Great as usual! Starting from front desk to the visit itself;) fast, very informative, they will answer all your questions:) I m pretty new to wearing glasses so I had a lot of questions and all them been answered. Got my prescription right away after seeing a doctor. They have great options and different varieties for frames, more affordable and high end brands, you name it . Highly recommend!

I ve continually had excellent experiences since returning to Austin. I hate having my eyes messed with but the tech team here has somehow managed to make the experience relaxing and enjoyable. Dr. Kim has kept me informed on my vision and actually educated me about concerns rather than just handing me a contact prescription. I highly recommend anyone looking for eye care try the team here.

I called Cedar Park vision on Whitestone in Cedar Park and asked how much for a contact recheck on my vision and I was told it was $70 to recheck my vision wearing contacts. I had had a full contact exam just seven months prior but over the few months I noticed my vision was struggling a little bit. I went in and got my eyes checked and they adjusted my prescription slightly. I went to check out and was surprised to hear that my bill went from $70 to $180. Cedar Park vision charged me $130 for another contact exam when I didn t ask for that. I just paid for a full exam not too long ago. I just wanted a recheck on my vision and have the current prescription adjusted a little bit. The cashier played it off and said I gave you a little bit of discount but they did do an exam on you so that is the bill. Our family has been going to this place for over four years. If this is how they re going to treat repeat customers, my family and I will no longer be going there for our yearly eye exams. If you re going to charge extra and do tests you need to tell the customer upfront because I was expecting to pay $70 not $180. I sent an email to the office manager. I m requesting a refund of $130. I m still waiting for their response. If not, I will take it to the Better Business Bureau.

If not the worst, definitely a contender. Our last visit was unpleasant largely due to the snarkiness of the billing staff (maybe the same people everyone else on here complains about) after I had to explain that a person who wears contacts in both eyes needs 720 lenses for a year s supply rather than 360. They struggled to clearly articulate the fees and charges that applied for the office visit and were unnecessarily rude about it. But I figured people have their ups and downs, anyone could have an off day so why not give them another shot. So this time around, the rookie optometrist Dr. Taylor Rains, who the office manager Risa described as incompetent in matters of billing and policy, ran us in circles. First, we learned that continuing with the type of contact lenses my daughter had been prescribed at this practice now required additional fees that we had no prior notice of. The previous optometrist at this practice deemed that additional treatments pertaining to these fees were unnecessary. So we were provided with a written quote for an additional $2100 fee, which according to Dr. Rains, would be due at the next annual eye exam. This was quite a surprise and to say the least I was dismayed. Then as we went to check out, the office staff attempted to seize that written quote from me and provided another document which now characterized that fee as $2900. Naturally, I opted to retain the first quote. Meanwhile, we were in the process of ordering the contact lenses at checkout for which they quoted a price, when I put that on hold to price shop. After failing to find a comparable price, I called to complete the order on the contact lenses. That s when Risa the lead tech notified me that she reversed Dr. Rains s agreement to charge the initiation fee at our next annual exam and that for Cedar Park Vision to provide the contact lenses at this time, the $2900 fee would be due immediately despite not completing a full annual exam. I completed a review in private on August 22 to express my concerns over the customer experience with regard to the billing matters and received no response. The experience felt like a bait-and-switch. Their operation is a total clown show beware. Edited to note that the best they can offer is a dispute over the amount of difference between the two quoted fees and ultimately a take it or leave it position.

Absolutely love this place! Staff are friendly from the moment you walk in. I had lost my prescription sunglasses, and Aslyn was able to help me figure out my FSA card, order a new pair. The facility has lots of natural light, and a wonderful selection. Turnaround time is awesome. Have been going there for 10 years, and will never go anywhere else!

I previously had a good experience at this clinic but this time I was treated poorly, yelled at, and even insulted. After being significantly overcharged for rx sunglasses, I came to take delivery on the date I was told to over two weeks later (having been told they would be there). Receiving many mixed messages on the status of my order I politely asked for a simple refund. The office manager yelled at me and told me I was ridiculous . The office staff looked embarrassed and all of them but the poor receptionist who couldn t really escape the situation went to hide in the back to get out of the awkward encounter that came out of nowhere. I kept my cool and left even receiving a sarcastic jab to have a wonderful evening as I walked out the door. The rest of the staff are really polite nice people, but it seems like the office manager (if that s her role) really needs a vacation. Perhaps a permanent one.

