Its been such a pleasure having a working relationship with Kiersten. From helping us find our rental when we first moved to the area to helping us close on our first home! Before getting out and looking, she sat with us to make sure we understood the buying process and that we had our pre-approval in order so we would have everything set to make a good offer. She works really well staying in your budget and very attentive to the things that you like and dont like (which helped us narrow our search). She is always open, honest, and timely with her communication. We had an issue where the seller was very slow with providing important information in regard to repairs, and between Kiersten and her broker Mrs. Julie, things were still able to be taken care of in such a smooth process. To confirm that everything was cleared with repairs, Kiersten took it upon herself to pay for another focused inspection (which she did not have to do!). We are now in our home that has checked off all of our dreams/wishes! I am grateful for Kiersten for helping us with this milestone! I look forward to working with her and the Julie Woods firm when we are ready to start investing! You wont be disappointed working with Kiersten!
