In response to Zoey Barretts review, it is me she is speaking of and it is a serious accusation to accuse someone of racism. I notice she never stated what was supposedly said because it never happened. In fact I have several request clients that cant speak English well. My MIL couldnt speak English well and I helped her. Zoey is angry because the price of her dog doubled from puppy price to adult price at the age of 5 months which I have no control over. It is disgusting and despicable to leave a review trying to sabotage someones reputation and livelihood with the accusation of racism and making fun of someone when your just mad over a price change. The reason I left only one star is because no one read it when I left 5 stars but everyone is look at it with one star. Most customers are wonderful and I look forward to seeing them every day, but there are those that are just plain nasty. its a shame that customers cant be reviewed because there are two sides to every story and reviews like Google dont let you respond so you can tell people what really happened. Speaking of.. someone else left a bad review on here for me saying I wouldnt groom his dog even though he had an appointment, that would be because his dog was horribly matted and he wanted it brushed out. I refused to put his dog through the pain and he refused a short haircut. He was more concerned with his dog being fluffy instead of the pain it would go through. As I stated most customers are great and some are just nasty.

I take both of my dogs to get groomed here, Ava my blue heeler gets a little anxious from time to time and hates to be blow dried, while Roger my labradoodle won t sit still when he gets his haircut. I see Krystal and I love how she manages both of their personalities. She even tells me how they are doing if I call and ask. I ve been seeing her for a while now and their haircuts and baths are always perfection :) Thank you PetSmart and Krystal, I recommend getting your dogs groomed here, never a bad experience.

Toby the trainer is absolutely amazing! Hes so patient, friendly, kind, and he is so fun! If youre thinking of doing training here, do it! They genuinely care about their dogs, humans, and business! Its so worth every penny, every second, and every bit of effort. Our Luna -Moon Graduated Puppy Training on Sunday last week! Its been a blast of a 6 weeks!

Do not go here and certainly don t have your dog groomed here!!! I dropped off my 5 lb do there this am and was told I was the first appt with Krystal and it was great .. till I went back 3.5 hrs later and she had only been bathed/dried! It would be another 1.5 hrs to cut her because I was waiting for someone else to be done and waiting on the trainee to do her but now. So when we called to speak to the mgr it was basically (we have 4/5 hrs and she will be done at her 5 hr mark). No apology or anything to help resolve the issue. I went back at 245 and she was still being cut!!! 5lb dog!!!!!! Then to top it off there has the audacity to put the trainee out there to deal with me when I cans to pick her up, the cowards. If I was him I would go to another location or quit! I just can t believe the customer service I received today! I will not be going back, I d rather pay more to have a mobile service come to me, at least I know they will pay attention to my dog in a timely fashion and just my dog.

Been taking are standard poodle here and recently got him groomed like we always do but this time who ever shaved his hair did a terrible job hes got scars from whomever cutting to quickly and the person who cut his hair probably shouldnt be cutting any animals hair anymore its never been this bad. Wont be going to this PetSmart anymore

This is Canela. She is an 11 month puppy. We rescued her back in May. She s the sweetest dog in the world, but she doesn t realize how big she is at 60 lbs! She would jump on me, my 4 year old and my little nieces and nephew. One day we went to Petsmart and had the fortune of meeting Toby. He recommended the puppy classes and we signed her up! We are so thankful we did! She has not jumped on the children since her second week in puppy class. She also learned to sit, lay, walk on a leash and even play dead! We never thought it would be possible for Canela to be an even better dog but thanks to Toby and his training she s the number one doggo!! Please sign your dog up with Toby!

Still in the store looking at aquariums for the 25 minutes without any labeled information what comes with them? When I finally flagged down a worker passing by she didnt seem interested in helping one bit even look perturbed. Needless to say The only good thing out of that visit was finding out Petco had tanks for half off so I just walked out. I will say this I do not ever plan to return to PetSmart we even had our Italian Greyhound with us and were going to get her nails done but we got it all done at Petco.

Drew Johnson, the store manager, was absolutely horrible. My daughter s cat got his claw in the cage of our new hampster and injured him. I spent $130 on an exam to be told it would cost over $500 to help him and not a guarantee he will make it. Financially, I just don t have it. My daughter is devastated and I wanted to replace him. He refused to sell me a new one because he was concerned for the hampster. We didn t neglect the hampster and had already bought a new cat proof cage for a new on the off chance the cat could get to the cage again. It is not his place to decide if I m a worthy hampster parent or not and was a complete bully by telling me I wasn t being held accountable. Things happen and I take offense to a man trying to decide for me if I m a capable pet owner. I don t feel that is his place and honestly shocked at his behavior. He had no valid reason why, and couldn t show me in the contract that I couldn t get a new even though I was willing to pay and should have been able to get a new one for free. Hands down the worst service I have ever had in my life.

I took my Multipoo to Petsmart Sat 2/3/24 to have a trim done. When we were called by the groomer, she said that he had pooped on her and shot his anal glands on her. (The last part is not something dogs do on purpose. It is done when they are scared.) They then called me back after 5 min. and told me that his hair had been matted on his ear and that he has some hemotomas from this. (We brushed him, but we are new to this breed, so we will give the benefit of the doubt until we see our vet to get more information). What is totally unacceptable was during the first call the groomer blamed our dog on causing chaos in the entire establishment while he was in his pen. Then, when I was picking him up another groomer yelled at a dog (not ours) in the back to shut up. After they came out, they said it was an unruly German Shepard causing a lot of issues. Our dog was incredibly different the entire night. He was traumatized and exhausted. Needless to say, I really do not believe that his $122 hair cut and bath was worth it, and I will not be returning.

We visited the Banfield vet inside of Petsmart. They were very kind and accommodating. Then we shopped in the store. The store is always orderly and stocked well. The associates are nice. The cashier was great. We use this Burleson Petsmart for grooming also. DeAndre is the best! The all care about the animals, but my big dog likes him the best.

I bought 4 small fish told the lady I wanted the red color ones she gave me 2 yellow and said its the same fish I said I dont care I asked for red color fish so she then got them after putting back the wrong ones I believe she handled them roughly and squashed them while putting them into the bag because before we left parking lot they all went belly up. Yet she kept trying to ask me questions about My tank size and going on about what I felt was none of her business meanwhile they had two tanks filled with gold fish that were all laying down dying and distressed. My stepmoms fish passed away while i was trying to help her get her aquarium set up and the person in the aquarium/fish care department gave me some really helpful advice and made me feel like a less terrible person. I really appreciate their help every time I go in.
