the rest. (We typically love spicy food) It rated 2 out of 3 chilis on the spicy chart. Id hate to order a 3! Well be sure avoid all spicy options in the future.

Went to this location on Thursday 5/23/2024 I ordered shrimp fried rice and the veggie egg rolls. I did not like the way the egg rolls tasted so I asked if I could switch them for the pork egg rolls. They actually said I would have to pay to exchange the egg rolls. Havent eaten at Pei Wei in a few years, now I see why ..That was absolutely poor customer service I wont be back!!

This was my first time visiting this establishment! From the moment we walked in we were greeted with friendly smiles and customer service. Aldo was on the forming assisting staff and I had no idea he was a manager. Says a lot to have an invoked manager. The atmosphere was amazingly clean and the food is cooked fresh! First time trying it. I ordered the Kung Pau chicken.. I wish it was just stir fried.. but it s breaded and fried.. while tasty, it s not as healthy.. Absolutely disgusting & UNACCEPTABLE. This was my first time eating at Pei Wei & I can assure you, it is my last. The chicken wings were not fully cooked and when I brought it up to the store manager, no refund was offered. Only replacement was offered as if uncooked chicken is just a slight inconvenience. No it s literally detrimental to your health!! My husband is the one who ate and ordered this chicken & he was sick afterwards!!! Vomiting & Diarrhea. Thank you pei wei for the medical bills. The crew working around 6pm on Sat 01/27 were ALL AMAZING! They quickly became super busy but worked hard as a team and had everyone taken care of in a timely manner. I wish I could give 0 stars. We went in there at 8:25 PM on a Friday night and tried to order. A girl named Ava was taking our order and had an attitude as soon as We walked up there. I ordered my 3 year olds food and she said you have to put it in to go since they are closing at 9. I said so we can t eat here and she said no. I asked again so we can t eat here and she said again we close at 9. Near? 35 minutes is plenty of time for us to eat!! That isn t how you treat customers. Hello; Update; my wife and I went back on a later date and I m going to tell you the food is excellent for a semi-fast food chain. The food is five star Michelin. My wife and I visited your new kitchen in Mansfield off of Broad st. I can tell you that we were both disappointed. It seems Pei Wei has gone the way of Panda Express. I would guess it is frozen fried chicken heated up and having sauce on it......I had theSpicy Korean with Chicken, and my wife had her favorite honey seared chicken with extra vegetables.......and it was very very bland except for being hotter than I remember. The vegetables were not fesh. My wife says hers was very disappointed in the quality. We have not visited other stores but we are hoping we can still see the wok with the raging gas fire under it that produced what Pei Wei gave us before....fantastic Asian food, fresh, hot and tasty. I wasn t able to go into the store to pickup my online to go order so I called in and they were happy to help me with my order and bring it out to curbside. Omg I am so thankful for you guys- seriously. Thank you for going out of your way to give exceptional service. The food was amazing as always.

Delicious, fresh food (certainly better than a certain other competitor in the area ) and they even had an AC socket to charge your phone while you dine (I hate restaurants that don t have charging stations)! Their fried rice is great, and contains little pieces of carrot, red pepper, egg, and fresh scallions and is so yummy!

It was my first visit. The sesame chicken tasted good. I tried another one that was stated to be their version of sweet and sour chicken. We did not like that one because of a stronger than expected vinegar taste. Ill have to research more to give a definitive response.
