I, along with at least 12 other people expected to be called as a witness in a HEARING last Friday, October, 6th. in an elderly abuse case. John Lewis of Mabry and Lewis was the attorney. Mabry was also there, which was strange as he didnt know the case and Lewis WAS the attorney. Lewis called NO witnesses and did not do anything during the Hearing. Everyone was mortified and the day afterward, I looked up John Lewis State Bar of Texas status. HE WAS SUSPENDED at the time of this HEARING and he did not tell his clients or anyone else. Today, he paid his Bar dues and is not suspended, however, he WAS during this HEARING and none of us can believe it. If he was suspended he should have told his clients!!!!!!

Oh my goodness! I cant say enough good things about Mr. John Mabry. He took my case when I was already down to the wire and running out of time. He took his time with me, he explained everything about my case in great detail and he was so knowledgeable. I never once had to call him for an update because whenever he told me he would contact me, HE DID JUST THAT! I hope I never need him again but if I do, he is definitely the first person I would call. Thank you for all that you did Mr. Mabry. BONUS: he was very easy on the eyes too .

Sought the help of this firm to protect me from an insurance company after an accident that almost cost me my life. The statute of limitations was upon us, but John said he was the best and did not disappoint. We were not trying to get rich or get over, but obtain enough to cover future medical expenses as well as loss compensation. With the amount of time we had his work was phenomenal. These guys are the best and a rare find. They did a few things that demonstrated that they were truly engaged and cared about us and our case. First, (and most importantly) they took our calls when we called, they responded to our emails when we emailed. Second, they told us what they were going to do. Third, they did what they said they were going to do. Fourth, they called us or emailed us and told us what they did. Along this whole (many time heart wrenching, frustrating, and confusing) process they always took the time to make sure we understood all the details (no matter how many meetings and hours it took), they always laid out ALL of our options, and ALWAYS followed our wishes and what we felt comfortable with. At the end of the day no one wants to be in a position where they need a personal injury lawyer, however, if you do this law firm is who you want to have on your side.
