Pizza is good but they don t follow instructions!! This was my second time ordering from them, and they messed up AGAIN. The first time I let it go, but messing up a second time was frustrating. I asked to take off a couple of ingredients due to medical issues and once again they didn t follow instructions. The receipt even states the changes that should ve been made, but the ingredients were still baked into the pizza.

Tried this place out for the first time and it was delicious! My only take back would be that online says Detroit style so I was expecting the deep dish. Its thin crust pizza though. Kid-friendliness: They give you dough for the kids to play with and my child really enjoyed it!

Stopped in during lunch. Restaurant was clean and staff was very friendly. The Garlic knots were delicious. The pizza was for the most part really good. Loved the crust and overall flavor. The only thing we didnt care for was it was really oily. After I soaked out the oil with a napkin it was fine.

I ordered some boneless buffalo wings and 10 big buffalo chicken pizza. The customer service was good and friendly. They explained the menu throughly and made some recommendations. The food quality is pretty good, but not very flavorful and pretty expensive. The food portions are very small, so I highly recommend going here for their lunch special as their regular price is very pricey.

The manager cheerfully greeted us at the door and took our order. We picked up napkins and condiments then seated ourselves. After approximately 10 minutes later the manager arrived at our table with a pizza well adorned with the toppings we selected. She chatted with us for a moment, insured everything was to our liking before carrying on with her other customers and duties. The place was clean, the atmosphere was pleasant, the service was prompt and the pizza was excellent. Well done Crust Pizza Co!

This pizza is better than sex! First time ordered a thin crust 10 inch pepperoni, onion and bell pepper. This is the best pizza I have ever eaten. Drink refills are free. The entire staff was outstanding. I highly recommend Crust Pizza.

Ordered pizza for my daughters bday and was told it would be 20-30 mins. I should up almost an hour later to be safe with time, just for them to say they haven t even started the order and didn t know how long it would take. I m super upset with that service. I understand things get back up but to not let people know ahead of time is ridiculous. An hour and still they had no eta on when it would be ready is unheard of.

I have been to Crust on multiple occasions now and have never been disappointed by the food, service, or the upkeep of the restaurant! All food you order comes out fresh and correct. One notable employee I had the pleasure of interacting with was Izzy, she was kind, warm, and knowledgeable. Any questions I had about the menu, she was able to clarify and was very understand when I mentioned my dislike for cilantro, she made a very clear note the kitchen staff to avoid including this topping. One of the most considerate and pleasant food service employees I have ever met! :)

I had the Carl s King pizza. I swapped out the pepperoni for salami. I thought with all those flavors it would be flavorful. It was on the bland side. I had a Caesar salad, which was just like any other. The staff was very friendly, explained the menu to us 1st timers, and asked at the end of our meal if there was anything they could have done better. Great customer service, average food. Vegetarian options: I saw a vegetarian pizza, but didn t really pay attention to the rest of the menu. Dietary restrictions: They offer gluten free cauliflower crust. Parking: Ample parking, day or night. Kid-friendliness: It s an open restaurant with plenty of noise. Anyone is welcome. Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs.

This place is great. Amazing customer service, delicious food, clean dining area and clean facilities. We had the buffalo chicken pizza and let me tell you this place is aptly named. The crust is delicious, perfectly cooked not too crunchy just crisp enough. Good amount of topping on the pizza which other places sometimes skimp on. We also had the garlic knots which I loved. I liked the size, perfect for appetizers. Other places have a huge bread roll type knot; very doughy and lacking in flavor. These were packed with flavor and just the right size and portion. FYI this place is cashless.

Food was good, customer service was outstanding. While eating the cheese pizza we found a hair in the food (it was an accident). Not expecting much, went and pointed it out to the manager. She immediately refunded the bill, gave us a free dessert AND went and dumped the cheese so it wouldn t happen again. Worse than Dominos, a half step better than Little Caesars. Ive lived in Chicago and this pizza has nothing to do with any style of pizza available in the Windy City outside of the frozen food section in a Jewel-Osco. I guess the caesar salad was ok, but they gave us a thimble full of caesar dressing for a 4-person salad and I had to grab my own dressing from my fridge. You can do much better in New Braunfels than this.

