I used JTCB for a research project that required an interview to be transcribed. Monica replied to my email in less than 24 hours with JTCB s options. I was working on a tight deadline and Monica was able to get my audio transcribed and returned within 3-4 business days. She was in constant contact with me to make sure that I was happy with the final project and sent me several drafts for me to review. Her willingness to work with my on a tight project while maintaining close contact was very important to me. I had the option to have my interview transcribed verbatim including uhs and other pauses or have my interview transcribed in a clean format. She and her team did a great job on the transcript and produced work with which I was very happy. This was the first time I had used a transcription service and I definitely made the right choice with Monica and JTCB. I will be using JTCB for future research interviews and I highly recommend their services.

Just Taking Care of Business is a wonderful company, they are friendly, and the product they produce is outstanding and in an extremely timely fashion. I worked with Monica to transcribe several phone calls that would have taken me months (and and probably my sanity) and within my requested time frame I had beautiful scripts of everything. This company is AMAZING! After diligently searching for a company that could transcribe some vital audio information into text, I found this company which was able to meet the important timeline needed. They were professional and above all COMPETANT! They took the job on short notice, and with extreme accuracy, returned the audio material in text form exactly as I needed it. Most importantly, the job was well done, and on time. Moreover, they delivered at an affordable cost. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for transcription services.
