Aaron didnt work my sons case like he should. I feel like he could have done a lot more for his case. He wouldnt put my son on the witness stand to tell his side and I felt like he was against him from the start.

Bonnie Rader violates the civil rights of witnesses, she breaks the TDRPC, breaks the TRCP, and is overall unethical. Aaron Carter does not keep up with paperwork very well or he intentionally destroys documents. Payne, Powell, and Truitt or Travis Ware are better attorneys for the same price. EDIT: After reviewing the law firms response to my review, all I can say is that Im not Beetlejuice. Im not going to appear just because you say my name 3 times. Say my name, say my name. Youre acting kind of shady.

I would highly recommend Aaron Carter to anyone getting a divorce. I was more than happy with my settlement. Aaron and his staff were very on top of things he made the divorce process go as smooth as possible for me.

Aaron Carter was the laziest lawyer that I have ever employed. I had to fire him and get another Attorney to clean up everything that he completely fumbled up and rolled over on. If you hire this clown and go to court it will seem like the other side has two Attorneys and that you are representing yourself.

Bonnie Rader is the best in the business for family law. She has been handling my divorce case, and has been doing a wonderful job. She is very aggressive for her clients benefit, and has a great working relationship with many attorneys in town. Wonderful at telling you up front what she thinks is possible for your case, and what to fight for--or let go. We just left their office because we had an appointment at 11 am and they had us waiting for 40 min. I couldnt imagine the lack of time he would give to our case. As we walked out nobody said anything to us. Clearly we are just not important enough to be on time to an appointment.

Spend the extra money and hire Aaron. Im talking to the people like me who were told get a cheap lawyer by family. Dont do it. I did it before I got Aaron and the difference is way more than the cost. Aaron got me my son. He is straight to the point and intimidating and he 100% has youre back. Lawyers that can get guys custody of kids are usually found by word of mouth...well if you dont know anyone Im telling you Aaron did that for me.

I am using Bonnie as my divorce/custody attorney and I cant begin to express how amazing Bonnie, Holly, and everyone in this firm has been during this very stressful time. I went from not being allowed to see or talk my boys for several months due to not having an actual written agreement to fall back on, to going to court and getting 50/50 custody where I get equal time raising and loving my children and for that I am truly forever grateful. I was recommended by a close friend and I certainly have not been let down. 5/5 Stars hands down and the only family law attorney I will keep saved in my phone. My family is together because Bonnie is the best!

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT GO WITH BONNIE RADER, shes a horrible communicator and has NO sense of urgency. All she cares about once she gets paid is HERSELF. She represented my father(I have proof if needed).. and she did a TERRIBLE job. My dads not good with computers so Im doing him the favor of writing this for him now that his case is FINALLY over to warn others. This firm may have good reviews, but not ONE is about miss Bonnie Rader. This firm wont apologize about our experience& Im sure they will reply some nonsense about why Im wrong and their the best blah blah blah but now that my fathers done with this place I DONT CARE.