Go for the novel pizza combos. The potato head was pretty great and not something youll find anywhere else. That said, the crust is something like a cross between a fried donut and cheap white bread. For the price, I would rather have something Neapolitan style or something that is a real fermented bread dough. The piece crust was perfect and the toppings were fresh and delicious. We ordered and the cashier informed us that there was special offer for the 2 large pizzas we picked. Customer service was amazing, everyone had a smile and seemed enthusiastic! I was greeted upon entry and felt very welcomed. Pizza was delicious, everything I asked for was given and they aren t stingy with toppings. The only caveat was that the garlic knots seemed a little deflated, I like a nice puffy airy garlic knot. This one was quite thin but the marinara it came with was also very tasty. Overall recommend highly!!

However, don t be fooled This is not a Subway style build your own pizza! The food tastes good, but I wouldn t say it s head over heels, you ve got to come here over any where else! Feel like a Karen writing this review but I am still gonna write about our experience. Didn t get my side salad ever. There were 4 of us and we all got our food items one by one and not together so we all ate at different times. Had to go to counter to get my daughter s chicken salad cause it never came. The guy who brought some of our food out was covered in sweat. Like it was literally dripping off of his face which was unappetizing to say the least. The crust tastes like bread. I went to the grand opening, it was really fun and well done. The staff were overwhelmed with the amount if customers but did a great job handling it. I ordered the BBQ Wyatt pizza, good flavors I would order that again. They have really fun combinations for the pizzas, great kids menu, salads, and the lunch special is really good at a great price. This place is open and very good!! Their pizza is great, crust is fresh, pasta and salad are great also! Great for children. They give the kids some dough to play with and there are high chairs. Service is great! Haley was our cashier and she was the best! They have a good beer and wine selection too. Kid-friendliness: Dough for kids to play with and brand new high chairs that all work!! lol Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp from parking lot.

The food was so fresh and incredible flavors. The restaurant was nice and clean and super friendly staff! Def planning on coming here for my pizza fix!! Dietary restrictions: Cauliflower crust available and I think dairy free cheese too! Kid-friendliness: They were so sweet to my kids and provided a ball of dough for them to play with.

We had the absolute best experience at Crust! We ordered a handful of different pizzas and a pasta dish, all of which were FANTASTIC, and their cinnamon roll dipping sticks dessert was also delicious! All the ingredients tasted so fresh and they did not skimp on the toppings. The staff was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They also offer fun specials throughout the week like half-priced wine & kids eat free. We can t wait to go back!

Went in to try, and ended up being a lovely experience! The girl with black lipstick was very sweet and informative about all the menu items. Helped me picked out a pizza, which was the Mr. Potato head. The ingredients were really fresh, and overall a pleasant experience, would go again!!

I recently had a fantastic experience at Crust! The staff went above and beyond by helping me carry 7 pizzas and salads to my car, which was incredibly kind of them. The pizza was deliciously fresh and not greasy at all, unlike many other places Ive tried. My wife couldnt stop raving about how amazing the salads were, and the pepperoni thin crust pizza was an absolute standout a definite 10-star in our books! Well definitely be back for more. Highly recommend Crust for anyone looking for quality pizza and outstanding service!

We came in to try the free pizza but will definitely be back. Frequently. The store feels clean and fresh. Everyone greeted us from the minute we walked in to the order counter. Several people stopped by our table to see how we were doing and everyone was friendly. The pizza? Well, Im a big foodie and was super happy with the upscale touches in the pizza. Especially for the price. FRESH herbs, carmelized onions, balsamic marinated chicken. Just wow and well done!

This place is amazing ..Katelyn is amazing ..everything about Crust Pizza Co. was delicious ..we got some boneless buffalo wings and the wings aren t just fire so is the ranch..so good!!