Wow! First off, this place is immaculate! And the service? Outstanding!! From the front desk (you can tell they love their job!) to the tech (wonderful!!) to the checkout, I can t say enough great things about them. Dr Jeff treated me like an old friend and put me at ease, explained everything he did (and the reasoning behind it) and I walked out with several pairs of contacts (glasses were ordered as well). I forgot the name of the glasses tech, but he was so helpful in finding a pair of glasses that would look great on me. My checkout was a bit pricey, BUT I have to have lenses shaved down (horrible eyesight) and I wanted blue tinted, plus a lot more (again, horrible eyesight- I mean, I can t even see facial features with someone 5 ft in front of me). I would recommend them easily (and already have) to anyone! Thank you Cedar Park Vision!!!

This is not my first time seeing Dr. Wineinger and I am really happy I decided to come back. I felt like Dr. Wineinger took the time to thoroughly assess my vision and Im confident the prescription will be perfect. I say this because I can still see good with the last prescription he wrote me 6 years ago. I believe Aslyne is the lady who helped me with my glasses and she was the best. She was so patient while I deliberated over which frames to get; Aslyne recommended great glasses that fit my style and face perfectly. No pun intended but this was truly a polarizing experience. The receptionist and ophthalmologist were amazing. They were informative, had great customer service, and knowledgeable. That just about ends it as far as praise, and had that been the only interaction with the staff I would have rated them 5 stars even with the multiple inappropriate figurines such as the middle finger statues flipping off customers. However, the office manager followed my family around the store like a hawk randomly fixing items that had not been touched. The sales representative disregarded my interest in replacing my current lenses and continually tried to upsell. In addition the sales rep felt the need to tell my daughter how pretty her eyes are and ask her if she gets told that all the time when I stepped away to look at frames but was still an earshot away. When I stepped in to say something the sales rep assured me his manager wasnt being mean. In response I declined to buy frames and they were upset I didnt do business with them because of how I felt about the interaction.

We came here for my son s first eye exam and everyone we worked with was wonderful! He s still little and they were so patient, explanatory, and engaging with him. When it came time for him to choose his glasses he had plenty of fashionable options. The office is modern and beautiful with lots of Austin inspired artwork. The team is fantastic. I highly recommend this practice for eye exams. They did such an amazing job I m very impressed they were able to get my prescription correct. I have had issues in the past with doctors not getting the prescription correct. The doctor was also able to provide some insight into the issues I m having and provide solutions/ treatment options that have already been extremely helpful. I ve suffered from Migranes (triggered by my eyes) since I was in college. The doctor diagnosed me with a disorder I had no clue I had but completely makes sense. I will definitely be going back there for my next eye exam.

Dr. Tran is hands-down the best eye doctor Ive had! She truly takes the time to hear all my concerns and has legitimate solutions for ALL of them. I cannot count the number of her suggestions that have improved my eye health. This past year I took her recommendation to get neurolenses and they have been a game changer (reduced eye strain, headache, etc.). It is apparent she genuinely cares for her patients and I truly appreciate her continuously checking in. She is the best!

My teenage son had an eye appointment for new glasses with Dr. Jeff Wineinger, and both he and his staff were so helpful and friendly. He was patient and attentive all during the appointment and was fun and personable as we talked about the latest movies and fun theaters to check out. A front staff member helped pick out some cool frames that suited my sons face and she pulled out so many options for us to look through. We even had her find his current frames in the system to compare them with ones we found in store. Overall, it was a great experience and it was nice seeing all the eclectic Austin art the office has up on their walls!

Ive been there twice. Each time all of the staff were friendly and professional. I was taken for my appointments on time. The first I got a prescription for glasses. They really help a lot. After my 2nd exam a little over a year later the glasses and my vision has remained the same. The second time, I met the owner. Really a nice man. He even took me to the employees only area into his office because we had been speak of computer monitor arrangements and desk configurations. Simply put, the next time I go to an eye Dr., I will be going back to Cedar Park Vision.

The offices customer service has steadily gone down hill the last few months. Yesterday I called for a contact refill, was put on hold for 15 mins. I had to hang up and call back.
