I cannot recommend this business unless you have two months to spare. They are inflexible with scheduling, and when the appointment time finally arrives, they leave you hanging with no communication. Its incredibly frustrating, a significant waste of time, and utterly draining.

Just had my car detailed after it had been 2 years since it had been driven around & he did an amazing job! Since it had been sitting for 2 years, you can imagine how dirty it might have been. Once he was done with it, it looked like new! I highly recommend him & his prices are really reasonable!

Highly recommend! My car was God awful and after detailing it looks brand new! They were so flexible and able to meet me wherever I was. My entire car is spotless, they were able to remove all the dog hair from my floor mats and my back seat (which was previously a disaster zone thanks to my 2 year old) has been scrubbed clean. There is no one better to do the job

Jose text back once out of 4 attempts. I spoke with him on the phone yesterday and he said he could come wash my two vehicles today, no problem . Then he ghosted me today, for the second time. Takes a lot for me to take the time to give a poor review but this guy is a joke. Just say I can t be there and communicate when you re able. Just a car wash, not a big deal. But lying to me and not responding is a big deal.

So I had the same experience like others who have posted on this Business. We agreed to a time, and NO SHOW!! Then claims he called and text me to change the time, but it was during an ATT nationwide outage (02/22/24). MY issue, is this, if you set a time and you both agree. Be there on time!! Now he plays the victim. His loss of $140 now going to a business that showed up ON TIME!

Usually, Im not the type to leave a bad review - Cant even say I wasted money - Just wasted time, all for a No-call, no show. Not sure how this company is still afloat, looks like a lot of people got the same effort and energy out of this company as we did. I shouldnt have given the benefit of the doubt, shouldve just dodged a bullet once I saw the reviews! 100% WILL NOT RECOMMEND, unless you like talking to a brick wall that knows how to read messages! Similar experience to many of you reviewers. We were patient, had a service time set up on two different days. We clearly communicated our deadline, but no show on both days and we had to reach out to hear the continued excuses. Ultimately, we were asked to meet somewhere in town to get the service completed (which defeats the purpose of a mobile service) or required to pay additional fuel costs, though we communicated our location from day one. We were selling the vehicle, then left in a pinch. Quite frustrating.

They gave us a brand new car! Actually though, we didn t even recognize the car when they were finished and it smelled so good. They went above and beyond what we asked to have cleaned by doing the outside when we just paid for the inside. Jose and his brother were so respectful and kind. They also got it done 1.5 hours early. We will definitely be using their services again and recommend them to anyone!

Got the package that included the washing the car seats. And let me tell y all THEY DID A GREAT JOB! This truck had previously been taken to another person to wash the seats who had said some stains were too old to take out. Not for these guys! They said they d take every stain off and they did! 10/10 would recommend.

I sent an online appointment request and was never contacted so I called and set an appointment for a Wednesday at noon, on the phone he said he would set the appointment for noon but would likely come at 8. I was ready at 8 am and he never showed. I sent a text at 8:35 asking when I could expect someone and got no response. Noon came amd went and no one ever showed up. Im glad Mr. H2O has so much business that they dont have time for my detail, however it would be the more professional and respectful thing to prospective customers to be honest about availability and keep appointments.

Use this company you will not be disappointed! We are hard to please and this gentleman came out and did a FANTASTIC job on our 40 motorhome! He not only washed but also buffed out scratches and we will not only use him again but will suggest him to friends and family! He detailed the pickup as well and we couldn t be happier! The suburban has not been this clean since it was new! The windows are so clean you hardly even know they are there! We had recently took a trip to the beach and it was full of sand and smelled awful. When they were done cleaning there was no trace of sand and there was a nice clean smell. It was not just covered up with a heavy scent. He did not over charge, was very professional, polite and arrived when he said he would. I highly recommend Mr. Flores and will be a regular customer.

I have an Altima I am prepping for sale, and I reached out to this business for detailing. Jose was easy to communicate with via text for an appointment, and was very flexible with times! They did an amazing job on my vehicle, and even cleaned up the engine to make it extra nice for sale. The convenience of them being mobile is unmatched. They shampooed the seats and left it smelling and looking 5 years younger! I highly recommend Mr. H20 s services for a great price!

I set up an appointment a week in advance. The morning of the appointment I text them their ETA after they were already late. They told me their car broke down and could they come the next day. The next day they did not show up and have not responded to my text. I took two days out of the week to accommodate their schedule and I could not use my car for those two days. Two days worth of missed appointments and work. Shame on this company for not being more reliable and costing me time and money. At the very least an update text message would have been helpful.

No-showed on me twice! I was inconvenienced by having to drop my son off at work at 7:00 am so we could get his car detailed. Jose had an excuse for not making it that day so I rescheduled for the next day. Well that was my bad since he had more excuses for not making it a second time. Not only did he no-show but inconvenienced me and my son. Dont waste your time!

Beyond impressed!! Jose and his Wife did an amazing job! We purchased a used car for our daughter that Im pretty sure had previously belonged to a hundred year old dog owning chain smoker and was absolutely disgusting inside. They managed to not only remove the awful stench but the soot (tar?!?) stains off the headliner and is now a vehicle Im proud to have our kid drive. The prices were exceptionally resonable and its obvious they have pride in their work and business. Honest and stand up people, straight shooter who doesnt try to upsell services and make empty promises. Will recommened to anyone who asks and will definitely use again!

I had recently bought a used car and wanted it cleaned professionally. These guys were easy to work with (mostly done via text), their prices were reasonable and they were quick. It was nice to have them come out to where we were instead of waiting at a shop forever. The car looks really good! They did miss a few small spots, but overall I was impressed.

I called Mr. H20 at around 10:00 on a Friday morning to ask if they could wash my 1959 Ford Thunderbird. They were here before 1:00 and let me know they were on the way. When they arrived, they were so friendly and polite and asked all the right questions about washing a classic car (which made me feel so much better about letting someone else work on the car). They took their time and the car looked beautiful when they were done. He showed me some spots on the car that need wax because of oxidation (he certainly wasnt trying to sell me something extra -- rather, he was concerned about the car) and explained what he could do to fix it. This husband and wife team works HARD and I will be calling them again soon to detail the classic car and my other other vehicle. Very impressed!

Best Wax job my corvette has ever had! My car is black and it had swirls, and light scratches from other detail guys. Mr. H2O left it looking like it had a brand new paint job!!!! It still looks like glass! All my friends thought I went and got my car repainted but I didnt because Mr. H2O left it looking amazing!!!!

He does not stand behind his work his word is no good washed and waxed the hood and trunk on my 1977 Cadillac told me it would last a real long time less than 1 month later you could not tell trunk had been waxed said he would redo it even offered to pay him never showed up refused to answer my calls I would never use this BOY again
