He represented my ex husband in our divorce. Got him paying minimum wage for his kids in our divorce when he lived with his, then new gf, in a 4 bedroom house worth half a million dollars at the time. He did not serve me properly in our divorce proceedings so I could show up to court, so the judge granted a custody order that I couldn t even physically follow if I wanted to. I had to get our divorce overturned through legal aid, since once again my ex husband was putting his own kids mother at risk of being physically unable to care for them if I got arrested for non compliance with custody orders. I couldn t afford an attorney like my ex husband who had been abusive and cheating through out our 4 year marriage who would rather spend his money on hiring an attorney to abuse me in court further instead of helping raise his 2 biological daughters. I had to move out of my Dallas metroplex because I could no longer afford to live there due to him neglecting his financial responsibility to his daughters so drastically . He also abandoned my oldest daughter completely that he had talked about legally adopting for years. He was the only dad she knew since she was 9 months old. If your a dead beat parent this attorney is definitely your guy! By the time my ex hired him he had already been absent from his daughters lives completely at least two years already

I had an amazing experience with Rob as my lawyer. He helped me get primary custody of my son as well as being able to move with him. His office staff was always helpful and friendly. Rob was absolutely awesome while representing me in court. He got straight to the important points and brought the truth to light. He 100% had my back and fought for me and my son. He is professional and tough. I am so happy I found him to help me with my divorce and custody arrangements. I will definitely be going back in the future if I need to. Thanks Rob!!

I want to thank Rob and his assistants for helping me and my wife in a custody battle over my oldest son(15) We have had 3 other lawyers in the past 7 years try help us, but with dealing with multiple states that my x keep moving to. It was becoming difficult to find someone to help us. Rob was very professional and honest with the out comes that could happen. End the end it was always about what my son wanted and now he is living with us. We have now for the first time bought a home for our bradybunch 6kids and 2adults we are so over thankful for you and your office for helping my son get what he wanted and we are so excited to see him flourish as he goes on to high school. Mr. Biggers in not only a great attorney but a great person in general. When I couldnt find anyone to take my case, Rob heard me out. Not only that but he then proceeded to go above and beyond to help me with my case. I wouldve never even had a shot had it not been for him! And I also want to give thanks to Harley, at the front desk. She was always on top of making sure my messages were getting to Mr. Biggers and she would always get back to me sooner than she had said.

Rob Biggers was an amazing attorney. Samantha, his assistant, was also fantastic. My divorce was long and took time and effort that Rob was more than happy to put in. It lasted a little more than nine months, but he never stopped staying in contact with me and always looked out for my best interest. This is by far the most amazing law office you could hope to find with hands down the best attorney! Not only does Rob know how and what to do, he actually gets the job done. He is always quick to respond to any questions or anything that comes up. And he is very reasonable with his pricing and wont charge you outrageous amounts for doing something as simple as sending an email. He is an amazing attorney through and through!

Nice guy, but horrible attorney. We spoke on multiple occasions and he had to place me on hold, and even one time he had to hang up and call me back to answer my questions about my sons case. In the end, he didnt keep his word to fight for my son but instead convinced him to take a plea bargain. He constantly repeated that he didnt want to take the case before Judge Darnell - I thought that was what lawyers thrived on was fighting a case out in court and making the best case they could??? Instead of being an advocate for my son, his approach was scare tactics - if we go before the judge you are probably going to get more time than the plea offer. I dont condone my sons actions but I realized pretty fast that the system is set up to incarcerate ($$$$) from the lawyers all the way to TDC. Good luck if you hire this guy. A court-appointed attorney could have gotten the same results! _____________________________________________ Ill add to this post since there is not an option to comment on the owners comment: I totally expected everything you said in your comments is what you would say. Ill admit that was a pretty good defense against my position - thats all I asked for you to do for my son was to provide a defense. Ill stand by my position that a plea bargain is not a fight. As for this being your first negative review, Im sure after what I witnessed, there will be more to come. In any case, it is what it is at this point. My son will do his time, and Ill still be here for him when he gets out. Ive advocated for him since he was born, and will always do so. You know you made sure to mention your son, my client several times in your comments, and thats true. Different than your position when I handed you the $$$$! That was one if the reasons we hired you is so that you could communicate to me about my ADULT son. My son signed off for you to be able to speak to me, and you did speak to me whenever I called you. You visited my son maybe 3 times from start to finish. When I paid you, you told you would go see him later that day or the next day - it took you 5 days to visit him for the first time. I knew then I had made a mistake in hiring you because you didnt keep your word. Learning experience for all. As for not having his file available for phone conversations is appaling you would say that - I never reached you when I called - you always had to return my call, which one would think you would have his file right in front of you??? If not, why return the call unprepared??? Hopefully, the feedback will make you a better attorney IF you recognize the truth in it and not just discard it like you did everything else. We didnt ask for magic - we just asked for a fight and for your best shot - and you said you gave it - we will have to agree to disagree. God bless you.

I was scared to go to my first appt w Mr. Biggers but my first step into his office, that changed. His office is pleasant. Along w Mr Biggers. I was upset but soon I knew, I knew I had a loyal,knowledgable,very personal and nota show off lawyer but ready to help me. I believe he will do what he can to get the best results for me. I felt comfortable w him that I Thank him..for not making me feel like Sh.. When I got home I asked my mom, what do you think of Mr.Biggers, She said..I Like Him..he is very nice and walked us out, when he had already walked us into his ofc and I notice, Mr. Biggers meets his clients at the reception area then walks them back.
