Following my recent retirement, we needed to update the wills and related documents for me and my wife. We had heard of Eric Junker from his ads in our church bulletin (were located in Sugar Land) and arranged with him and his team to prepare the documents. It was a smooth and straight forward process that only took a couple weeks from the initial meeting to receiving the completed wills, POAs, and other documents (11 total). One thing we learned from Eric is that in Texas, unless you have a pretty sizable estate, you can get by with regular wills instead of a living trust, which is a much more time consuming, complicated, and expensive arrangement. We are happy with the work Junker Law performed for us and recommend them for Fort Bend county residents in need of legal services.

I am extremely satisfied with the Junker Law firm and Eric Junker specifically. We have an autistic son and need a trust set up for him and Eric was highly recommended. His office was only 20 miles from our home. He is extremely knowledgeable in this arena and after a review he questioned our wills. I had just paid to have that service done and with regret they had to be re-written to match the trust requirements. The first person overlooked this but Eric caught it. After my first consultation with Mr. Junker I left his office knowing that I have a new friend that was going to do whatever it took to help me. I hired Mr. Junker to handle my parents probate estate in Ft. Bend County. This is my first experience dealing with probate and Mr. Junker made it extremely easy based on his vast knowledge in this area. I still cannot believe how easy he got me to the finish line. Its hard enough loosing and loved one and Mr. Junker took so much weight off of me because he is an expert in his field. Mr. Junkers fees for his service were extremely fair. There was some additional work he had to do in regards to the probate and he did it all under our original agreement. To this day, I still feel I owe him more money for the extra care and work he did for me. What an outstanding man. Thank you Mr. Junker for being the best attorney I have ever met.

We had questions about guardianship or its alternatives for our son with special needs. We chose Mr. Junker not only because he was recommended to us from other special needs parents, but because of his knowledge and expertise on guardianship. We appreciate that he was honest and friendly while remaining professional. We did experience some delays from the court due to the COVID pandemic, however Mr. Junker went above and beyond to put our minds at ease and move things along. Wonderful Quick Service! Mr. Junker was so thoughtful as to remind me that COVID respirators might fall under artificial life support which I had previously declined in my will. My will did not include anything to support the use of a respirator or breathing assistance specifically due to possible COVID infection. This completely slipped my mind. My husband and I contacted Eric to update our wills after moving to Texas. When my husband passed away, Eric was very helpful in dealing with probate. Mr. Junker has proven himself to be a fantastic asset to have on your side. He has managed multiple legal issues for me from the formation of two separate wills, the formation of an LLC as well as the probating of a complicated will with implication on a LLC. Throughout all of this, I have never had any issues getting in touch with him and the service is above board.
