I have been there 3 times, the place is very modern, with plenty of technology, spacious, comfortable, clean, while you wait for a space to be designated for Golf , you can play Pool at no cost downstairs. The only detail I noticed is the food, for the price it is a little high, it is not that it is delicious nor is it bad, but on 2 occasions that they have brought us the food , they have not brought it almost cold, it was not very as we say... In the game area, you have space to be with your friends, partner or family comfortably, there are spaces to charge your cell phone, it is operated in turns and there are different game modes, you can pay by hour or by game. It is better to go early during the week as the price changes!

Amazing place. We were a group visiting El Paso and wanted to have a nice activity on a Saturday night. We went to Topgolf to attend a latino dancing event. We danced and had lots of fun. But we also played golf. We booked on the 3rd floor and we had a blast. We also ordered some appetizers, they were very delicious. The staff are very friendly and the atmosphere was great. Strongly recommended if you are visiting El Paso.

The waitress, Destiny , wasn t nice at all , I had to look for her to place the order for the drinks and order the food, she didn t greet us or offer her help setting up the screen, We waited more than 15 mins for refills until I went to the manager and told him , then she brought the refills and put all 9 drinks on the table with a frowny face on the corner of the table with out saying a word. She did a mistake with the food order and didn t fix it even though we told her coworker about it . She brought the bill at the same time that she served the food , I was shocked , we haven t started eating yet, and she said that this is the rules of the place. We had to ask another coworker for boxes , she didn t check in us if we needed anything . Then they told us that the bay is reserved now by other party and we have to leave . Then when the next table got occupied, within minutes she was there to offer her help with setting up the screen and take the drink order, She had a very rude and nasty attitude, We didn t enjoy our time that day at all because of her.

We attended a teen birthday party here and it was fun. Big appetizer plate with multiple options, a vast drink menu, heating above the seating to stay comfortable on a cold day, and a beautiful building. My food order was really messed up and while the order got fixed it was really frustrating and my family was unable to eat together. There wasnt anything done as a courtesy for the multiple inconveniences. The food wasnt all that great even when it was made right. We did have fun though. If I were to come back it would only be to play and nothing else.

FUN, GOOD FOOD, & all you gotta bring is GOOD COMPANY!!! Even if you go alone, the staff is friendly and welcoming. You don t feel alone. We were served by Jazmin and she was wonderful. Very attentive and helpful. The manager, Adrian, very welcoming and just as attentive as his staff. The food delicious!!!! We ve been to Top Golf so many times and have tried just about everything. ALL of it is good! They have new game options for the kids that kinda looks like the Minecraft version of golf. It s called , Block Party. It was so much fun! I highly recommend for family fun, date night, breakfast/brunch fun, or solo! Parking: The smaller parking lot is at top of the incline where the building is. The additional parking is to the left of the building if you re facing the front. Just keep driving past it and you ll see the additional parking. Kid-friendliness: There is a yummy kids menu to include kid sized kid friendly drinks. Wheelchair accessibility: There is a large and long ramp all the way to the entrance.

For my first time being here with my Family of ten I definitely will not be coming back or recommending this place Upon arriving me and my family got greated in a very rudely way from the Asian front desk guy We asked Him How much of a wait time there was and he said In a rudely tone that For a spot for ten people it was going to be a wait around one hour or 30 minutes but that he couldnt make magic happen I dont know what the meant by that Secondly as we got our spots the service was Super slow Nobody to order our drinks and Food We waited almost 40 minutes for someone to attend to us! Thirdly As our Side of the game finished we went to our spot with our family members then they put a second family on our side The Heaters were turned off by us because I had my new born baby who was extremely Warm due to the high Heater Then the family that was on the other side Just came and blasted The heater without asking us if it was okay so I lowered it down because again Of my childs safety at this point the family comes again and raises the heater I confront the guy and told him to keep it a low level because my child was extremely Hot! They talk to a manager and he didnt even care to inform us or ask us what the confrontation was about I dont care if the other family had an issue ITS MY NEW BORN CHILD SAFETY! Definitely dont recommend

While my teen son and I were on a Sunday outing at Topgolf, we had to witness Adrian, the manager, berate his employees. It was very uncomfortable to hear his voice overpower even the music that was playing. It ruined the experience because the waitress for our table was the target of it. It felt horrible to hear him speak to employees the way he did. Our waitress took it with grace and even came to our table to apologize for his behavior.

Top Golf ElPaso double charged credit card and its like pulling teeth to get a refund. I asked the waitress to make sure I wasnt double charged. I have my receipt and Ive spoken with the manager twice. I keep calling and left a voicemails but no one returns my calls. Were going on 5 weeks and still no refund. I live out of town, Do I need to drive back to El Paso to get this resolved? I filled a claim with Wellsfargo.

My boyfriend and I had such a great time. It was clean and the food was really good!! I enjoyed the lemon pepper boneless wings! The service wasn t the best. I do think the servers could do more rounds of checking in on people because we did have to wait awhile for our server to arrive so we could pay our tab. We went on weekend day so it wasn t too busy either.

Visited Tuesday 3/28/23. Set up reservations on the app a few days before since we were going on Tuesday to take advantage of 1/2 price. When booking on the app, you have to reserve for 2 hours and pay for the 1st hour when placing the reservation (paid 24$). The reservation was for 3:45 pm. Arrived a few minutes earlier than 3:45, and we were off to our bay right away. Bay 309 is located on the top floor. Our server was named Anthony, and he was attentive and friendly. Showed us how to swing the golf club properly, so that was a plus in regards to customer service. The reason for 4 stars is food. Fries were cold (not even Luke warm) ordered turkey wrap, and it was also cold, which is to be expected but not fries. Boyfriend ordered a chicken sandwich, and his fries were also cold. You have to pay extra for ranch .50 cents. Total for turkey wrap, slaw chicken sandwich, 1 dos equis draft, 1 bud light draft, and 1 hour of golf was $62 after tax, before tip (with hour we paid upfront to make it 2 hours total of golf cost on a Tuesday for 2 people was $86 before tip) Left around 6:45 pm, and it was definitely getting packed. Ive been to Top Golf in other cities like Las Vegas and Fort Worth, and Ive had better food, thats for sure.

Pros: My daughter says fantastic snacks & I say the best coffee (Better than any Starbucks coffee I ve had). Excellent customer service by Paola, Zachary (Zach), Isabell, & Samantha (Sam) especially Sam, she told me that they were hiring and helped me maneuver through the website. This place so far has been a blast and easy to use. I ve been twice in the last week and service and everything has been great. It s a lot of fun. Sometimes the scoring is weird but non of us are pros so we just enjoy the experience and fun.

A fun place to spend the afternoon. The food is pretty good and there is a variety on the menu. The staff is super friendly and ready every time you need them. Great experience and fun for anyone... even if you have never played golf in your life.

Service was medicore. Food didnt get to taste due to service that never came until the last minutes of our game. Game and atmosphere is fun, only bad thing is that clubs are SIGNIFICANTLY beat/used. Can tell they dont replace them

Food was amazing, customer service was great. The equipment (golf clubs) are lightly used. Definitely will come back.
