Today, we had a peak tent put up in our backyard for a wedding. The guys that came to put it up had such a can do attitude. They were professional and very very nice. They had to make some adjustments to make it work in our backyard but they gladly did it but that s not all. We had to scramble to find a tent due to the upcoming rain forecast. When I called Lubbock event center the girls that answered the phone were so helpful and worked to get us what we needed. I m very grateful for all of them.

Pricing is competitive and I havent found anything better in town. The quality of the linens is great and our clients are appreciative that everything is steamed and pressed. We cannot sing praises high enough about the linen department. These ladies take great pride in their jobs and it shows. They are professional, efficient and ALWAYS willing to go the extra mile for their clients. As a venue, they take care of our table linens for each of our events. The linens always look amazing, whether they are laundering and pressing our personal linens for us or we are renting from their vast inventory. Spoil Me Rotten is the place for your event. Great customer service, friendly, caring, understanding, go above the call of duty. The wrong color of napkins were picked and Nicki came out with different colors to choose from. Saved the day. Every time I called to add something they were really accommodating. Everyone was very helpful with arranging rental of their AV equipment. My event was on a Sunday and the owner was available to help me twice with a few complications. The screens we rented were big and made those in attendance able to see the videos well. Texas Tech dropped the ball on a few things and I m grateful Spoil Me Rotten was able to step in with what we needed!

We looked far and wide for a Frozen bouncy castle for our daughters birthday... they had the perfect one and it made the birthday party, it was huge! Since we were in Amarillo we had to transport and set it up ourselves, but very doable with some planning and extra help. Overall great experience and my daughter already wants us to rent it again! Used their services because I could get everything I needed at one place and they had good reviews. However, I felt rushed through the entire process. Ultimately, they failed to provided the beverage dispensers and trays I had rented so I ended up having to buy my own ($18 to rent vs. $80 to buy). Upon return of rented items, told it was their mistake about forgetting the dispensers and I would receive a refund. Then called me 4 days later to ask if I found a missing linen, of which I wasnt aware one was missing as items were checked when returned. I addressed the issue with them of the missing linen (which I still dont know why it is missing as it was returned but we are paying for it anyways), then asked why I hadnt received my refund for the drink dispensers. The individual I spoke to didnt seem to realize I was owed a refund. When I mentioned the cost to myself (extra $80 on top of the $18 I had already paid for items I did not receive) because of their mistake, all I got was Im sorry. I understand it was a busy weekend (July 4th weekend) but the whole process seemed rushed and all they care about is taking your money and not about customer service. Highly disappointed.

We rented a large blowup water slide for our sons birthday party that was dropped off on a Friday and left until the following Monday. They were excellent in their communication from the moment we reserved the equipment, as they were on their way to drop it off and as they came to pick it up. The guys that set it up and took it away were very quick and professional. Our kids ask everyday when the water slide is coming back and for as much fun as they had I would say my husband and I probably had a little more! The service SMR gave was great! Isabel accommodated me with my last minute changes on the day of delivery. Katrina was very helpful. She helped me figure the exact number of table and chairs I could fit in our event room after providing her with the room measurements. Nakita was great to talk to! Isabel and her entire staff were incredible! I had to make several changes to my reservation due to the number of guests drastically increasing several times and they were SO accommodating! Very friendly and knowledgeable! I had so many questions and she answered them all very honestly, not trying to upsell me, just trying to make my event work for what I needed! Cumberlamd Presbyterian Church has the distinction of being known as the Pumpkin Patch Church. During the Party in the Patch at the end of Pumpkin Patch, Spoil Me Rotten has always helped with that event. We decided this year to do a Summer Party in the Patch as a fund raiser. We turned the front yard of the church into a Water Park! All in attendance had a fantastic time. All the merchandise from Spoil Me Rotten was a huge success. The one small complaint would be that some of the chairs were dirty and had to be cleaned for use. Next time I will order chair covers also.
