I would give them 0 stars if I could. Bad customer service. I called to place an order & the girl told me to hold on a minute and then she hung up me. So I went up there through the drive through to place my order. The same girl came to the window and told me to hold on a minute and then just left me there looking stupid. So I went in to speak with the owner. The same girl came up to me and asked what I wanted and I told her I wanted to talk to the owner so she went to tell the owner and he told her to tell me that he wasnt there. I could see everything in the kitchen. I seen her talking to the owner. So I told me idk what their problem is with me but I will take my money elsewhere. So I came to Papa Gallos on Green Street. Papa Gallos food is so delicious Only reason why I went to Yimms is because my husband want a shrimp cocktail. I will never go back to Yimms.

Really bad experience eating their food. Bad taste, super dry food. Ordered from looking at pictures of their food but it s nothing near what I saw in the pictures. Very disappointed. I don t think I ll ever order again.

My mom and I tried this place for the first time yesterday, and it was the best Mexican food I remember having in a long time! SOO good! I had sopes and mom had the Loco Rice. The sopes were amazing!! If youve never tried sopes, they are kinda like a thicker corn tortilla with meat, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and crema; I highly recommend them. Their pico de gallo was also really, really good, some of the best I have ever had. The service was very good, and the place is old looking, but nice and clean.

My fiancé and I had an amazing experience. All employees were super nice and attentive. The food was great and was served in a good timely manner. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere very welcoming.

Super important to use fresh ingredients. The vegetables were fresh. The shell (supposed to be fresh fried) was not. Edible but not a place Id brag about. I got that ok vibe from it.

Little hole in the wall. We were heading to a show at letourneau and decided to try something new. Glad we did. The place is small and not fancy. But the food is good. Service was great and overall a good experience.

Order a beef quesadilla only. No rice no beans. An it was 7.50 just to get this not even the taco stands sell quesadillas like that. Tres pedazos de carne y un montón de gordo.

The fajitas were very thin sliced chicken and thin sliced beef (imagine shredded lettuce). They were not flavored as most fajitas Ive had elsewhere. The portion was very small for $16 combo fajitas, less than 1/4 lbs total meat. I wont order the fajitas again. I might return and try something else.

Thought I would try this place out since it seemed to have good stars . I ordered chicken with rice and beans .Was grossed out by the fact they put hotdogs in their beans ! Like seriously ? Yuk I have had Mexican food all life but never have I ever encountered such disgusting beans in all my life ? Hotdogs ? I will never come here again as the quality of food is pretty much below grade . Seriously if this is how they cook their beans in their family I feel so bad I almost want to cook them a Mexican meal and take it to them to show them quality Mexican food can be ! I would skip this place and go for quality .

Los Papagallos is the epitome of an unassuming little restaurant. Tucked away on a corner, family run, freshly cooked dishes from fresh ingredients. Im a 12 year customer, having eaten here weekly during the school year, its more than a hundred visits that Im basing my rating on. The steak lunch special and the wings are not to be missed. They can serve them nearly mild all the way to melt your face. These are not the menu terms, they rate them medium to very hot. Get the wings, with seasoned fries, and extra ranch -- you wont be disappointed.

I ordered the #30 alambre my food was served cold and the food was completely bland no seasoning. My girlfriend which is of hispanic desent orderd sopes chorizo and her food was also cold the meal with two drinks was totaled to 31.69 the only thing good was the piña fresca. I hope this was just a fluke meal. But it was authentic mexico food.

Just about the best darn authentic Mexican restaurant in longview. If you like authentic Mexican food and havent been to, or heard of this place in longview, well thats a shame. Dont end your year without trying their loco rice or papas locas. You are in for a treat if you try their food. Everything on the menu is excellent. Amd btw they seem to have a clean atmosphere there. Never had a hair or foreign object in any of my food. Cant say enough good things about this place. 5 stars allday all night!!!!

Great place to go if you are wanting some home made authentic Mexican food. It is a smaller restaurant but there is inside seating as well as covered outside area plus you can also place to go orders. Everyone was friendly and service was fast. I really liked the uniqueness of each dish and the prices were affordable, giving us a good value and great food. If you are tired of the big restaurant chains with the same menu and rising prices, or if you are looking for a quaint family-type of place to try something more authentic, then this is the place to go!
